Issue in reservation creation

Hi all,
I want to block a material for procurement. I set Plant-sp.matl st indicator to "01" in purchasing view in material master. Now the issue is that system stops to create reservation for existing stock for that material. What changes i have to do so that system dont stop me to create reservation?

Go to OMS4 for the status -01 & change inventory mgmt from B to A or blank. It would resolve your issue.

Select a status which has A for Mtl req's & Inventory mgmt, that would also resolve your issue

Problem is here, because when we press F4 on WBS Element, it show all the data. But we required only related data of Plant (given earlier screen). If user select another WBS Element, not related to mentioned plant, consumption will be wrong.
We want to restrict it...
We want if we insert Plant ABCD, then only related WBS Element should be shown in F4 data.

You wont get reservation creation date - only base date on which material required was available.
The least importance in SAP ERP for reservations and main purpose of reservation is to reserve a mateiral. There is no cross checking and no claiming - that NO BODY CAN COMPLAIN BASED ON RESERVATION AS:
I created reservation before 1 year, but no material issued. No authority to complain, only on the specified date material availabel or not??? So, least importance for reservation creation date.

Issue during automatic Creation of Work Order from Notification

Hi,
I have a issue during automatic Creation of Work Order from Notification.
BADI implemented: NOTIF_EVENT_POST
BAPI called in BADI: BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN
I am able to create Work Order successfully but after that i need to update notification header with created work order number.
But i am unable to update the same (VIQMEL-AUFNR).
Can anybody provide solution for the same!

Automating Goods issue during Delivery creation

Hi all,
We have a requirement to automate the Goods issue creation for certain type of orders when the Delivery is getting created. The orders that need to be automatically Goods issued during delivery creation are identified based on certain plants. These plants are linked to certain output type and in the output type routine is the standard program RVADEK01 with one additonal code for automating the Goods Issue creation.
We have a custom table that holds the status of orders and there is a code in user exit userexit_save_document_prepare which changes the status of the order as closed when the goods issue is done.
But when the delivery is saved, in this case when an automatic goods issue needs to happen, when the flow reaches this user exit, the output type code dosenot get executed and the Goods issue is not done and so the custom table will not be updated with the closed status. So we are in need to findout a place where we can update the status of the order in that table.
The output type code is not executed even before the other user exit userexit_save_document. The output type code gets executed and goods issue is done after the this userexit_save_document when the COMMIT statement is executed in the subroutine BELEG_SICHEN_POST in the include FV50XF0B_BELEG_SICHERN.
I need help in finding out if any user exit or badi is called after this commit statement, so that I can add my code to close the status of the order in my custom table. Just after this commit the Goods issue happens and the VBFA table gets updated with the 'R' records for goods issue.
Please let me know if anyone has any idea on this. The ultimate goal is to find some place after the goods issue is done to update the status of the order as closed in the custom table we have.

As informed yesterday I changed the language from DE to EN, to match the other shipping points settings in table V_TVST, this did not bring the solution.
Please let me summarize, I am really desparate here:
This is only IM related, Not WM.
Picking lists are not printed for any Shipping Point from this warehouse, this is just a small subsidiary of my customer in Finland.
Issue is not Aut. PGI.
VP01SHP has not been configured for any shipping points, still there we do get the PR except for the new shipping point.
In the deliveries of correct processed shipping points I do not find any picking output type.
Item category in new shipping is equal to Item category in already existing shipping points, so no need to config here.
There is no picking block active.
PR creation happens once I enter the pick qty in the delivery in VL02N. This is the part that we need to have automated.
Can you please try to help me out?

Issue in PO creation for Direct Material Procurement.

