It won't let me cancel my photoshop membership and my 30 day window runs out in 2 HOURS!!
I have had my photoshop annual membership for the past 29 days and decided I do not need it anymore (it will be 30 days in 2 hours), and when I try to cancel my membership I am bombarded with different links that just sends me going round in circles!! I have tried to find an e-mail address or telephone number I can contact to get direct help as it is urgent, but can't find any. I have tried to cancel it by going on my account, clicking manage plan under plans and products, then cancel plan, but this does not work. I have also tried the 'contact us' link then 'still need help? contact us', but when I am prompted to log in nothing happens. I have researched different ways and nothing seems to work!! I know that after 30 days if I want to cancel my subscription I will be billed 50%, and I will be very angry if this happens to me because it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to cancel it within the 30 days!! Please can a member of staff contact me and help me out!!

Won't let me cancel scheduled recording
Hello,
I scheduled a TV show to record by going to the TV listings, selecting the show, and then clicking on "record it." I want to cancel it because it turns out that it's conflicting with 2 other shows I have taping at the same time. So I went to my scheduled recordings and clicked on the "cancel" button but nothing happens. I have tried refreshing the page, going to another page and then coming back, just giving it some time, etc. I've canceled programs plenty of times before without a problem so can anyone tell me why it won't let me cancel this show? (It's not on for several hours so that's not the problem.)

I scheduled a recording through my tv, but i decided that i didn't want it recorded anymore, so when i was on the computer, i tried to cancel the recording and it wouldn't allow me either. Since verizon went to this new screen, i havent been able to cancel recordings

i have the adobe cloud 9.99/ month photography package i downloaded lightroom 5.4, it told me it was a trial version, and i'm now at the end of the trial and it won't let me download the full version and i don't have a serial number. also, when i click buy, i get an error message saying, "application not found."
There are two different LR’s, one with a serial-number licensing and one with a CC-signin license.
You should uninstall the serial-number LR you have installed, then
Quit the CC Desktop application,
Restart the CC Desktop application—this will rescan what you have installed and not see LR,
LR will now be on the CC Desktiop apps list, so install that. -

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

My iPad won't let me stay on some games and web sites for more than a few minutes . It closes the site and takes me back to home screen. Why and how do I fix this?
For Safari you could try clearing its cache and history via Settings > Safari.
For Safari and your other apps you could close them all completely and then see if they work when you re-open them : from the home screen (i.e. not with any app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of each app to close them, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -

If you find that it is set to the correct region, log out of your iTunes Store account, restart your iPad, and sign into your account again.

It appears that some iTunes Match songs appear grayed out when you try to download them to your iTunes library. If you haven't already, be sure to authorize iTunes on your iMac before downloading content from iCloud or the iTunes Store.
These steps can help you download grayed out songs to your iTunes library:
Resolve issues with iTunes Match - Apple Support
Songs containing DRM (Digital Rights Management) might not appear in iCloud, or might appear grayed out. This can occur if your computer is not authorized to play that content. Authorize your computer, then manually update iTunes Match. To find out what Apple ID your computer needs to be authorized with to play a specific song, follow the steps below:
Open iTunes.
Locate and select the song that you want to play in your iTunes library.
From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose File > Get Info.
In the Summary tab, find the Account Name field in the right column. Write it down.
Click OK.
From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose Store > Authorize this Computer.
Type in the account name from the Summary field and enter its password. Click Authorize.
From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose Store > Update iTunes Match.
