Is this bug with Mixin Inheritance of JavaFX?

Question

mixin class DogMixin
function getLegs():Integer{4;}
mixin class ParrotMixin
  function getLegs():Integer{2;}
class WhyThis extends DogMixin,ParrotMixin
var mythis :ParrotMixin = WhyThis{};
println(mythis.getLegs());This prints 4.
While if I change the order of inheritence in class WhyThis
class WhyThis extends ParrotMixin,DogMixin
}putting ParrotMixin before, it prints 2.
Surprisingly and expectedly if I do not take, value in variable and if I directly print it out println(WhyThis{}.getLegs()); it gives design time error.
