ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY error is coming when loading data
Hi
When Iam loading data Iam getting error as ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY error, I have used code in transfer rules
Data: I_tab type standard table of TRANSFER_STRUCTURE ,
I_wa like line of I_tab.
data: w_temp_field(1) type c.
data: w_count type i,
l type i,
index type i,
string1 type string value
' 0123456789ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ'.
I_tab[] = datapak[].
loop at I_tab into I_wa.
I have loaded data in Development succesfully with same transfer rules then I transported to Quality to test, Iam getting this run time error.
HI,
If Master data is not active, this table will find the duplicate entries while loading and load will fail by giving the short dump.
you will need to activate the master data in picture and then do a reload.
Regds,
Shashank

Errors when loading data to ODS
Hi,
I am getting the following dump when loading data to ODS
whta might be the problem
Runtime Error MESSAGE_TYPE_X
Date and Time 29.09.2006 14:26:52
ShrtText
The current application triggered a termination with a short dump.
What happened?
The current application program detected a situation which really
should not occur. Therefore, a termination with a short dump was
triggered on purpose by the key word MESSAGE (type X).
What can you do?
Print out the error message (using the "Print" function)
and make a note of the actions and input that caused the
error.
To resolve the problem, contact your SAP system administrator.
You can use transaction ST22 (ABAP Dump Analysis) to view and administer
termination messages, especially those beyond their normal deletion
date.
is especially useful if you want to keep a particular message.

How to correct the error
Probably the only way to eliminate the error is to correct the program.
You may able to find an interim solution to the problem
in the SAP note system. If you have access to the note system yourself,
use the following search criteria:
"MESSAGE_TYPE_X" C
"SAPLSDCL" or "LSDCLF00"
"INTERNAL_ERROR"
If you cannot solve the problem yourself and you wish to send
an error message to SAP, include the following documents:
1. A printout of the problem description (short dump)
To obtain this, select in the current display "System->List->
Save->Local File (unconverted)".
2. A suitable printout of the system log
To obtain this, call the system log through transaction SM21.
Limit the time interval to 10 minutes before and 5 minutes
after the short dump. In the display, then select the function
"System->List->Save->Local File (unconverted)".
3. If the programs are your own programs or modified SAP programs,
supply the source code.
To do this, select the Editor function "Further Utilities->
Upload/Download->Download".
4. Details regarding the conditions under which the error occurred
or which actions and input led to the error.

Hi,
Please need help!
I get a strange error message when loading data from R/3 to BW. A lot of rows in the PSA get red with following description (I don't recognize the object REQUESTER):
"InfoObject REQUESTER does not contain alpa-conforming value 3511"
The help says:
"Diagnosis
The system checked whether the loaded InfoObject
value conforms to the conversion exit. The check
failed.
Forexample:
The value '1' was loaded into an InfoObject with alpha exit, even though the value '0000000001' was expected.
Systemresponse
The load process has failed or the erroneous records are displayed in the monitor. This does not depend on how error handling is set up.
Procedure
Find out why the data does not conform to the conversion exit, and, if possible, correct the cause. Possible causes are errors in Business Content or an error in a customer exit in the source system.
If you cannot correct the problem, you have the option of removing the conversion exit on the InfoObject. However, since the system has already been converted, duplicates appear in the system again.Senor Roberto
I seem to have similar problem, the ALPHA conversion is existent at my Infoobject level and in my Comm Struc but not in mY Transfer_Structure/Transfer_Rules_.
I have already been running loads from ods to data target no problem and now out of a sudden the error msg
Err mess: "The value '1' was loaded into an InfoObject with alpha exit, even though the value '0000000001' was expected", appears.
I have tried removing alpha conversion from info object as u have recommended, and I have transported to QA but in QA the infooject status color is grey and it dosen't allow me to activate what should i do? What i would really like is to load ods data to data target without ever seeing this error again .
Any thoughts

Error FAGL_SKF008 when loading data from 0FI_GL_8 infosource
Hi,
I am loading data into an infocube, from 0FI_GL_8 infosource.
We have connected ECC-P with BI-D and BI-P.
When loading data into BI-D works Ok, but when loading data into BI-P, the next error message appears:
"No authorization for displaying statistical key figures in General Ledger"
"FAGL_SKF 8"
I cheked ST22 and SM21 in ECC-P and there is no error message.
I cheked rfcuser in ECC-P and it has SAP_ALL.
any ideas???Do a comparison of the Authorization Objects assigned to the account for your BI-D extractions and that for BI-P. Since the source system is the same and the authorizations are there for BI-D, it sounds as if there's gaps in the Authorization Object assignements for one or more of the Profiles assigned to the system account for BI-P.
The other thing would be to create a test account that looks like the system account for BI-P, logon with that account, do an RSA3 extraction test and if it fails get a screenshot from tcode SU53 to see what Authorization Objects are missing to be authorized to hit that data.

