Is there a way to auto fill DATE and TIME

I have the field format set to mmddHHMM
Can you please tell me how to have the date and time auto fill when the PDF is opened?
I am new at this so details are very helpful. Thank you!

Let's say the field's name is Now. Go to Tools - JavaScript - Document JavaScripts and create a new item. Name it "scripts".
Delete any code that is created by default and enter this instead:
this.getField("Now").value = new Date();
Click OK and you're done. The field will update each time the file is opened.

Are you referring to the Date and Time some cameras put right on the image? If so there is nothing really good in iPhoto to do this. You could try the Retouch tool and see how that looks but I think you will need something more precise and powerful, like the clone tool in Aperture.
Also something like PhotoShop or GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program (free) should do what you want also.

EXIF Wizard will do the job. I also created an app that shows date and time. You can scroll through your photos and automatically see the month and year change as you scroll - then pick a certain photo to see month/day/year and time.

Yes there is!
Simply go into Settings, General, Mobile Data, Turn this off and make sure Data Roaming is also switched off! You can have wifi on and this will no charge your account for the data you use via Wi-Fi!

You can use cfqueryparam

Or as was suggested, set the default for your table column to
getdate(). Then you won't have to insert anything. Sql server will

The same way that iTunes can "Get Album Artwork" or "Get Track Names" is there a way to "Get Album Artist"? iTunes automatically added some, but my 2 year old daughter was playing on my computer, and the next thing I know, the whole column was erased. Any solutions to autofill this?

Is there a way to auto-renumber tables and figures in an InCopy document?

I am looking for a script or plugin to be able to auto-renumber figures and tables in large InDesign/InCopy documents. Say if I add a new figure in between figures 4 and 5 I would like all following figures to automatically renumber and all references to those figures in the text to also auto-renumber like in a Word document. Possible? We have over 100 authors that are concerned this can't work. Need help.

Is there a way to auto fill cells with the exact number in mind?

I am trying to avoid this:
Column "A" is used as a "MATCH(" point for an "INDEX(" formula in another spreadsheet, and although cell A329 says 73.14, which is what the other sheet can identify to populate the particular row five columns over, its really
73.1399999999... thus, not giving me the correct reference and not populating properly.
Is there a solution?
I have about 1,500 rows to go through, I know I can do this manually, one at a time, but I'm pressed for time.

Date and time field help

Hey guys and gals,
I'm working on a basic simple form that I'd like to use as a fax cover sheet and I'm brand new at this and I just can't find the answer anywhere. The only way I can get it to show the date and time is if I choose calculated - read only, then runtime property. But then it changes every time you open the document. It doesn't autofill the date and time any other way. Is there a way to make the date and time auto fill ONLY the first time you fill it out and then lock that field? Or do you just have to choose one of the other options, i.e., user entered - optional, recommended or required and then type it in? Which I don't really get either, because those just give you a blank field that you type in. I don't see the difference between those options and a text field. I thought maybe I could upload the pdf to show you, but I guess you can't do that here. Anyway using Acrobat 9 pro on Vista.

I am using vision express to capture a set number of images with inline processing. I am opting to log the images to a specified folder. However, the file names of the images have the date and time appended by default. Is there a way to eliminate the date and time in the images' file name? Please help.

It may help if you paste your code and file to better understand what is it that you want to remove from the file. If you have the vision development module, you can certainly use the File VIs available within the vision tools utilities palette in LabVIEW to manipulate the way you save your files.

It looks like there are a few different threads on this topic. I posted something yesterday that explained how I used a bash script to automatically parse through the .mov files in my iMovie Events folder and set the "Last Modified" date according to the file name (which had the date in it). Hi,
I don't think this is feasible out-of-the-box. Note that the information is available in the task details when you click on the task (either in the task update page or in the approval center).
A workaround would be to train the users to start their comments by typing their initials and the date-time.
Another way more complex would be to do some custom code.

I don't find any function module, but it does'nt really hard to code this using DIV and MOD instructions :
If you've got your time in seconds :
w_day = w_time DIV 86400.
w_mod = w_time MOD 86400.
w_hour = w_mod DIV 3600.
w_mod = w_mod MOD 3600.
It doesn't seem too bad in term of performance....

Option to auto-fill data merge text?

Is there a way to auto-fill or auto-shrink/enlarge my data merge text entry so that the font size changes automatically and each entry can perfectly fill my text box space? I haven't been able to locate this option...I'm hoping it is possible. Thanks!
