Issue related to change of Quotas on transfering an employee

Dear All,
I have a query regarding the generation/ updation of quotas during transfers. We have 2 sets of groupings. For the 1st set of grouping as per the PSA's, PL quota is 21 days and for the 2nd set of grouping, PL quota is 24 days and is genearted through TQTA. Time management status is 7.
Now when I try transfering the employee from one PSA to another, he falls into a different set of grouping but the PL quota doesnt get changed. Kindly let me know the steps to be followed to get the quotas generated accordingly. Also let me know incase I need to run TQTA, once the transfer action is run.

Hi Deepali,
Please check if the change in workcentre basic pay is activated in your quota selection rule.
You will find the checkbox under "Accrual Period" tab.
If it is activated, the next time you run TQTA ( i guess the accrual period is monthly) it should get adjusted.
Please check if it works.

    UoM cant be changed...
    It can be chaged only if..
    If there are no stocks of the material in the current period and in the previous period
    If there are stocks in the previous period, you can clear them as follows:
    a) Post the stock in the previous period to the current period (for example, using movement type 561) so that the stock for the previous period is the same as the stock for the current period.
    b) Clear the stock with the posting date in the previous period (for example, using movement type 562).
    If no purchase requisitions, purchase orders, or scheduling agreements exist for the material

    Following my issue relating to a blank screen 2 weeks ago, your advisor arranged for my iMac to collected by Amsys, for repair and return, this was done and it was returned to me last Tuesday, onWednesday I set up my iMac again and instantly realised I had problems, much worse than before. I called Amsys to inform them of the issue of the computer being very very slow and unable to open iPhoto and pages, and document listing would not show up, plus I had no sound on the mac.They informed me that they had only replaced the video card and what they had done would have not affected the computers performance. He suggested I reinstall OSX again which I did, but this made no difference to the programs, so I called you.
    Your technician on the phone was very good as they have always been, and made an appointment for me to go into the Milton Keynes Apple store the next day at 1 pm, which I did.
    The gentleman on the Genius Bar was very good and was able to run tests on the iMac in my presence, and diagnosed immediately an issue with the sound problem, and advised me that this could not be fixed while I wait and I would need to leave it for repair. I made him aware of the previous repair, and he was able to see via your system, the list of logged issues I have had with this since purchasing in September 2012. I'm sure you can see from the way you record all calls and issues the problems I have had.
    Today I called to ask if my iMac would soon be ready for collection, I was told the repairs had been completed and it was being tested. However to my dismay, I learned of another serious issue relating to the repair carried out by Amsys. I was informed that 6 screws were missing from the the iMac internally, which caused me much distress and concern, they also told me I had to wait even longer as the screws had to be ordered and installed on arrival before I could collect it.
    My issues here are: I trusted the Amsys repairer as it was arranged and recommend by you, it is very evident they are not competent to repair, as they have caused more problems with my iMac on its return, despite enclosing a checklist, fully ticked showing everything working well, it clearly wasn't ! Plus the issue of missing parts (screws) during the repair, I have already expressed my disgust with Amsys, by email and had a response, within the hour, apologising and told me they were looking into this.
    This where I stand on this, I have not had my iMac for  almost two weeks and I do not know when I will get it back. I'm also very worried about what other damage has been caused by Amsys and the quality of my iMac now. I want to know what you, Apple is going to do about this ? I have already been very inconvenienced by this and until now I have been a very loyal apple customer with 2 iPads, and 4 iPhones in our household, not to mention the iMac.
    I feel I have been very let down by this experience, on my iMac, which cost a lot of money, I have also lost a lot of money with lost work and unable to carry out my business without it, and I will be seeking compensation.
    I trust you will take this complaint seriously and pass it to the relevant department for action.

    i did the same thing.in standard FM hr_time_results_get,it is accessing data from B2 cluster.after that it is checking condition for the date of last successfully run period.only for pernrs related to 56 payroll area it's not wking.for all other it's wking.
    also i dnt have autorization to change std FM.

  • Performance issues -- related to printing

    Hi All,
    I am haviing production system performance issues related to printing. endusers are telling the printing is slow for almost printers. We are having more that 40 to 50 printers in landscape.
    As per my primary investigation I didnt find any issues in TSP01 & TSP02 tables. But I can see the table TST01 and TST03 table having many number of entries (more that lakh). I dont have idead about this table. Is ther eany thing related to this table where the print causes slowness or any other factors also makes this printing issue .. Please advice ..