ABAP short dump when loading data into Infocube
Hello All,
I am getting an ABAP short dump error when loading data into Infocube. I tried to load data from PSA and ODS.
I ran the code to compress the Infocube, no improvement still getting the same error.
Error Analysis:
A raise statement in the program "SAPLRSDU_PART" raised in the exception.
Internal Notes:
The termination occured in the function "ab_i fune" of the SAP Basis system. Specifically in the line 2316 of the module "//bas/620/src/krn/runt/abfunc. C#18".
The internal operation just processed is "FUNE"
Advance thanks !!!
SivHello Siv,
try to run program SAP_DROP_EMPTY_FPARTITIONS to display existing partitions. Then compare it to the number of uncompressed requests. Maybe there's a mismatch.
SAP notes that might help: 385163, 590370

EVDRE error "encountered problem when retrieving data from webserver"
Hi,
in a EVDRE we always get the error "encountered problem when retrieving data from webserver"
When analysing this further we noticed this is always generated when a base member is selected in the CV and the expansion on the row for this dimension is has one of the following expansion settings:
DEP
ALL
NOEXPAND
if we select SELF, the error disappears again and the EVDRE works fine again ... is this normal behavior?
there is no problem with application nor dimension.
D
solved itNote that the keyword "ALL" does not include the member itself. This may cause some confusion, but as Harish implies, when you select a base member it finds no matches if your memberset is "ALL".
If you want to design a report to handle the user moving back and forth between base and non-base members in their CV, you either need to include SELF,ALL or SELF,DEP, or something similar....
OR you need to get a little fancier, and use EVPRO to look and see if the CV member is base -- evpro(app, member,"CALC") -- and then use some conditional logic in Excel to choose the correct expansion options. If Calc=N, use Self, otherwise use SELF,DEP or whatever you choose. This can be a bit tricky if you then want the user to be able to drill down in the report (especially if you want the workbook option to insert add'l rows on the expansion, rather than replace), but it's all possible. -
Short Dump when loading data (Runtime Error ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY) Urgent Pls
Dear Guru
We are loading data into (2 ODS and ! Cube) from one Infopkg.
When i do delta update it throws following error
(for one ODS it is green) and for another ODS and CUBE it is red.
Runtime Error ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY
What happened?
Error in ABAP application program.
The current ABAP program "GP229LMXTFYDS5X6UC3ND03NIV2" had to be terminated
because one of the
statements could not be executed.
Please suggest me some solution, i am with client..its a serious issue now.
Hope you understand
Thanks in Adv
Devhi,
hope if you retrigger the load it would be successful.
force the request status to red and delete from the all target and retrigger the load.
else chk if in the detail tab u could find the data upto PSa. if so delete the red request alone and pull the records to tohose records from PSA.

Error 1 when loading data from flat file
Hi,
I am working on BW 3.5 when i was loading flat file it is giving error 1 when loading external data can anyone solve and mail to me this email id [email protected] .Hi,
I have done correctly but even error 1 data loading from external file is coming, i just clicked on that and it came like this, Error 1 when loading external data,no invalid data like arthematics operations,But file accessing and path is correct.
Message no. RSAR234
Diagnosis
Error number 1 occurred when loading external data:
1. Error when reading the file (access rights, file name, ...)
2. File size or number of records does not correspond to the data in the control file
3. Error when generating the IDoc
4. File contains invalid data (errors with an arithmetic operation or data conversion)
Procedure
Check whether you have the required access rights and whether the data in the control file is correct (file names, record length, number of records, ...). Correct the data in the control file if necessary and check the data file for invalid data (values of the wrong type, values in the wrong format for conversion exit,...). Error when loading data from DSO to Cube
Hi,
After upgrading to 2004s we get the following error message when trying to load data from a DSO to a Cube:
Unexpected error: RSDRC_CONVERT_RANGES_TO_SELDR
Has anyone experienced a similar problem or have some guidelines on how to resolve it?
Kind regards,
FredrikHej Martin,

guys can u pls help me out regarding an error called Error 1 when loading external data in the infopackage.
when I click on start data load am getting that error. Waiting for the answer.Hi,
Actually, this error has little to do with lowercase letters. At least upto PSA level data should be loaded in most cases.
Error number 1 occurred when loading external data:
1. Error when reading the file (access rights, file name, ...)
2. File size or number of records does not correspond to the data in the control file
3. Error when generating the IDoc
4. File contains invalid data (errors with an arithmetic operation or data conversion)
I had the situation when error 1 and file not found error occurred. The reason was in very little memory. The system couldn't open the file. Check it with basis guys.

Error when loading data in Infopackage
Hi Friends,
I'm getting the following error when loading please help it is quite urgent.
Value 'ZSATX #1 ' (hex. '436F6E7461696E6572202331 ') of characteristic ZSIGNI contains invalid characte BRAIN
Thnaks ,Hi Smily,
It refers to an invalid char found in this InfoObject value. Does your system have anything maintained in RSKC?
For good info you can refer to Eugene's blogs:

In your code there's written:

Is it right the double slash before the file name? -
Error when loading data from xml file
Hi,
I'm trying to load data into a table from XML file using ApEx DATA UNLOAD/LOAD interfaces .
ApEx version is 3.0.1 .
I'm getting this error:
ORA-31011: XML parsing failed ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing LPX-00222: error received from SAX callback function
How to find cause of the error ?
JanusTkank you for the simple but good advice :)
unfortunately even google didn't find many answers :
LPX-00222 + APEX ... NOTHING
LPX-00222 + ORA- ... 2 pages of something like

FDMEE Logging Level is set to 5Are you sure that you haven't got Planning 11.1.2.3.500 in your environment? This sounds spookily similar to the issue described in note 1678759.1 which was seen after applying Planning 11.1.2.3.500. If it's definitely Planning 11.1.2.3.500 is there any chance that someone has applied ODI patch 18687916 to the ODI home (C:\Oracle\Middleware\odi)?
If you /*are*/ running Planning 11.1.2.3.500 then you might need to apply patch 18687916 to C:\Oracle\Middleware\odi - you might need note 1683307.1 to take some of the pain out of applying this patch though.
Given the error that you're seeing though there's a mismatch in versions of JAR files between ODI and the Planning server somewhere.

Craig
