Issue with jQuery.animate in secondary HTMLLoader
This is a follow-up question to my original question (http://forums.adobe.com/message/2027713), which I couldn't figure out how to edit.
I want to animate an HTML element using jQuery. When I attempt the animation in the original HTML document, there is no problem. However, when I attempt to animate elements in a second document, opened in a second HTMLLoader, the animation isn't smooth - it only 'steps' when I move the mouse.
That is, the animated property (e.g. top, left, etc.) is still updated - but the incremental changes to the property aren't visible unless the mouse is moved. So if I'm not moving the mouse, the animation completes without seeing any transition between the start and end state.
The type of animation doesn't seem to be significant. The first HTML file contains the following JavaScript:
var loader;
$(function() {
loader = new air.HTMLLoader();
loader.addEventListener(air.Event.COMPLETE, start);
window.htmlLoader.stage.addChild(loader);
loader.load(new air.URLRequest('test2.html'));
function start() {
loader.width = loader.window.document.width;
loader.height = loader.window.document.height;
$('li', loader.window.document).click(function() {
$(this).animate({ marginLeft: '200px' }, 1000);
The file test2.html just contains a <ul> with a few <li>s in it - nothing else.
Is there any problem with the way I'm attempting to open this second document? Can anyone offer any advice on the matter? Thank you!
Hello Paul,
In Firebug, if you click Inspect, then Script, then you can select the scripts (sources) from a drop down list next to 'all'. One of them should be your jQuery reference. If you click that one, do you see the jQuery source?
If you do, jQuery is there. If you don't, check if you uploaded jQuery for the Workspace or for a specific Application and if your reference is referring to WORKSPACE_IMAGES or APP_IMAGES.

LMS 4.2.3 - C6500 VSS - Issue with inline card on secondary chassis
Hello,
We are currently setting up a fresh new LMS 4.2.3 server to administrate a 90 LAN-device-perimiter. Installation is OK (on a Windows Server), devices are up, monitored and their configurations archived.
The core switches are Catalyst 6506 VSS (s2t54-IPSERVICESK9-M - 15.1(1)SY) including 2 inlines cards :
- WS-C6505E-SUP2T
- WS-X6824-SFP-2T
There is an issue with line card WS-X6824-SFP-2T recognition on secondary chassis only. We updated the last software packages for LMS (via Admin > Software Center > Device Update) and situation improved but still, it is not behaving as excepted.
Impact : Topology, Ciscoview and Device Center for C6506-VSS do not show the card and links on the WS-X6824-SFP-2T of secondary chassis.
Do you have this issue as well ? Any direction or help ?
I am afraid of a potential bug...
Rgds,
YoannWhen you were placing the internal test calls, where was your phone located? The RTP streams are usually only set up between the two endpoints (assuming no transcoder or MTP is used).
Have you have already checked calls between IP phones at your central site (where Unity is located) and IP Phones at site A? Are these working fine? If not, then it's likely you do have a QoS issue over the WAN to Site A.
Have you confirmed whether or not calls from the PSTN gateway at site A experience any voice QoS issues when transferred to an IP Phone at the central site?
Is the same codec is being used for the MGCP gateway as for IP Phones at that site (check the Region settings for the Device Pool it's in)?
If these things have all been checked, then you may want to consider collecting a simultaneous sniffer trace from each end of a single call, and comparing what's seen at the two endpoints.
Kind regards,
Craig -
Glitches and Load Speed Issues with Edge Animate Site
I recently created a website at www.goshowpro.com and am having some glitches and load issues occur and would appreciate any help or insight into the matter. The site loads relatively quickly on my computer and my hosting servers technical support system but when I show it to my client it takes anywhere from 15-20 seconds, even after I have cleared the cache and cookies. All my image files are 'gifs' as to alleviate memory usage and I don't know what else to do that I haven't tried yet. Additionally, when you go to the services page from the about page, the light beams don't connect to the lighting fixtures and the text is placed differently than what I initially had in Adobe Edge Animate before I published the files. And the facebook link doesn't go to facebook but to www.goshowpro.com/facebook.... (ie I get a 404 error) even though in the program I have the link set as www.facebook.com.... I don't know what else to do besides what I have been doing and would very much appreciate any insight into these issues.
I should also mention that I used more html files than I initially planned due to lack of support on creating complete animation functionality with Edge Animate. I would like to have everything on one page but I don't know if that would be possible with the current version of Adobe Edge Animate (1.0.1.204.22434). Thank you again for your help.
MikeHi, Mike-
Have you tried profiling? You can use Firefox's Firebug or Google Chrome Inspector to see what's taking so long to download.

