Well, you're not alone. The question is why is this happening? Since the referenced link shows the same type of problem with Yahoo finance, I suspect there is a coding problem on the site, specific to how Firefox is reading the code. Hi! I'm trying to get the correct image size for a pic I need for a Greencard application for the US. My friend took the photo on a DLSR. I set up a Photoshop document measuring 600 x 600 pixels, the size needed by the application document, but I can't get the image smaller than around 550kb. When I "save as JPEG" in Photoshop, no matter how poor the quality slider, the image stays around 1MB. Is there another way to get the image down to 240kb @ 600 x 600 pixels??????

Whatever is wrong with your payment method could be a rejection from your bank. Is this a credit card? Do you have credit left? Is the address of the credit card in the country that you are trying to use the iTunes store? Is the address you are entering in the address field the exact same address as the billing address on your credit card?

You didn't indicate if it ever worked. If it NEVER did, the problem could be caused by a firewall in the router. For reasons that I do not understand, that will affect IOS (iPod/iPad) communication but will not affect computers or other devices.
You will need administrative access to the router. If a firewall is present, turn it off and test the iPod again. If it works, turn the firewall back on but weaken it a notch and test the iPod again. Repeat as required.

Gave my grandsons iPods for Xmas. Looks like one of them downloaded an app (text+) and must/may have deleated on hisiPod the iMessage app that was included on both with both iPods.
I want to ditch this new app (text+) and return iMessage to his phone as they both are wifi only and iMessaget is what they should both use. Ialso have a iPad (wifi only) and a iphone (both on iOS5) and a MacBook on 10.7.2

I would contact Apple under your warranty. I doubt you received a new iPod since Apple's policy is to give you a refurbished iPod.

To eject iPod:
Select your iPod in the iTunes Source list.
Click the eject icon next to the iPod in the Source list or choose Eject iPod from the Controls menu.
