Sorry, but as KP guessed, Apple will not exchange the card, and you are correct that you can't use a US iTunes card in Canada. You will need to give or sell it to someone in the US.

Yes you can still purchase replacement batteries your iPod from third party repair companies. Apple does not offer replacement parts.
Do a Google search for iPod battery replacement and you should get a plethora of results. There are many good deals on Amazon and eBay.

Is there any way I can make itunes 10 work for osx 10.4.11?
This computer works perfectly fine and I see no reason to spend another $3000 dollars on a new mac when I spent $3000 on this computer. There has to be some way to trick the computer to run it. I cannot upgrade to 10.5 either because my processor speed is not supported. So where do I go from here? Apple wants you to believe their computers are so good that they never break... well this is true with my powerbook G4 but they don't even believe their own story because they do not support my computer anymore. I have an Iphone 4 and I cannot connect it to my computer. so I buy a $200 phone and have to spend over $1000 for a new computer? is that what apple is telling me?
I was hoping there was a way to fake out itunes programing more so than having to update to 10.5 . I do a lot of web developing and if the 10.5 boot doesn't work I am afraid of losing everything and I do not have the capital to drop down on new programs and such. The other hold up is I don't want to pay 129$ for apples 10.5 DVD. I still think it's bs that they can't just write the program to run on these older operating systems and have a (run at your own risk) disclosure. The other option is to continue to use the computer for what I do and not worry about Itunes and get rid of this stupid iphone nd never buy apple products again. Sounds like a better solution in the long run.

Is there any way I can connect an ethernet cable to the air with an adapter?
I have a macbook air which of copurse does niot have an ethernet cable. However, I need to use one rather than wifi. Is there an adapter that would allow me to connect an ether net cable to the Air? I am assuming the answer is no, but thought I would try.

I know of no cheap way of getting them, even if possible, from the iPod -
WE have phone tracker on my husbands iphone, and it shows the phone is here in the house, but so is my husbands phone. How do I know that it is referring to his phone or mine?
Tell him to turn his phone off and see if the 'tracked' phone disappears...

I have a 3GS phone that can no longer be upgraded on my Powerbook because it is ancient and the os will only run 10.4.11, consequently iTunes will only upgrade to 9.2.1(4). Please don't answer that i need to upgrade the computer os because that has been a past nightmare i have been through too many times.
Is there any way i can upgrade the phone w/o going to an apple store so hereafter w/ the upgrade to the new os (whenever that gets squared away), i will not need a computer to do it?

Photobooth didn't come with my Mac, is there any way I can download it?
I just noticed that my Macbook didn't have Photo booth built in... I tried to download it but there's no option and it says my photo booth is outdates (2.3 version or something), and it doesn't have an option to update it. Is there any way I can re download Photo booth?
try booting with your os x install dvd and find it there.

If you have a backup of your iPhone on either iCloud or iTunes from the time when those photos were on the Camera Roll, you can restore from that backup and recover those photos. Please use the following article for information on restoring from backups.