Hello
I am trying to create a jquery thickbox as described on the blog:

However, nothing happens when I click the button to display the thickbox. Firebug is giving me the following error when my page is run:

[Break on this error] $(document).ready(function(){ Can anyone help with this error please? - it appears to me that my page is unable to access my jquery library (which has been uploaded to my application as defined in the blog mentioned above), but I am unsure as to how to fix the issue.
Many thanks

Issue with select query for secondary index
Hi all,
I have created a secondary index A on mara table with fields Mandt and Packaging Material Type VHART.
Now i am trying to write a report
Tables : mara.
data : begin of itab occurs 0.
include structure mara.
data : end of itab.
*select * from mara into table itab*
CLIENT SPECIFIED where
MANDT = SY-MANDT and
VHART = 'WER'.
I'm getting an error
Unable to interpret "CLIENT". Possible causes of error: Incorrect spelling or comma error.
if i change to my select query to
*select * from mara into table itab*
where
MANDT = SY-MANDT and
VHART = 'WER'.
I'm getting an error
Without the addition "CLIENT SPECIFIED", you cannot specify the client field "MANDT" in the WHERE condition.
Let me know if iam wrong and we are at 4.6c
ThanksLike I already said, even if you have added the mandt field in the secondary index, there is no need the use it in the select statement.
Let me elaborate on my reply before. If you have created a UNIQUE index, which I don't think you have, then you should include CLIENT in the index. A unique index for a client-dependent table must contain the client field.
Additional info:
The accessing speed does not depend on whether or not an index is defined as a unique index. A unique index is simply a means of defining that certain field combinations of data records in a table are unique.
Even if you have defined a secondary index, this does not automatically mean, that this index is used. This also depends on the database optimizer. The optimizer will determine which index is best and use it. So before transporting this index, you should make sure that the index is used. How to check this, have a look at the link:
[check if index is used|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/cf/21eb3a446011d189700000e8322d00/content.htm]

Are there any known issues with Adobe Edge Animate and Yosemite? Experiencing performance issues since upgrading OS. Animation I was working on that had been performing in browser fine suddenly stopped working, and was not related to any action I had done at that point. Also was working in it today and program stopped responding to key board short cut commands.
I am having a whole slew of odd interface problems with a fresh 2014.1.1 on a fresh macbook pro with latest Yosemite. Program locks up, cursor selections don't show, things disappear. I have a mac mini also and the program runs fine on it. Is there possibly something related to the solid state hard drive in new macs?

