Issue with SRM SEVER IC 7.01 Mapping content

HI,
We have imported the SRM SERVER 7.01 and SRM SERVER IC 7.01 onto our PI system. And copied the follwoing mappings from namespace 'http://sap.com/xi/SRM/SupplierEnablement/Global/IC' to our Software Component Version.
1. MM2SUSOrderCreate
2. SUS2MMOrderResponse
After makking some changes in the filed we checked the mapping, but it throwing the following error from UDF.

I am using the SRM std. content too and getting the below errors after copying into my SWCV and activating.

Issue with IDOC occurence and SeeBurger message mapping

Hey Guys
While developing a EDI 850 to IDOC scenario i came across this issue with pre-delivered Seeburger mapping(A_850_V4010_to_I_ORDERS05).
I actually need to post multiple IDOC's to SAP system in the same message so i changed the IDOC occurence to unbounded and re-imported that as a .XSD file in Integration repository.
Earlier the pre-delivered message mappings provided by SeeBurger(under SEEBURGER_HIGH-TECH, 1.7.1 of seeburger) was working fine for me since i was posting only 1 IDOC but now the mapping is failing as the IDOC occurence has changed(unbounded).
Is there a way we can do some settings on SeeBurger server or Bic so that we can use the pre-delivered mapping for Multiple IDOC's as well?
I just want to make sure before i start off with doing whole of the mapping manually.

Yeah,but the mapping template i have deals with 850 to ORDERS05,when i change IDOC occurence and re-import it back in Integration repository,it doesn't stays as ORDERS05,it has to be changed to user defined message interface(in my case MI_ORDERS05) so i m unable to use 850 to ORDERS05 template.

Issues with iOS6.0.1 and the maps app.

Hi! After upgrading to iOS 6.0.1 on iPhone 4, I am no longer able to display traffic on the maps app. My device with iOS 5.1.1, traffic still displays. Is there a fix for this issue? If not, how can I downgrade to iOS 5.1.1? Thanks!

Hey Chris, thanks for responding, in my above post I mentioned my troubleshooting:
Since updating my iPhone 5S (T-Mobile) to both 8.0.1 and then 8.0.2 I've had more issues than I've ever had with any iOS in the past (with the exception of iPhone 4 running iOS 7, but clearly that is an older phone, not a 1 year old model like the 5S). Have tried resetting, powering off, etc too by the way.

Workflow issue with new WSP, "Unable to locate the content database"

I deployed a wsp last night. The farm is 1 WFE, 1 APP, 1 SQL. The workflow can be started manually, but isn't being triggered by a timer job. Workflow timer services are started on WFE and APP.

What is the wsp? Is it a migrated workflow?
Whether the wsp has the relationship with the problematic workflow.
You said that the workflow isn't being triggered by a timer job, what is the time job? Or, you mean the workflow cannpt be triggered automatically when an item is added or changed or other.
If the workflow cannot start automatically when an item is added or changed, you need to make sure you are not using the System Account.

Issue with Contract Replication from SRM to MDM - XML structure

We are having an issue with trnsfering a contract to MDM. We have released the contract for update to MDM in the contract through the distribute to catalog option. An XML is generated in SRM that gets sucessfully passed to PI through Catalogupdatenotification_out. In PI the XML fails in the Interface Determination step. the issue that has been noticed is that the XML that is generated in SRM does not contain product category or product ID which is basically what the condition mapping in PI checks for. The conditions in PI were setup as per SAP.
But now the XML fails in PI because it does not find a combination for Catalog type code = 03 and product category. Please find the XML structure in SRM and you will see that it does not have a product category even though the contract has one.

Thank you for your quick reply.
So we should consider the scenario where SRM is the central repository for the contracts, and all the changes done in SRM should be replicated to ERP.
In this scenario, do you know which steps should be done to allow contract replication from SRM to ERP? I already created a central contract in SRM but there is no message sent to PI.

In the above wsdl the collection of fintObjInst if of type xs:anytype. From the wsdl, I do not see the xsd mapping for AccountIC which includes Name and Desc. Due to which, when invoking the web service from a different client like c#(by creating proxy business service), I am unable to set the parameters for AccountIC. I am using JAX-WS stack and WLS 10.3. I have already looked at blog http://weblogs.java.net/blog/kohlert/archive/2006/10/jaxws_and_type.html but unable to solve this issue. However, at run time using a tool like SoapUI, when this wsdl is imported, I am able to see all the params related to AccountIC class.

