Issue management Ticket and Message Processor

Hi all,
I am facing a certain challenge with ticket creation from solar01, I have ticket creation configured to choose a default message processor (which is correct), but when i reopen the ticket for any reason the message processor is not assigned anymore.
I have tried the same using crmd_order and found that this issue doesnt reoccur there.

the interesting thing from one f the source, As of ST 400 SP19, you should activate the BADI  BADI AI_SDK_CRM_DNO_MON , for make the field populate
CRM_DNO_MONITOR:
Columns "Reported by", "Processor" are only filled, if BADI AI_SDK_CRM_DNO_MON is active
plese activate the badi either from IMG or manually.

    One way to achieve this is via partner dermination customizing. If you go to IMG then your can find something called Define Partner Determination Procedure under CRM -> Basic Functions. Here locate the relevant partner procedure, select it and double click on "Partner Functions in Procedure". Here you can for each partner function define if it is changeable after determination (flag/unflag the field called changeable).

  • Default Sold To Party and Message Processor on a Message

    Hi All,
    I have 2 questions on here regarding Service Desk.
    I have set a BP as Sold To Party in tcode BP and maintain its address. In IB52 transaction I already set the respective BP as sold party to all satellite system. Somehow when I create the message, and open the created message from service desk, the Sold To party field is still blank. What did I miss here ?
    Second, with PFAC_RESPO I've assigned an users as default support team for based on message component. But this setting only for set the default Support Team in the message, not the message processor. How do I set the default message processor ?

    this is depending on what you want to set-up (every company has his own strategy)
    in big company you want to assign the support team only and let the agents pick-up message for their team, in smaller you might want to assign the processor also
    if you want to assign support team based in IBASE component you need to continue like you need
    but you need to add the SLFN0003 in your IBASE profile
    1. For doing this you need to go in CRM customizing by following this path
    Master data
    Installed base
    Assign partner determination procedure
    go and check the line for the IBASE category 01, in standard should be 0000032, you need to define your own profile (keeping the standard like it is)
    2. Go now in partner profile change follwoing this path
    Basic function
    Partner processing
    Define partner determination procedure ZIBASEXX (name you want) by copy of 000032
    Add the support team SLFN0003
    3. and go back to change the IBASE category 01 changing 0000032 into ZIBASEXX
    that's it !
    If you want to let the processor depend on IBASE, you can do the same or usually you define your own action for this

  • Common overheating issues when charging and messaging?

    Hi,
    Just got the iphone 5s a few days ago and noted that the device overheats during charging and sometimes simple messaging. The heating during charging made it unbearable to hold. I was using 4S previously and did not have these problems or rather not this significant. Is this a common problem you face or a fault? Are there any known solutions? I have already updated to iOS7.0.1. Please advise, thanks!

    try restoing via itunes as a new device.  test if issue persists.  needs repair

  • Message Processor should not be same as Reported by

    Is there are any configuration settings that can be done so that when the reported by and message processor are same then it should not allow to save the support ticket?

  • Mail and Messages freeze in landscape/portrait mode

    When in Messages and Mail, my iPhone 5 freezes in landscape or portrait mode.  I can continue to type, edit, etc. but can only get it to rotate after pressing 'Home' button or closing and re-opening app.  I am running 8.0.2.  I notice it most when taking a break for Mail or Messages and turning phone off and when I turn back on.  I'm guessing it is a bug and not a hardware problem because I can always get it to clear by just pressing home or closing app.

    Great job in coming up with a good workaround for your issue with Mail and Messages. For issues regarding iOS not functioning as expected, the following Knowledge Base article provides a great and practical list of steps for troubleshooting:
    iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
    If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.
    If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected,  restart your device.
    If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on),  reset your device.
    If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
    If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
    Let it charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
    If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.
    If the screen displays a red battery icon, continue charging the device until the battery is fully charged. Learn more about charging iPhone and iPod touch, or iPad.
    If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:
    Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.

    If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try to force the device into recovery mode, and then restore it.

    Yes.
    Anything you uncheck in iTunes remains the same with iTunes regardless which device you are syncing.
    I make use of iTunes playlists for the music I want transferred to my iPhone. Under the Music tab for my iPhone sync preferences, I have selected playlists, artists, and genres chosen. I select the iTunes playlists and/or artists and genres that I want transferred to my iPhone. I also have sync only checked songs and videos selected under the Summary tab for my iPhone sync preferences. This way if I want to remove a song or songs from my iPhone without removing the songs from the playlist I've selected to be transferred to my iPhone, I can uncheck the song or songs in the playlist in iTunes followed by a sync. Or I can remove a song or songs from the playlist in iTunes followed by a sync. To add additional music to my iPhone, I can add the music to one of the playlists in iTunes I've selected to be transferred to my iPhone followed by a sync.
    You can have the same playlist or playlists transferred to both, or different playlists transferred to each, but whatever is deselected in iTunes will be reflected on both with sync only checked songs and video selected for your iPhone and iPad sync preferences.