JQuery animate not working in Safari after auto lock on IOS 8.2
Hi Guys,
We are developing a browser-based video platform which makes use of jQuery's .animate function and am encountering some problems. The animate function is used to simulate inertia when dragging buttons around. This all works perfectly, until the iPad auto-locks after 2 minutes. Once the iPad is unlocked, all inertia is gone. there's no error that I can see, the animate just doesn't work. Refreshing the page doesn't restore functionality, neither does re-entering the address manually into the address bar or navigating to the apps page and back. The only way to restore functionality is to double-tap the iPad's Home button to bring up the apps menu and swipe Safari up to close it.
'It's the code' I hear you cry. Well, I have 2 iPads for testing. One is an iPad 3, the other is a brand new iPad air. Both are on IOS 8.2. The old iPad works perfectly all the time in the exact same condition when the iPad air fails. I've also tried factory resetting the iPad air to try to resolve this but without success.
I've also done a lot of research into this and have seen the posts on stackoverflow saying a few people have resolved the issue with the upgrade from 8.1 -> 8.11 (I also had this issue on 8.1, the version that came with the iPad). Alas I still have it on 8.2.
Also, before anyone tells me to use CSS3 transitions, I use this on other platforms which work perfectly and do not support CSS3.
Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.
Problem iPad:
Version: 8.2 (12D508)
Model: MD785B/B
Working iPad:
Version: 8.2 (12D508)
Model: MC705B/AMmmmm... this humble pie is delish.
Ok, so after managing to reproduce this error on my old iPad I think I have it sussed. It's not the iPad's fault entirely. It seems that when you lock the iPad is can mess with the timestamps on events. Even after the app is reopened the timestamp seems to think that its back when it was locked. I've worked around this and used getTimestamp. Seems a few other people have seen this as well.
Hopefully anyone in the same boat will see this. Thanks to anyone who read it. -
Increasing lag with jQuery's attr?
Hi,
I'm working on a project in Animate that's much bigger than what I've done in the past, and I'm noticing some weird issues with lag. I have multiple instances where I change an <img> tag's src with jQuery's attr() method, for example: sym.getSymbol("answer-circles").$(answer+"circle").attr("src","images/question-circle-cor rect.png");
As my project goes on (after roughly 25-30 seconds) there starts to be a noticeable delay in when the method is called, and when the image actually changes. This gap seems to get linearly longer and longer. An old post here suggested that animation lag can be born out of rapidly looping symbols. I tested this by extending the length of my symbols (just copy-pasting their animation out multiple times), and then turning off the symbols altogether when that didn't seem to have an effect. What really confuses me is that there's no framerate hitching to speak of, and the rest of my code seems to execute right when it's called. attr() is the only thing that's getting tripped up. I don't think my code is THAT inefficient, so I can't think of what else might be causing this. ThanksDevelopments:
I ran my project on a local Apache webserver, instead of testing it through Edge Animate (using cmd-enter). The lag completely dissipated! Not totally sure what's at work here, but I suspect that XAMPP, the server I'm using, is more efficient about grabbing and caching images than what is built into Edge (my understanding of http serving is pre-e-etty sparse, so I'm totally pulling this out of the air). If you encounter similar issues with loading lots of images, I recommend trying out the same, to start. -
Calling issue with Cisco 7937 conference station
Hi Friends,
I am facing issue wiht Cisco 7937 conference station, our customer have various branch offices accross the world. All branches are connected over MPLS through service provider( SIP service provider) . there is a centralized CUCM and remote office have SIP Voice gateways .
When making calls from once remote site to another using Cisco 6921 phones calls working fine
When making calls from once remote site to another using Cisco 7937 conference station to make call any phone at remote office, calls are getting disconneted, remote phone rings when calls, but its gets fast busy tone when other party picks up the phone and not able to talk.
I suspect the issue with Codec but we have configured transcoders in VG and registered with CUCM
Please help me if any one experience such issue earlier.

