I have had an Itunes account since 2007, and I recently purchsed a new computer. I went to go buy some songs when it asked me "Because this is your first time purchasing on a computer,you must verify your computer by answering the following security questions before you can complete this purchase." But I can not recall what my security questions are because I was 10 at the Time that I recieved my first Ipod. I would like to know a way to reset them without out having to call customer service. You can only not talk to them on the phone if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account - if you do then the steps half-way down this page give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset - which will be by phone as they need to confirm your id and that it's your account.