    In my opinion, this is mostly linked with the type of problem you are handling.
    Whenever you face a problem using one SAP system ( e.g.: dumps, error messaes, etc ) it is recommended to create a support message. This support message will bring along all information related to the exact point where the error ocurred ( transaction, screen, user, release, client, system, etc ) that will help support desk team to discover the cause and propose a solution.
    Whenever you face a problem not related directly to one System, like administrative issues, then we generally create one new Issue. The issue would handle issues like lack of human resources, lack of hardware resources, management decisions, need of hiring software licenses, etc.
    One message can be converted into a new issue, like when the error is caused by lack of hardware resources ( storage, memory, processing power ) and need to have a purchase created and management approval to get it fixed. The other way is also possible, when the management asks the support team to take a deep analysis on the presented scenario to confirm that the request is valid.

    I am now working in issue management( solman - sp15 ). Here i am trying to create a automatice email transmission to the message process when the issue assigned to him, But its not triggering a mail.i have worked in servicee desk management to sens a automatic mail transmission.
    With that knowledge i have worked in this one also..
    Here i used the action  TASK_ACTION_PROFILE..,,but i feel the problem here is i am not able to define the condition according to the user status.. Am i missiong out anything
    Anyone have idea on this???

    In Exchange 2007 and 2010 you can use Managed Folders with Managed Content Settings to act on messages based on when they were moved into the folder. E.g.,
    New-ManagedContentSettings -Name DeleteJunk -FolderName ManagedJunk -MessageClass * -RetentionEnabled $true -RetentionAction DeleteAndAllowRecovery -AgeLimitForRetention 30 -TriggerForRetention WhenMoved

    find the message, which was misclassified, and moves it to another folder. Since there's no way to set a TriggerForRetention based on WhenMoved, the message continues to age from 01/01/15. 90 days later, while the user is reviewing their mail, the user accidentally
    clicks the Junk button on the message. Because the message is more than 30 days old, it's deleted immediately.
    1) Am I correct? Or is there a way to use Retention Policies so that messages are acted on based on how long they've resided in their current folder?
    2) What do I have to do to get Microsoft to add the ability to change the TriggerForRetention on a Retention Policy Tag in Exchange 2013?

    By default there is no property on a message to identify a message is moved from one folder to another.Managed folder used to stamp a new property Moveddate on the message when the ContentSetting on the target folder was set to WhenMoved.
    WhenMoved functionality is not available with Retention Policy . You can raise your concern to make this functionality available by opening a ticket with support.

  • PP-PI - Process message processing and batch management in PI_CONS message

    Hi All,
    Hope you can help me to find the better solution... I will try to explain my scenario
    Scenario: to control the production run PP-PI module is in use. Process order are created in SAP system and then transferred to the process control system where the execution of the process order is controlled On-line. Once per month the confirmations are transferred from this control system to SAP. In the Process control system batch are not managed. For good issue posting standard process message PI_CONS is used.
    Now we have the situation that some raw materials used for process order processing are managed with batch. During the process order creation the batch related with this raw materials can be determined, only during the month when the raw material is entered in the plant is where the batch is determined. At the end of the month the batch of this materials is available in the SAP system (not in the process control system). Due to behavior of PI_CONS regarding batch if this characteristic is not informed in the process message or in the reservation an issue is trigger.My doubts are:
    1.- If I need inform the batch  during this confirmation ,an even split the quantities in the process message according the batch availability, I'm force to use a custom process message or there is other workaround? (remember is not feasible send the batch to the process control system)
    2.- probably i miss something because I'm can't debug the execution of the process message. How can I debug the execution of a manually created process message?
    Sorry for the long explanation I try to explain my scenario as better as possible.

    No really I don't like to make  the batch mandatory, during the good issue is not feasible inform the batch due to it is not managed in the Process Control System. Due to the behavior of PI_CONS if for batch managed materials the batch is not informed in the message or in the reservation an error is trigger. In the reservation snot feasible inform the batch because in that moment is unknown.
    My question is if it is feasible some how have like FIFO batch determination when the process message is processed without creating a custom message.

      what is the difference between the "Message Processor" field and "support team" field available in support desk message .
    we are defining a three level support . with thord level as SAP GLOBAL SUPPORT . 
    need i have to give first level in message processor and the other on the support team ?

    what is the exact purpose and difference of those fields

    Let me tell you what i know about this issue
    1) you create your organisation structure in ppoma_crm where Support Team BP is automatically created and you do not need to create explicitly.
    2) Message processor is BP of type employee with object type US.
       can be said member of Support team (BP) which you will be assigning in the ppoma_crm transaction.This user should also have an valid S User ID.
    This support team configuration in transaction ppoma_crm has its direct link with transaction 
    crm_dno_monitor where you will filtering the messages belongs to various Support teams.