Unable to log into iMessage and intermittent issues with FaceTime
Late 2011 MacBook Pro, OS X 10.8.4. I'm an admin level Windows guy but a relatively new (and otherwise very pleased) convert to Mac OS.
This morning Messages started repeatedly prompting me for my iMessage password and FaceTime has starting working only intermittently. Both work fine from my iPad and iPhone 5. Both have been working from my MacBook Pro for months.
This morning when I tried to fire up Messages on the MacBook I got an error saying "The server encountered an error processing registration". After doing some Googling, I noticed that many folks said that when they had this problem they also had an issue with FaceTime. I confirmed that FaceTime was indeed giving me the same error as iMessage. After trying some solutions from past threads that didn't work, I rebooted. Now instead of throwing an error, Messages just keeps asking me for my iMessage password again and again. FaceTime works occasionally but sometimes when I get a call and click answer, I get "call failed" as my iPhone and iPad continue to ring and then I'm asked to re-enter my password on the MacBook. If I enter my password it just sits and spins. If i quit FaceTime and start it again, it'll usually log in successfully but calls may or may not work (following the same pattern I just mentioned).
The odd thing to me is that when I tested FaceTime on my iPad, I got notifications on my iPad and iPhone and my primary and alternate email address were now registered with FaceTime. They have been for over a year so I'm not sure why I'm getting those notifications again.
I'm able to log into the Mac App store without a problem using the same AppleID
What I've tried so far based on Google results:
1. In Keychain Access, reset my default keychain - No improvement
2. In Keychain Access, selected Keychain First Aid, repaired and verified - No improvement
3. On my iPad, turned iMessage off and back on - No improvement, though iMessage on the iPad still works fine
4. Confirmed that my primary and secondary AppleID email addresses and password are correct. The email address associated with my AppleID is not associated with any other AppleIDs.
Thanks!This could be a complicated problem to solve, as there are many possible causes for it. Test after taking each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Back up all data before making any changes.
Before proceeding, test on another network, if possible. That could be a public Wi-Fi hotspot, if your computer is portable, or a cellular network if you have a mobile device that can share its Internet connection. If you find that iMessage works on the other network, the problem is in your network or at your ISP, not in your computer.
Step 1
Check the status of the service. If the service is down, wait tor it to come back up. There may be a localized outage, even if the status indicator is green.
Step 2
Restart your broadband device and your router, if different. You may have to skip this step if you don't control those devices.
Step 3
From the menu bar, select
▹ About This Mac
Below the "OS X" legend in the window that opens, the OS version appears. Click the version line twice to display the serial number. If the number is missing or obviously invalid, take the machine to an Apple Store or other authorized service center to have the problem corrected.
Step 4
Take the steps suggested in this support article. If you don't understand some of the steps or can't carry them out, ask for guidance.
Step 5
From the menu bar, select
▹ System Preferences ▹ Network
If the preference pane is locked, click the lock icon in the lower left corner and enter your password to unlock it. Then click the Advanced button and select the Proxies tab. If the box marked SOCKS Proxy is checked, uncheck it. You don’t need to change any other settings in the window. Click OK and then Apply. Test.
The result may be that you can't connect to the Internet at all. Revert the change if that happens, or if iMessage still doesn't work. Remember that you must Apply any changes you make in the preference pane before they take effect.
Step 6
Select from the menu bar
▹ System Preferences… ▹ Flash Player ▹ Storage
and click
Block all sites from storing information on this computer
Close the preference pane.
Step 7
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
If iMessage worked in the guest account, stop here and post your results.
Step 8
Boot in safe mode and log in. Note: If FileVault is enabled on some models, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including Wi-Fi on certain iMacs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and test again.
If iMessage worked in safe mode, but didn't work when you booted out of safe mode, stop here and post your results.
Step 9
Reset the NVRAM.
Step 10
Reinstall OS X.
Step 11
If none of the above steps resolves the issue, make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or contact Apple Support. -
Issues with Safari 3.0.1 for windows
Issues with Safari 3.0.1 for windows (at work):
Lenovo T60 with intel core duo T7200 @2.00Ghz plus additional monitor (Lenovo ThinkVision) in extended desktop mode running Windows XP Pro 2002, SP2
1. Taskbar is configured to autohide: when Safari is the top (active) window, it remains on top. If the taskbar pops up, it does so behind the Safari window, because I cannot see it.
2. If an open Safari window is dragged to the external (secondary) monitor, then maximized, it disappears to the side. It is not closed. I can still find it via Alt-tab or in the task bar and can, by right-clicking ‘Move’ from the taskbar use the arrow keys to move the window back into place. Clicking to reduce the window, then re-maximizing leads to the window disappearing to the side again.
3. In general my impression is that this does not function at a ‘beta’ level, but more of an ‘alpha’ level. Still very buggy.

iMacIntel Duo 2Gh Mac OS X (10.4.7) 1G-RAM, 250vRAMThis is a beta...thats why they give you the option to report probs via the bug icon. Since you are having these probs try and report them, I am not sure if apple has the time to scan these forums to try and find the big probs that people are having. So unless you report bugs, (and wait until the final realease) then they might never get noticed and or fixed.

I am having a routing issue with a 3550 switch. I have 5 vlans and I need one of the vlans to access a different router based on destination IP rather than our edge router. I have entered a static route on the 3550 that points to the secondary router whenever a certain network is tried to be accessed. My problem is I can't seem to get the traffic to flow correctly. When I trace route an address on the Internet the path shows as expected, the 3550 then my firewall then my edge router. When I trace an address that is on the other side of the secondary router I get the 3550 as the first hop, then nothing. I can ping the address so I know the path is up. What could be the issue? Thanks in advance.
Hello,
in addition to Mahmood´s post, what do you have defined as the next hop for the default route to the secondary router ? If you use an interface on the 3550 as the next hop, make sure that whatever is connected is in the same subnet, otherwise use the IP address of the next hop. So, let´s say your remote network is 192.168.1.0, and the secondary router is connected to FastEthernet0/1, your default route should look like this if the secondary router is in the same subnet (in this example, the IP address of the secondary router would be 172.16.1.2):
interface FastEthernet0/1
no switchport
ip address 172.16.1.1 255.255.255.252
ip route 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.255 FastEthernet0/0
Otherwise, try:
ip route 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.255 172.16.1.2
where 172.16.1.2 would be the address of the secondary router.
Does that make sense ?