    TemSe cannot administer objects that require more than two gigabytes of storage space, regardless of whether the objects are stored in the database or in the file system. Spool requests of a size greater than two gigabytes must therefore be split into several smaller requests.
    It is enough if you perform the regular background jobs and Temse consistency checks for the tables.
    This will help in controlling the capacity problems.
    If you change the profile parameter rspo/store_location parameter value to 'G' this will make the performance better. The disadvantages are TemSe data must be backed up and restored separately from the database using operating system tools, In the event of problems, it can be difficult to restore consistency between the data held in files and the TemSeu2019s object management in the database. Also you have take care of the Hard disk requirements because in some cases, spool data may occupy several hundred megabytes of disk storage. If you use the G option, you must ensure that enough free disk space is available for spool data.

  • Issue related to transportation of objects

    Hi Experts,
    I am very new to BODS tool.I have an issue related to transportation of Objects.
    Please be noted that , there was already a project (X) existing in dev system and the same project (X) is already exists in quality system as well.
    Now we got the requirement to replace the new source table to the existing source table in one of the dataflowin the Project(X). So in dev system for the same project (X) ,we have created a new datastore and imported a new source table into that datstore and used this table in that particular Dataflow to replace the existing table in the same project(X).
    After doine this changes, its working fine in Dev system.
    Now I wanted this changes to be transported in qual system as well.
    So I have logged into Designer in quality system. In central repoistory, I was able to see two central repositories.One for Central Repoistory of DEV and Other Central Repoistory of Quality.I hope I need to view Central Repoistory of Dev( please correct me If .In this central repository(dev) I was able to view the same Project(X) but the latest changes were not reflected ( I mean to say new datastore and new source table in the dataflow were not been seen). So I have refreshed the central repoistory,still I was unable to view the latest changes in the same project(X).
    Could anyone please guide me, what all steps I need to do, to get this changes reflected in quality system as well.
    Please be noted that, I am working on BODS 4.2 version

    First remember that when ever you are doing changes in existing project first you have to take the latest version of that project then you can do your changes.
    Step1: Take latest version of code from Central Repository of DEV  into your local repository then do yuor changes.
    Go to Tools---->Central Repositories then select Central Repository of DEV then activate it. then get latest project from Central Repository of DEV.
    Getting latest project from central---->Go to Tools---->Central repository library---> select your project---->rightclict---get latest version--->objects and depence.
    I am not sure you made changes in latest code or not?
    Step2: After you made changes in your local repo go to Tools---->Central repository library---> select your project---->rightclict---checkout-----objects and depence without replacement.
    Step3: Go to Tools---->Central repository library---> select your project---->rightclict---checkin-----objects and depence. Now your changes moved to Central Repository of DEV.
    Step4: Login to Quality system.
    Step5: In Qaulity---Go to Tools---->Central Repositories then select Central Repository of DEV then activate it. then get latest project from Central Repository of DEV to Qaulity system.
    Getting latest project from central---->Go to Tools---->Central repository library---> select your project---->rightclict---get latest version--->objects and depence.
    Now Latest code transported to QA.

  • Issue related to CTS+ Transports

    Hello,
    We have completed CTS+ configuration on PI (EHP1 SAP Netweaver 7.0) following SAP CTS+ How-To-Guide.PI Development is Domain controller and all paths and parameters in SAP Exchange profile are maintained.
    Transport request is successfully created from PI with no errors. Also If we create empty Non ABAP transport u2013 with no object included it works fine.
    Now we are facing some issue related to release of Non ABAP transports (transport remains in status u201CRelease Startedu201D for hours and no process/file update at OS) and no export file is created in path maintained.
    For release started status issue we were able to change the status of same to modifiable after 32 hours from release started status to sort this issue.
    But we are unable to release transports successfully with these non-ABAP objects.
    Please help.

    We have a provision in DP90 itself to change the price of the conditions, if manual changes are allowed to the conditions. Please check the configuration setup of the condition type whether manual changes are permitted or not.