Did you try adding the the XmlSeeAlso annotation to the webservice
@XmlSeeAlso({<package.name>.AccountIC.class})
This will add the schema for the data type (AccountIC) to the WSDL.

Issue with heat maps refresh process in EID 3.1?

Issue with Heat Maps in EID 3.1? Heats maps don't refresh unless you go back to home page and then again go back to the Endeca app.
In Oracle Sample app if we open the Map tab we will see that Milwaukee is really hot in the heat map. now if we filter the data to just show data from 100 miles within Orlando, FL then the map will get refreshed to show that area but the colors on heat maps do not change.
Now if we keep the refinements same and go back to home page and again go back to sample app and maps tabs then it will still show area of 100 miles within Orlando, FL which is good but now heat map would have updated and it would show us correct color.
Now if we remove the refinement then it would show complete US map as hot which is again wrong.
I have observed this issue in chrome browser as well as firefox.
Is there anyway to overcome this issue?

This issue was resolved after applying latest patch from Oracle.

Issue with PO Response in SRM 7.0

Hi Experts,
We have upgraded our system from SRM 4.0 to 7.0. Post upgrade we are facing an issue with PO Response document.
Scenario:
When the PO is ordred, Vendor sends a the PO response through XML. Our middleware call the an FM which uses BBP_PD_POC_CREATE to create the PO response(BUS2209) with acceptance status.
Problem:
The status of the PO response is always + In Process+. But in SRM 4,0 we are having the responce with accepted status.
Could you please throw somw light on this.

There is this note that might help you.
Note 1393346 - PCO:Header status is open, even all items in PCO accepted
Although a relatively new note, this note is only relevant for SRM5.0 at the moment. What I'd suggest you do is to (temporarily) modify the standard code (in your development or test system) based on the correction instruction of this note. If it resolves your problem, create an OSS mesasge to SAP and ask them to upport the note to SRM7.0. Then you could reverse your modification back to standard and apply the note officially.

Issues With PDF Template Mapping

I have created a report based on a single database table (DEMO.PRODUCTS) but am experiencing problems when I try and map the form fields in PDF Template to my sample XML file.
I created a PDF Template and uploaded this template to my Layout. This PDF Template has two form fields on it (PRODUCTNAME and UNITPRICE, which incidentally are the names of the database columns I want them to map to).
I have also uploaded my sample XML data file and therefore have access to the Map Form Fields button on my report definition. However, when I click on the button a new window opens with the Map PDF Form Fields and a dialog to "Click on each highlighted...." and then hangs. When I close the window I receive a message about an Adobe Acrobat error.
If I try and do the same thing in Firefox then I receive a message in the JavaScript Console:

I suggest you to check the RTF Template of your report ....as if your xml output file on submit request form--->diagnostic --->view xml ...is generated ... it means that your data defination file is perfectly fine but there is issue with your rtf template....may be some of grouping or tag is not put properly...
one thing i want to suggest you to pls save that data file as .xml extension and upload in rtf u designed on youe desktop.... check theprview if its coming fine or not.

OBIEE 11g Map View - Issue with Label Translation

Hi All,
I have a strange translation issue with the Maps in 11g.
Created in English language to plot the Revenue for each of the Postal Codes.
I selected Postal Code and Revenue Amount in the Criteria and created a new Map View. It had the text 'Postal Code' in the Map Legend and then the scale for revenue amount.
Now I logged on with Chinese Language , it still appears as 'Postal Code' in English where in it was actually supposed to show it in Chinese.
We have a translation pack to get all the column names translated. If I try creating a new table view, it shows the translated text instead of 'Postal Code', but some how this doesn't work with Maps.
Has anyone faced similar issues ? Is there a workaround for this ?

Issue with custom fields mapping from CRM to ECC.

I have issues with replicating custom fields in a Service order. I have created new fields with EEWB and EEWC. Now the structure has been changed in ECC and CRM. But i have to map this fields to correct structures. Also i need some logic to apply.
But i have addressed in couple of threads about the custom function module as in user exit for FI generation.
But i didnt understand the concept of this custom function module. why is this been used?
Could anyone let me know with an good example on how this has to be acheived.