I am working with SRM 7.0 Classic Scenario.
I have no issues with SC creation for indirect materials with Account Assignment.
But when I select Order as Direct material in SC for any material with out account assignment on Approval of SC PO is created in SRM system as Extendended Classic Scenario even though I have not activated Extended classic scenario.
Kindly help me out in this issue how can I order as DIRECT MATERIAL WITH Classic scenario.

but you can do one thing .
BBP_CREATE_BE_PO_NEW BADI - TRY . CLEAR THE ACCOUNT ASSIGNMENT .Thats all . check it up with technical resoucre.
but you have to decide by developemnt what are the materials are PO with account / without account assignment

Get an error at calling dialog of reservation creation in SAP R/3

Hi experts,
Through SE35,I made a dialog module "ZMM_DIALOG_RE_CREATION".
Its program is SAPMM07R and screen number is 500.
I called this dialog module in my program "SAPMZMB21",the transaction code is ZMB21.
When I executed ZMB21,an error arised.
The error is "Check table 158:entry ZMB21 does not exist."
I found that SAP standard program of reservation creation checks the table T158.
My defined transaction code ZMB21 really did not exist in table T158.
So how should I do?

I allready tested with Tcodes such as MC.9 (gives details of total & unplanned consump. not for Planned consump.) & MB51(gives details for only one Mov. Type say either 261 or 262 not possible to do ABC ana. for balance of both)
Is there any other std report as ABC analysis of planned consp.

i am facing issue in reservation through maintenance order.
i want that reservation is created after release of maintenance order.is it possible through SPRO or i have to use some user exit.

Client looking for a control over end user on those T.Code s but not at T.Code level;
Client looking for control either based on "Storage location" and/or u201CProduct hierarchyu201D.
More specifically, user A and B both can Create/Change MR but user A only can do it for the MR which related to storage location say YY while B authorized for storage location ZZ

Only available Standard SAP Authorization Objects, related to Reservations, are M_MRES_BWA (Reservations: Movement Type) & M_MRES_WWA (Reservations: Plant) where you can maintain authorizations based on Movement Type & Plant respectively and hence seggested enhancement.
You can use Tcode-SUIM to search for Basis authorization details i.e. Roles defined for specific transaction/authorization object / profiles.

Restrict Goods Issue for Reserved Stock

Hi Experts,
My requirement is to restrict goods issue of stock qty which is reserved.
For that i have created checking rule and assigned to MIGO_GI because we need to consider only reservation .
Now when i create manual reservation system gives msg as per config.
e.g current unristricted stock is 100 qty
manual reservation created for 10 qty
System gives msg if i issue material more than 90 qty. It is working properly
Now pb is system is not considering reservation created by process order confimation.
I already assing checking rule with Checking grp for availability check and also set properties.
in include dependant reservation i set - x - Include all reservations.
I need to restrict goods issue for reserved stock for reservation created by process order.

Hi Janak,
When a reservation is created automatically or manual, it will depicts the requirement of the material for the specific department/process. BUt it doesnot restrict or label the material as reserved. This is because the acutal requirement/consumption may vary from the reserved quantity. Also the stock still remains in the un-restricted stock and hence its open to be issued.
Now if you want restrict the stock for automatic reservation, then you can make an enhancement wherein the stock is moved to required stock type. But this will block the stock for the order even if it is not required.

Error in posting Goods Issue wrt Reservation

System gives following error while posting Goods issue wrt reservation
Message No - M7093
Fld selectn for mvmt type 261 / acct xxxxxx differs for Fund (xxx)
Then, I checked following things
1. RM07CUFA (SE38) report shows that
"fund" field in Mvt type 261 field selection control is OPTIONAL ENTRY
"fund" field in G/L acct xxxxxx field selection control is HIDDEN
2. In OMJJ, i did not find field " fund " for Mvt type 261
In OBC4, i did not find field " fund " for a/c xxxxxx (group Z012)
How to resolve the problem?

In SE38 , I run Program RM07CUFA with Movement type 261 and Company code and GL account.
Here it shows Fund field selection controls are different in Mvt type & G/L account
But,there " fund" field is not displayed to change its field selection control , neither in Mvt type nor in GL a/c.

Goods Issue for Reservation using Bar Code System

Hi,
Our client wants to use RF devices to post the goods issue for reservations (movement 261) and reversals of these movements (262). I have checked the RF t codes and I do not see this functionality available.
Typically client wants to select a reservation from the list (run MB26 on handheld) and then post GI by selecting the reservation.
Can anybody suggest how to handle this situation using handhelds?