    Can Anybody tell me the Diffrence B/N Recording and Program.
    only <b>v_line_item</b> is added extra in program to find out specific line item and select that line item that is working Correctly.

    The issues in above come in first Initial Screen[100] Where i need to Remove Check for <b>'RV52G-SELKZ'</b> that is first thing that is not happening.
    Next it woking correctly for <b> 500</b> Screen [By Selecting Correct line item and then Details for it].
    <b>Issue#2</b>
    Then it is going to Screen <b>502</b> where first it need to clear all the enabled field i passed <b>space</b> to them. but still it is showing values in all fields. After Clearing i should Re-Add 2 fields among Those fields.
    Then other things will happen.
    Can anybody tell me what is reason in program code is not working - I had tried in all <b>'A/E/N'</b> Modes but it's not working!
    If anybody knows reason please help me out.
    One More thing i had tried by making <b>PARAMETER ID'S</b> of few fields BLANK. But by this way also it is not working.

    I had tried in Ravi's way also.
    I will explain the process once more.
    It's a DE-Assign Process - Main purpose is to make the External Licence number blank.
    For that process is as follows:
    First user will Trigger <b>VX22</b> transaction,
    In the initial screen <b>100</b> he will give <b>Sales Order Number[VBELN]</b> then remove Check Box against <b>Blocked Items(Legal Control)</b> Then Press Enter.
    It will take user to <b>Change Licen Data [500]</b> Screen.
    There from the line items he will select specific line item which is already filled in with <b>ASSIGN</b> process.
    He will select check box against that Line item then will hit on <b>Details[F2]</b> from the Tool Bar.
    It will take user to <b>502 screen</b> There he will be deleting all the data in change mode one by one in order of <b>Exp.Ctrl.Class</b>, <b>Grouping</b>, <b>License Number</b>, <b>Change ID</b> Then he will hit on enter then by that <b>Ext.License No</b> which is in display mode - value against that field will get deleted.
    Then he will again provide <b>License Number, Change ID</b> and then <b>hit Enter, Enter, Then Back Button</b> then it will take us back to previous screen <b>[500]</b> there he will hit on <b>SAVE</b> button. Then Order will be saved.
    ABove is the actual process.
    Anybody having the solution for above as BDC is initially not making screen fields blank initially.
    how we can do this by SET PARAMETER ID's.

  • Issues related to Error - 6

    Hi,
    From 02.04 2010 the loads are failing from various R/3 systems to BW with an error: Error-6 in the update. All the failures were related to u201Ctime conversion from 0calday to 0ifscper (fiscal year GL) failed with the value 20100403u201D. No new routines, etc had been modified.
    In the request it was found there were transferred numbers but no added numbers and load in red status. We had to run the transfer global setting for each systems and load the data again, only then the load was successful. THis is done every day from 02nd till date
    We had created a process chain to load Fiscal Year Variantsfor various systems on 1st april (process chain starts at 10pm IST and the loads starts the next day at 4am IST)  which were successful with the ABAP program RSIMPCUST but the loads were failing from 2nd April with the said error.
    We had stopped this load thinking this was the issue on 6th April. But the issue repeated the next day too. I.e. on 7th..
    Again the global setting was executed and the load was runu2026.WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN DURING THIS APRIL (any thing related to financial year) CAN YOU PLEASE ADVICE A PERMENANT SOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE.
    Similar issues are seen BW system itself, load happening in BW itself (ODS to CUBE), only after replication of the system and the load is run, the load becomes successful, if not it also fails with the same error as above. WHAT IS THE WAY TO GO FOR THE TRANSFER GLOBAL SETTING FOR MYSELF BW SYSTEM WHEN WE DONT FIND THAT OPTION IN RSA1

    The issue related to u201CTime conversion from 0CALDAY to 0FISCPER (fiscal year 15 ) failed with value 20080930u201D is resolved now.
    I should have used Update table for T1 and P3 in transfer global setting for updating the table T009B (the sequence of R/3 production was T1 first, second Y4 and third P3. I had used Rebuild tables for Y4, T1 and P3 as well. Since it was in a sequence, the P3 table was rebuilt with its entries in the table T009B, since it was last in the sequence, but it did not have YP4 and TP1 entries.