After you create custom characteristics.
1. Do Assign category.
2. Map contents.
3. Double check your master catalog has the mapped content.
4. Publish master catalog.
As per your message, you are not having any error message during import, which tells me that you are one step to close.

Graphical mapping issue with useOneAsMany if segment does not exist

Hi all
I have an issue with graphical mapping in an IDoc to file scenario. I need to have header level fields mapped to line item fields. Whether or not and how many source header segments of the same type exist depends on a qualifier (QUALF). This is generally working if I use the following graphical mapping:
if QUALF = 001 then <source> -> removeContext -> useOneAsMany -> splitByValue -> <target>
... with setting QUALF, <source>, and the second input for the useOneAsMany to the highest possible context node.
Nevertheless, if the segment with the qualifier 001 does not exist in the source then the mapping throws the error "Too few values in first queue in fuction useOneAsMany". Whatever I've tried, the mapping wants to execute the useOneAsMany statement anyway and I haven't found a way to omit this. Whether the target would be created with an empty value or not created at all would be secondary. Would eventually somebody have a solution to this problem?

I think it takes care even if the value occur in the contaxt or.

Mapping Issue with UDF

I am in the middle of doing a webservice call from within a UDF.
The problem is that when I am declaring my message part of the definition is a url. So I am trying to declare a string like the following:

Now my problem is with the

I had a scenario like this in the past.
In most cases you call Services for Lookups.
In such a Case use the
Com.sap.aii.mapping.lookup.api and use the accessor and the lookup services for the same.
In such a case the Communication Channel can store the web addresses and XML,

1. Create a Channel object based on the channel
2. Derive a accessor out of it
3. Use the accessor to Bulid your payload
4. parse your payload.

Issue with a graphical mapping -

Hi folks,
I have an issue with a graphical mapping.
We are replicating the Material Master, with an interface of ECC -> PI -> JDBC.
The idoc we are using is the MATMAS.MATMAS05, and in the database we created 5 tables, simulating the structure of the source idoc. The tables are: MARA, MARC, MARD, MBEW, MAKT.
The fact is that we need some data of some segments (tables) in another ones.
In this case we I need to take a value of the segment E1MARCM (MARC) to the MBEW table. The value is: SERNP.
The condition to copy that value is the centre (WERKS). So, the condition will be:
If MBEW-WERKS == MARC-WERKS,
then MBEW-SERNP = MARC-SERNP.
The problem I'm having is that I have to lookup in many different E1MARCM segments, and the relation is not 1...1, nor, E1MBEWM is a child of it (they are in the same level.)
For example there could come:
- E1MARCM_1 (WERKS = 0001)
- E1MARCM_2 (WERKS = 0002)
- E1MARCM_3 (WERKS = 0003)
- E1MBEWM_1 (WERKS = 0001)
- E1MBEWM_2 (WERKS = 0002)
- E1MBEWM_3 (WERKS = 0002)
- E1MBEWM_4 (WERKS = 0003)
- E1MBEWM_5 (WERKS = 0003)
Am I clear with the requirement?

Comptability Issue with IE8.0 in SRM 4.0

Hi All,
Some of my SRM users are facing issue with IE 8.0. I understood that IE 8.0 is not a compatible version for SRM 4.0 But just of checking, if you guys have faced this issue and fixed it. This issue could be related to IE - Java - SRM.
In shop one screen, users can able to do everything. But if they try to open Approval preview tab or Follow-on document tab in check status transactions, then browser is automatically getting refershed and take the user to the portal home page. I believe both these tabs are working on Java. We tried with udpating Java with different versions, but nothing is working with IE8. We do not have any issue IE6.
Have any one faced the similar issue and fixed it? OR if you have any suggestion, please advise.

I checked PAM in service market place. For an end user pc requirement, is it enough to check under ITS in Web browser?
In that, against IE 8.0 ...it has been mentioned as "Released"? Does it mean that, SAP will support issues occuring with IE 8?
But I dont see anything related to Java vitual machine.
Can you please advise, whether my understanding is correct?