Problem with jquery slide show conflict with vertical navigation menu in Firefox & Chrome
Problem with jquery slide show conflict with vertical navigation menu in Firefox & Chrome. Works in IE. This is my first time trying to post a question - so please be kind. I am also not good with code and am finding css a real challenge after learning to design based on tables. I'm using CS5.
The "test" page with the slide show is: http://www.reardanwa.com/index-slides.html The same page without the slide show is http://www.reardanwa.com/
I realize the images are not ideally sized - I'll fix those once I get the pages to function. Maybe I need a different slide show? I would prefer a widget that I can modify to required size & postition. Again - I'm not good at building with code from scratch.
The problem is the naviagation links that are directly next to the slide show do not work in Firefox of Chrome. They do work in IE.
I've read about using jQuery.noConflict(); code but can't figure out the correct way to use it in my case or whether that's even part of the solution. I know my code is not well organized as I have cobbled together from various sources in an attempt to format the page the way the client wants it. Also, FYI, I will eventually try to make the page work in Surreal CMS.
I've spent sevaral days over the last several weeks trying to solve sth slide show/navigation conflict - so any specific light you can shed will be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Performance Issue with BSIS(open accounting items)
Hey All,
I am having serious performance issue with a accrual report which gets all open GL items, and need some tips for optimization.
The main issue is that I am accesing large tables like BSIS, BSEG, BSAS etc without proper indexes and that I am dealing with huge amounts of data.
The select itself take a long time and after that as I have so much data overall execution is slow too.
The select which concerns me the most is:
SELECT zuonr hkont gjahr belnr buzei budat blart wrbtr shkzg xblnr waers bukrs
INTO TABLE i_bsis
FROM bsis
WHERE bukrs = '1000'
AND hkont in r_hkont
AND budat <= p_lcdate
AND augdt = 0
AND augbl = space
AND gsber = c_ZRL1
AND gjahr BETWEEN l_gjahr2 AND l_gjahr
AND ( blart = c_re "Invoice
OR blart = c_we "Goods receipt
OR blart = c_zc "Invoice Cancels
OR blart = c_kp ). "Accounting offset
I have seen other related threads, but was not that helpful.
We already have a secondary index on bukrs hkont and budat, and i have checked in ST05 that it does use it. But inspite that it takes more than 15 hrs to complete(maybe because of huge data).
Any Input is highly appreciated.
ThanksThank you Thomas for your inputs:
You said that R_HKONT contains several ranges of account numbers. If these ranges cover a significant
portion of the overall existing account numbers, then there is no really quick access possible via the
BSIS primary key.
Unfortunately R_HKONT contains all account numbers.
As Rob said, your index on HKONT and BUDAT does not help much, since you are selecting "<=" on
BUDAT. No chance of narrowing down that range?
Will look into this.
What about GSBER? Does the value in c_ZRL1 provide a rather small subset of the overall values? Then
an index on BUKRS and GSBER might be helpful.
ZRL1 does provide a decent selection . But I dont know if one more index is a good idea on overall
system performance.
I assume that the four document types are not very selective, so it probably does not pay off to
investigate selecting on BKPF (there is an index involving BLART) and joining BSIS for the additional
information. You still might want to look into it though.
I did try to investigate this option too. Based on other threads related to BSIS and Robs Suggestion in
those threads I tried this:
SELECT bukrs belnr gjahr blart budat
FROM bkpf INTO TABLE bkpf_l
WHERE bukrs = c_pepsico
AND bstat IN (' ', 'A', 'B', 'D', 'M', 'S', 'V', 'W', 'Z')
AND blart IN ('RE', 'WE', 'ZC', 'KP')
AND gjahr BETWEEN l_gjahr2 AND l_gjahr
AND budat <= p_lcdate.