    Hi Gurus,
    I have an issue related to confirmation of Stock in Rescheduling.
    I have created a Sales Order for 10 Cases. I am using a Rescheduling Program for the confirmation of Stock
    in Sales Order. I have a stock of 100 Cases but still when i am putting that Order in Rescheduling Program for
    confirmation it is showing me Deficit of Stock.
    Also I have checked the Stock in MMBE it is showing Stock of 100 in Unrestricted Use.
    Also I have checked in MMBE the On Order Stock is 150.
    Please could you give me relation of On Order Stock in this.
    What role it plays in Availability Check.
    Is it because of On Order Stock I am not able to confirm the Sales Order Quantity.

    I have replicated the same scenario in Quality it is working fine.
    I forget to add up one more thing in my last issue. There is Product Allocation in Material Master.
    When I go to Sales Order change screen and go to Schedule Line Level to Product Allocation screen
    it is showing the Stock. While same scenario in Production user is not able to confirm the Stock Quantity
    in Sales Order. I want to check the Alloted Stock against that Particular Customer in Product Allocation.
    I need the table and T Code so that I could do the detail analysis with respect to Product Allocation Stock.

  • How to fix issues related to static electricity

    I had my iPad connected to a headphone jack for an external player. There was a small static shock when I touched and unplug it. My iPad mini seems to now be having issues related to static electricity. I am clearly having a issue with the audio output thru the headphones. It works normal until the volume scroller gets to 3/4 up, then there is a very irritating static like noise mixed into the other outgoing sounds.
    Also the battery seems to be losing power at twice or three times as fast as before. I've only had it a month and half. Can this be fixed somehow?

    I have Iphne 4s/5.0.1 and I'm also stuck with same problem from last 5 days. I have restored/backup/updated the phone as many times as possible. I have been with Vodafone Customer Care (India) and now everyone knows my problem there, but there is no solution.
    I have read and tried most of the solutions provided here. Please help me out.
    Problem -
    1. 3G / Edge working when restore as new phone
    2. 3G / Edge stops working as soon as backup is restored
    3. Copied and verified both of the files (8218978e4ab0a48035bb92653145a6be872ea858 (Restored new iphone & Restored backup iphone) have different settings. Replacing part of this file or even complete text of this file, changes the date/time stamp of file and on backup restoration it says "Corrupt backup" and phone restarts.
    4. I dont want to Jailbreak the phone
    5. Using any third party software to install new APN says "Only One APN can be installed"
    6. Profile doesnt show any other APN
    Is there any other way to delete this file (com.apple.managedCarrier.plist) or just change the section where in string value is "Portalnmms" to required value "iphone" along with key?
    Please help me out.

  • Issue related to Section

    Hi Experts ,
    I have an issue related to Section.
    I have an report which shows  Department Name and the employees  under each department.
    For this report, we have used "Section" on  dimention Object "Department Name".
    Now  the issue is , when this report is being exported to PDF. In PDF, for some departments , Department name is  in one page and its related employees data are in next page.
    In some cases, Department Name and first few  records  are in same page and rest of records are in next page.( Let's say in department 'X' there are total of  30 employees . So in one page its showing department 'X' and its 10 employees in same page and rest of 20 employees  of that particular department are shown in next page ).
    And in some cases , only Department Name is in last line of the bottom of the page and its related employees are shown in the next page of it.
    Can we have any option, which will show  both Department Name and its related data only on the same page?
    Please be noted that I am working on BO 4.1 version.

    Check start on new page and avoid page break in section properties (right click on section block- format section).

  • Issue with PO change output - Service line items

    Hi All,
    This is issue with PO change output. We have PO with line item 10, 20 and item 10 has 4 service line items. PO is approved and initial print out is taken.
    Some one goes and makes changes to 1st service line items of PO line item 10.
    A change output gets triggered. When this output is printed, it prints line item 10 details. This is standard functionality as this item is changed. But its printing all the service line items for this PO line item. Consider a case where there are 3000 service lines for a PO item. If I add 1 service item to this PO line item, the change form prints 3001 services for that line item. There were no changes done to first 3000 service line items.
    Currently PO change form takes care of changes at PO line item but it does not take care of changes at service line item level.
    Is there any setting that needs to be done for this so that it only considers the changes at Service line item level also.

    If you're using a standard form, send a message to SAP. Otherwise make a change in the form.
