Is there a recommended sequence of actions to move Firefox to a new PC?

I've read the queries regarding moving bookmarks, history, etc, to the new PC using SYNC. Am I correct in presuming that I need to 1)..install Firefox on the new PC, 2)..run SYNC on the old PC and then 3)..run SYNC on the new PC?
Alternatively..would using a tool such as LapLink PCMover do the same for me?
And since we have multiple user accounts on both the old PC (windows XP) and the new (Windows 7) will each user need to be synced individually or will one cycle put our separate bookmarks where they belong?

Sync is a useful technology, but I wouldn't rely just on that.
I suggest making at least a complete copy of all current Firefox profile folders. These are located here (this is a path you can paste into Start > Run):
%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
Note that if you have multiple Windows accounts, you will want to do this for each user (the %APPDATA% shortcut is always for the currently logged in user).

I have a very urgent query. How to control the sequence of actions definations to be executed. There is a sort field when we define the action profile but that is only for display.

Controlling the sequence of Actions in PA 40?

dear experts,
can we control the sequence of actions executed thro PA 40?
for example , we have the following sequence actions in a client scenario
1. Hiring ( prioritised as 1)
2.probation( prioritised as 2)
3.confirmation( prioritised as 3)
4.change of salary( prioritised as 4)
5.transfer( prioritised as 5)
6.deputation( prioritised as 6)
7.separation (priotirises as 7)
Actually, SAP allows you to run change of salary after probation without confirmation
it allows you to run separation action after change of salary without transfer or deputation in between,
By prioritising actions customisation, system only throws a warning and allows the user to execute any actions after any other action except Hiring action ( sequence no 1)
can we prevent the system to prevent this ,by doing customistion , but without going for any development like hardcoding of sequence

as far as i know there is no such customization.
as such the sequence of actions depend on the clients.
hence they are left independent of each other.
there is no set standard or sequence of actions.
like a person can be hired today can be transferred tomorrow.
for some other person hired today for some reason terminated tomorrow.
one person hired to day next action can be cahnge in pay.
hence i dont beleive waht you are asking for is possible.

The answers would be the following:
1200 cells per custom section (NEW COUNT), and up to 30 custom sections per spec.
Assuming all will be populated, and this would apply to all final material specs in the system which could be ~25% of all material specs.
The cells will be numeric, free text, drop downs, and some calculated numeric.
Are we reaching the limits for UI performance?

You can certainly create actions for Elements (just make sure you don't include steps, like a history snapshot, that PSE can't do), but you can't create them IN elements, only in photoshop.

Neither. I would stay away from any such software. Apple does not make recommendations for any software except their own.

For situations DU cannot handle the best third-party utility is: Disk Warrior; DW only fixes problems with the disk directory, but most disk problems are caused by directory corruption. Drive Genius provides additional tools not found in Disk Warrior for defragmentation of older drives, disk repair, disk scans, formatting, partitioning, disk copy, and benchmarking.
Four outstanding sources of information on Mac maintenance are:

Periodic Maintenance
OS X performs certain maintenance functions that are scheduled to occur on a daily, weekly, or monthly period. The maintenance scripts run in the early AM only if the computer is turned on 24/7 (no sleep.) See Mac OS X- About background maintenance tasks. If you are running Leopard or later these tasks are run automatically, so there is no need to use any third-party software to force running these tasks.
If you are using a pre-Leopard version of OS X, then an excellent solution is to download and install a shareware utility such as Macaroni, JAW PseudoAnacron, or Anacron that will automate the maintenance activity regardless of whether the computer is turned off or asleep. Dependence upon third-party utilities to run the periodic maintenance scripts was significantly reduced after Tiger. Defragmentation
OS X automatically defragments files less than 20 MBs in size, so unless you have a disk full of very large files there's little need for defragmenting the hard drive except when trying to install Boot Camp on a fragmented drive. Malware Protection
As for malware protection there are few if any such animals affecting OS X. Starting with Lion, Apple has included built-in malware protection that is automatically updated as necessary. To assure proper protection, update your system software when Apple releases new OS X updates for your computer.