SELECT zuonr hkont gjahr belnr buzei budat blart wrbtr shkzg xblnr waers bukrs
FROM bsis INTO TABLE i_bsis FOR ALL ENTRIES IN bkpf_l
WHERE bukrs = bkpf_l-bukrs
AND hkont IN r_hkont
AND budat = bkpf_l-budat
AND augdt = 0
AND augbl = space
AND gjahr = bkpf_l-gjahr
AND belnr = bkpf_l-belnr
AND blart = bkpf_l-blart
AND gsber = c_zrl1.
The improves the select on BSIS a lot, but the first select on BKPF kills it. Not sure if this would help
improve performance.
Also I was wondering whether it helps on refreshing the tabe statistics through DB20. The last refresh
was done 7 months back. How frequently should we do this? Will it help? -
An issue with multiple checkboxes displaying correctly.
My company is converting our website to seam. We obviously have a number of existing pages we must convert and at least try to mimic the previous code. The page I'm currently working on is a catalog request form(see: http://www.perma-bound.com/CatalogRequestForm). I'm totally new to jsf's to an extent. I've done some coding in it while we shift to this but I'm far from an expert. I've been able to get the bean and all the code that interacts with the database to work correctly. My issue is that it's seemingly impossible to style selectManyCheckbox's in a manner similar to that page. When we were using standard html, it wasn't an issue because you could put <input>'s wherever you wanted. In the case of selectManyCheckbox's, they insert a table into the code which seemingly isn't alterable. Here's the snippet in question
<h:form>
<h:selectManyCheckbox layout="pageDirection" value="#{ catalogRequestAction.catalogs }">
<f:selectItem itemLabel="Perma-Picks - Grades PreK-12" itemValue="#{ catalogs[ 455164 ] }"/>
<f:selectItem itemLabel="Graphic Novels - Grades 2-12" itemValue="#{ catalogs[ 455013 ] }"/>
<f:selectItem itemLabel="Social Studies - Grades PreK-12" itemValue="#{ catalogs[ 455159 ] }"/>
<f:selectItem itemLabel="References - Grades PreK-12" itemValue="#{ catalogs[ 455669 ] }"/>
<f:selectItem itemLabel="High/Low - Grades 2-12" itemValue="#{ catalogs[ 455884 ] }"/>
<f:selectItem itemLabel="Science & Math" itemValue="#{ catalogs[ 455160 ] }"/>
<f:selectItem itemLabel="Fiction - Grades PreK-12" itemValue="#{ catalogs[ 455056 ] }"/>
<f:selectItem itemLabel="Curriculum - Grades PreK-6" itemValue="#{ catalogs[ 455491 ] }"/>
<f:selectItem itemLabel="English Curriculum - Grades 6-12" itemValue="#{ catalogs[ 455201 ] }"/>
<f:selectItem itemLabel="Spanish - Grades 7-12" itemValue="#{ catalogs[ 455266 ] }"/>
<f:selectItem itemLabel="College Prep - Grades 7-12" itemValue="#{ catalogs[ 455018 ] }"/>
<s:convertEntity/>
</h:selectManyCheckbox>
<div class="ui-dialog-buttonpane ui-widget-content ui-helper-clearfix">
<h:commandButton styleClass="ui-state-default ui-corner-all ui-priority-primary" value="Submit" action="#{ catalogRequestAction.requestCatalogs }"/>
<h:commandButton styleClass="ui-state-default ui-corner-all ui-priority-secondary" value="Reset" action="reset"/>
</div>
</h:form>That code generates this page(http://img299.imageshack.us/img299/6550/82163381.png). As I said before, the actual selection of the boxes will yield the appropriate catalog in the database. However, I seemingly can't figure out how to stylize this in a manner that will work. From my understanding, jsf has access to 2 sets of check boxes(the ones I used and the booleans). I'm more than willing to try alternate code. However, after hours of searching online I've found few if any examples that are doing something similar to what I'm trying to do. I have to imagine that there is some other way to do this because in normal html it is simple. But, I'm just not having any luck.
Edit: Oh and if it matters we're using Mojarra
Edited by: beckdawg on May 18, 2009 2:19 PMI believe this is IE 9. Whatever the latest is. It basically stacks all the images on top of each other. And after some changes I attempted last night, bevel effect is still on some images after I attempted to remove that effect. This is an issue in all the browsers.
