It is Possible to get Preflight information(trim size, colorspace and fonts) using javascript...?

As Bernd says you can collect the page boxes via JS but nothing about the color spaces, graphic objects or fonts.
For example to see the dimensions of the media box, use this in the JS console:
var aRect = this.getPageBox("Media");
var width = aRect[2] - aRect[0];
var height = aRect[1] - aRect[3];
console.println("Page 1 has a width of " + width + " and a height of " + height);
The valid PageBox names are Art, Bleed, BBox, Crop (default) and Trim. The results are reported in Points (1/72 inch).
You can find the total number of pages in a document using this.numPages and the current page with this.pageNum

When i have a paid account is it than possible to get the information from the different forms send to seperate emailaddresses.
Who dont have a account from formscentral but just need the information directly in there own inboxes?
Because we're looking for a good and simple way to make qoustion & complain forms. But these need to go to different people in the company.

You can have notifications sent to multiple email addresses, but each will need to have a FormsCentral account. They can be free accounts. What you do is create your form and set up the email addresses that you want the information to go to to be Co-authors or Contributors. The co-author/contributor accounts will then need to log into FormsCentral, go to the Options tab and check the email notifications checkbox.

If you have the iPhone in front of you, here's how you can learn the carrier:
Go to Settings > General > About and look at the "Network" row near the top. There's your carrier's name!

You can set up more than one device on your computer, and iTunes will remember the settings for each of them:

But you'll have to use your Apple ID to sync bought media to her device. Disable all other things you don't want to sync like photos, contacts, etc.

Getting HR information using APIs

Hi All,
We do have documentation for all the APIs which Create, Update or Delete the data in standard tables. We can get it from either eTRM or iRepository. But if I want to use the APIs to get some information from HR e.g. HR_PERSON_TYPE_USAGE_INFO which does not Create, Update or Delete the data. It returns some information. Where do I get the documentation for this type of APIs?

How to get channel information using RDA

I'm attempting to build my VIs in such a way that I have the user only supply the channel names while trying to get the device number using "Get Channel Information.vi". I found the "Virtual Channel Configurator.vi" on this site, which is fairly close to what I wanted.
However there is one problem, I can't get Get Channel Information to work using RDA channels (error -10003). Is there a reason, or better, a solution for this?

DAQmx 8, PXI-6259 Meries card. It is a real time remote system and not
connected to my computer on which I am making the programs.
I want the pulses to appear on the output terminal that I choose, but
when I browse in the counter1(s), the global virtual channels that I
made in the remote system icon in Max do not appear?
how can I make them appear so I can send the pulse signal to that output termainal?

Get File Information using the Document ID in Javascript

I store in a custom list the Document Id of a linked document. I need to retrieve some metadata - at least the filename - of that document. I have tried using the Search REST API specifying something like "DocID:INGX1-2-26" in my search query,
but nothing is returned, nothing found.
Is there any other way to get the file info when all I have is the Document ID? In the managed code, I could use the Microsoft.Office.DocumentManagement.dll which provides a way to get the file info using the DocId, but this is not available in Javascript.
Any ideas?

As a workaround, we can create a custom web service with the Microsoft.Office.DocumentManagement.dll, then you can call the web service using JavaScript.

Getting error while using javascript in Forms 11g

Hi All
From OTN I have downloaded .zip file contains demo of Integrating Oracle Forms 11g with javascript.
I have gone through every step and intergrated the javascript with Forms 11g.
I am gettin an runtime error FRM-92190: JavaScript is unable to evaluate expression.
Can anyone help me in this please.
I placed every directory and file as mentioned in that demo.
I use Win XP SP3,
Forms [32 Bit] Version 11.1.1.4.0 (Production). patch set1.
Internet Explorer 8.

If I can understand that demo it may be easy for me to implement the JS in our application.
That error says that some wrong expression passed to the web.javascript_eval_expr
js.html is placed here C:\Oracle\Middleware\asinst_1\config\FormsComponent\forms\server
Left out files and directories are placed here C:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\middleware_int\servers\WLS_FORMS\tmp\_WL_user\formsapp_11.1.1\e18uoi\war
updated my .cfg and .env file as required.
Is it problem with configuring the JS files and directory or Problem with javascript code????

I am looking for a BAPI which could help me to get contract's informations for using the BAPI BAPI_CUSTOMERCONTRACT_CHANGE.
I do not find BAPI_CUSTOMERCONTRACT_DISPLAY or BAPI_CUSTOMERCONTRACT_GETINFO
Eg.:
For a material, we use BAPI_MATERIAL_DISPLAY and then we use the data for the BAPI BAPI_MATERIAL_EDIT to change the material.

Using message boxes or dialogs to get user information in javascript.

Hi,
I want to create a dialog box that displays some check boxes with some options for the user. Is this possible with the designer javascript? I suppose another option would be to have a dialog with a text field, more of a prompt allowing the user to manually enter a value. I would prefer the check boxes, but I'm not sure if that's possible. Any ideas?

By the way each LAF has its own button.
why does this method in JComboBox act wired it returns false irrespectively of the condition of the Popup. Maybe if you actually posted you SSCCE in the Swing forum you would get some help.

We add information to our photos in Iphoto on one laptop, when the photos go via Icloud to the other laptop, the information does not transfer. Is it possible to get the information to transfer with the photos?

We add information, eg , name of peron in photo and information about where it was taken, to our photos on one laptop, when they go via the Photostream to our other laptop the information is not transferred. Can this information be transferred, we do not want to have to enter it again on the second computer.

No, only the photo is added to photo stream, your tags etc, are specific to iPhoto. If you want to share more than the photo use shared streams and add comments.
