Is this a Parameter or a Security error??

Question

I've added this code below and the screen queries and parameters discused in the picture above but am now getting an error with the declaring statement TimesAndMARs_CanRun for the screen permission in the application.cs pictured below.

I also have the following code when an order is saved to open times and MARs
while writting this it started saying there is "no overload method 'ShowTimesAndMARs'
takes 0 arguments" then I said run previuos build and it went away and left me with
an error finding and copying the Application2.Client.xap file

yes Application.ShowTimesAndMARs(); all is available in intellisense as expected. It is asking for an integer to define the customer ID parameter I just made not sure what to put I just have () no overload given.
I ran clean solution and got one failure see below.
