Is there a way to have a link from an external page show the top of the page on a PC?

I really appreciate the help in these forums - have solved many an issue. Am down to the last little thing.
If you test the links on : www.muohio.edu/lll/tabbed-test on a Mac, each time you chose a link it goes to the top of the page. This is the desired location.
If you test the links on a PC, either with firefox or IE it uses the tabbed panel as the top.
Is there a way to control this?

In your document you have got <div id="TabbedPanels1" class="TabbedPanels"> and in the link you have got <li><a href="fla.html?tab=1#TabbedPanels1">Crisis Management</a></li>
What some browsers will do when it sees the #TabbedPanels1 is take you to the spot which is down the page.
Solution: remove #TabbedPanels1 from the link and all is well.

For me it does not make any sense from going from PO to cost center report.
However, if you want to see the purchase order cost incurred with a cost center, execute KSB1 report. Within the layout, bring "Purchasing Document" field, where you can see the purchase order number in cost center line item report.

There is an option of embedding index for faster search while converting email to a PDF .
However I am not sure that will serve your purpose or not .
I would recommend you to get in touch with Microsoft support as well .
Meanwhile I'll work on it and get back to you in case I get a desired solution .

In Firefox and other browsers the colour of a link changes when you click on it. In Thunderbird the colour of a link stays the same when you click on it. Is there a way to change that, so the visited links in a message are easy to spot?

That's what happens now, but is there no way to change this? I know very little about programming, but theoretically I can imagine two solutions:
1. Thunderbird checks with the history of links of the browser, e.g. Firefox.
2. Thunderbird keeps a history of links.
Am I wrong?

I use Gmail IMAP and Apple Mail 4.2. One thing I find frustrating is that if I am trying to keep an eye on my spam / junk for wayward messages (as we all should do from time to time) I have to check 2 folders.
Is there any way to set it up so mail that is tagged as spam by gmail goes to the Junk folder in apple mail.
I know you can setup gmails spam folder to be the Junk - but I want the reverse - so the Junk folder up by my Inbox houses all the junk & spam.
This used to work - does not seem to anymore - or I'm missing something.

You can't. Iphoto will only import movies taken by the phone directly. Move the video to the Mac and then import it.

Same as any other material: File -> Import to Library or drag them to the iPhoto Window or iPhoto icon on the dock.
However, not all video formats are supported.

Is there a way to have extended panning from picture to picture

Hi all,
I am looking for some suggestions here. I would like to make a video of multiple pictures (30 or more pics) slowly sliding from left to right throughout a whole movie. I would really like to somehow crop the edges too so they streamline nicely from one image to another but don't stutter like in the "push" transition.
The only way I can think of doing what I want to do is make one extremely wide/long image and then add a Ken burns effect to make it pan the image, which is made of multiple images, from left to right. Does anybody know any tricks to doing this? Maybe a program that makes a panoramic of multiple images? I just downloaded hugin but it seems like it is only good for pictures that match each other. Thanks in advance.

I like "Photoshop Elements". Can't go wrong with this one, especially if you're going to be working with photos/images etc. More features than you'll ever use, but it has all the ones you need.

I am able to create a query in Excel that shows all distribution points in my SCCM hierarchy:
i.e.
SELECT v_DistributionPointInfo.ServerName
FROM SMS_EY0.dbo.v_DistributionPointInfo v_DistributionPointInfo
Is there anyway to get this query into SCCM Queries so that I can base a Collection off of the query. This way, I will have a dynamic collection to show me all of my 630+ distribution points?

Thanks alot for the statement. In my situation it didn't worked. The probem is, that the data in SMS_DistributionPointInfo.Servername is written as FQN. In SMS_R_System.Name the Name is without FQ.
I have successfuly tested the following query in SQL:

Got tired of iPhoto and finally committing to using lightroom. Using the Lightroom 5 i purchased last year and want to commit to making it my primary way of managing and editing all of my photos ( about 8K). Is there a way to have imported images from my hard drive/Finder (MAC) show as the edited or moved image when i am working in lightroom? Basically want what i am doing in Lightroom to be reflected on my hard drive and vice versa so that i don't have to "add" or "copy" every time I want to work in lightroom.

Unfortunately Lightroom does have certain limitations:
A particular catalog can only be accessed by one instance of Lightroom at one time.
(ie it is not designed for multiple simultaneous access.);
As far as I am aware a catalog cannot be accessed remotely although images can be.
Victoria Brampton has a solution using Dropbox where both the images and the catalog are stored on Dropbox.
Individual users download the catalog to thier workstation and work on images etc and then shut down Lightroom and update the catalog back to Dropbox.
No one else should acessing the catalog or images while one user is using the catalog and images otherwise a conflict will arise and someones work will be erased.
Disclaimer: this sort of setup is NOT supported by Adobe and is not risk free (for more reasons than I have elaborated).

First, to answer the question, I took the photo with a Canon camera but did not choose to use the Canon software to download the photo to my desktop. I just did a select and drag to a new folder on my desktop from the sd card. Canon has some software called Imagebrowser that may be used for this, but I took the simpler route.
I have not come across what you called the EXIF orientation before and have no idea how to access it. What software is needed to determine the EXIF orientation? Sorry I'm so far behind on this. I usually used Photoshop and iPhoto to enhance photos.
By the way, I imported the photo into iPhoto then attached it to the email and the orientation didn't change. It was the same in the attachment in Mail as it was in iPhoto. I just don't want to have to go through that extra step every time I attach a photo.