For general anti-virus protection I recommend only using ClamXav, but it is not necessary if you are keeping your computer's operating system software up to date. You should avoid any other third-party software advertised as providing anti-malware/virus protection. They are not required and could cause the performance of your computer to drop.
Cache Clearing
I recommend downloading a utility such as TinkerTool System, OnyX 2.4.3, Mountain Lion Cache Cleaner 7.0.9, Maintenance 1.6.8, or Cocktail 5.1.1 that you can use for periodic maintenance such as removing old log files and archives, clearing caches, etc. Corrupted cache files can cause slowness, kernel panics, and other issues. Although this is not a frequent nor a recurring problem, when it does happen there are tools such as those above to fix the problem.
If you are using Snow Leopard or earlier, then for emergency cleaning install the freeware utility Applejack. If you cannot start up in OS X, you may be able to start in single-user mode from which you can run Applejack to do a whole set of repair and maintenance routines from the command line. Note that AppleJack 1.5 is required for Leopard. AppleJack 1.6 is compatible with Snow Leopard. (AppleJack works with Snow Leopard or earlier.)
Installing System Updates or Upgrades
Repair the hard drive and permissions beforehand.
Update your backups in case an update goes bad.
Backup and Restore
Having a backup and restore strategy is one of the most important things you can do to maintain your computer. Get an external Firewire drive at least equal in size to the internal hard drive and make (and maintain) a bootable clone/backup. You can make a bootable clone using the Restore option of Disk Utility. You can also make and maintain clones with good backup software. You can never have too many backups. Don't rely on just one. Make several using different backup utilities. My personal recommendations are (order is not significant):
     1. Carbon Copy Cloner
     2. Get Backup
     3. Deja Vu
     4. SuperDuper!
     5. Synk Pro
     6. Tri-Backup

Always have a current backup before performing any system updates or upgrades.
Final Suggestions
Be sure you have an adequate amount of RAM installed for the number of applications you run concurrently. Be sure you leave a minimum of 10% of the hard drive's capacity or 20 GBs, whichever is greater, as free space. Avoid installing utilities that rely on Haxies, SIMBL, or that alter the OS appearance, add features you will rarely if ever need, etc. The more extras you install the greater the probability of having problems. If you install software be sure you know how to uninstall it. Avoid installing multiple new software at the same time. Install one at a time and use it for a while to be sure it's compatible.

Most if not all maintenance is for troubleshooting problems. If your computer is running OK, then there isn't really a thing you need to do except repair the hard drive and permissions before installing any new system updates.

Create a sequence of actions in the toolbar button in Visual Composer

I've a problem with the toolbar buttons in visual composer. On a table, I would like to have one button which launch 2 actions. For example, I want to call an event (custom action) and after that I want to select a row in another table (system action, select).
It works fine when I create 2 buttons with the toolbar buttons but my wish is to have only one button with several actions (like a sequence of actions). Is it possible?

Apps like MacKeeper or any other maintenance apps like CleanMyMac 1 or 2, TuneUpMyMac, SpeedUpMyMac, MacCleanse or anything like these apps, installed on your Mac, while they appear to be helpful, can do too good a job of data "cleanup" causing the potential to do serious data corruption or data deletion and render a perfectly running OS completely dead and useless leaving you with a frozen, non-functional Mac.
Plus, these type of apps aren't really necessary OR needed. They really aren't.
There are manual methods to clear off unnecessary data off of your Mac that are safer and you have complete control over your Mac and not just leave a piece of auto cleaning software in charge of clearing off data off of your Mac. Their potential of causing OS X issues outweighs the implied good and benefits these types of hard drive or memory "cleaning" apps are written to do.
These types of system 'cleaning" apps are very poorly written and are really a scam to rob newbie and novice Mac users of their hard earned cash for a poorly written maintenance program that will do much more harm to a perfectly normal running OS X system than the good that the app developers purport these types of apps will do.
Plus, the software companies that write these apps make it hard to easily uninstall these apps if something DOES go wrong and these apps work in a way where you have no recovery or revert function to return your Mac back to its former, working state in the event something does go wrong.
It is best to never, EVER download and install these types of apps.
The risk to your system and important data is too great a risk!

If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore.
(You may already have a micro USB cable if you have a camera or other digital device)

It really depends on the size of the screen that the presentation will displayed on. If the file size of the Keynote doc is not an issue you can make the resolution (in px) as large as you care to.
DPI is not relevent since it is used for print.

I was wondering is there a step sequencer for doing drum beats in logic express? It would be much easier if there were, that way I wouldn't have to record it and then try and fix my beat in the matrix editor. The GM method will work for something that's GM compatible, and you can use this method to create your own custom version for any other drum instrument you want. It's pretty sweet. The gist of it is you create a mapped instrument in the environment, cable it to your audio instrument of interest, rename the notes to whatever drum/percussion sound they match (if needed), create a MIDI region with one note each, then make a hyper set out of it.
It seems like a lot of steps, but it's pretty simple once you've done it once, and you end up with a very flexible step sequencer-like editor. You can repeat these steps to make editors that are customized for any instrument plugin you like.
