Anyone have solution. Already tried uninstall and reinstall.
Using Windows 8For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

The whole message is more like:
The instruction at "0x7b1177a9" referenced memory at "0x7b1177a9" could not be "written".
Then it tells me to close. Which means that Firefox would load. It is in a Firefox error window so I know its not due to another program. Can someone tell me how to fix this without having to pay for some new scanner?Exactly what is the message you get and when. Presumably you are using IE9 to download the Firefox Installer file.
Try the site http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html to download the latest Firefox version in the correct language.

the 2008R2 OS was hang out of control
what is a major cause of error message? is there any fix or Hotfix?Hi,
Regarding the current issue, it may be caused by some third party software conflicting with explorer.exe or it could be a memory conflict with a driver.
Signs of low memory include poor performance, low-memory or out-of-memory notifications, and display problems. I would suggest you to follow the steps provided in these methods and check if
it helps in resolving the issue:
Method 1: Run System Maintenance troubleshooter:
Step 1 : Move your mouse to the right bottom and click on search.
Step 2 : Type Troubleshooting in the search box and click on it
Step 3 : On left pane click “View all” click on the "Run Maintenance task" under the System and Security.
Step 4 : Click on the "Next" in the System Maintenance interface.
Select "Try troubleshooting as an administrator
Method 2:
I would suggest you to run the Memory Diagnostic Tool and check if it helps.
a) Press
Windows key and type "memory".
b) Click "Settings" and then click the result "Diagnose your computer's memory problems".
c) Select the recommended option to run the tool.
Check if the issue still persists. If the issue persists, increase the virtual memory.
Change the size of virtual memory
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows-8/change-the-size-of-virtual-memory
Method 3: I would suggest you to run System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) and check if it helps. The System
File Checker tool (SFC.exe) scans for missing or corrupted system files and repairs them.
Run System File checker to see if you have any corrupted system files.
Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files

Method 4: If issue persists follow these steps:
I would also suggest you to check if the same issue occur in Safe Mode and check if the issue occurs there as well.
Step 1:
Start your computer in safe mode
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/windows-startup-settings-including-safe-mode
Step 2:
Follow the Microsoft KB article to perform clean boot on the computer. A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
How to perform a clean boot in Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
Disclaimer: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps from section “How to
reset the computer to start as usual after clean boot troubleshooting” to reset the computer to start as usual.
Hope this helps.

The instruction at "0x2d8818d3" referenced memory at "000000008
I am always getting this error when trying to open PDFs from IE and Firefox. I have Repaired Acrobat 6.0 that I have and also reinstalled it. Neither help. What can this be? Please help!
The instruction at "0x2d8818d3" referenced memory at "000000008" The memory can not be read.I've read that in browsers, this is commonly caused by "add-ons" or BHOs (Browser Helper Objects - Google Toolbar and the like)
There's a Wiki article on this here: "What causes the error 'The instruction at "" referenced memory at "" in (app). The memory could not be read?"
Wiki has to be taken with a grain of salt, but my experience is that this specific type of error is caused when a program tries to access a corrupted registry entry for the particular program, of something (another program perhaps) has changed access rules for that particular file. BHOs will often do that.
If you have third party toolbars installed in Firefox and IE, try disabling or uninstalling them altogether and see if the error goes away. -

error after i install itunes, i press "Agree" and thats what appears, can someone help me please??When you say "my .exe" I assume you mean a swtandalone executable created with the source code that runs fine. Yes?
Are you making any external calls to DLLs or CINs? It sounds like something is not closing out properly. Can you perhaps isolate what specific portion of the code it's coming from by doing builds of different parts of your code?

Hi,
this topic came up several times the last years, so it may not depend on the version of LabVIEW.
We are running LV7.0 (EXE) on WinXP. The application works several hours fine when this error occur:
The instruction at "0x000000019" referenced memory at"0x000000019" . The memory could not be "read".
Yes, we have re-installed the system with latest NiDAQmx driver and so on ..
No, we are not using DLL, CIN or something like this.
What can I do ? My custumer is not amused ...
Every hint is welcome
- Jochen -I'm not sure what is causing it, but since it happens after several hours it sounds like it might be a "memory leak" where an array allocation or something of that nature is growing, not being properly deallocated, and eventually hitting a memory boundary. Could you give us a little more detail what you are doing, also there are somethings that have caused that type of problems in the past. A search of previous posting, etc. for memory leak produces a number of threads. Also to look for this one might start the program and note the amount of memory LabVIEW is taking using the "Task Manager" in Windows. Then looking at the numbers a while later (an hour or so) should tell you pretty quickly if this is an issue.

When I try to use the vanishing point tool in photoshop cs4, I get all the way through the process of the vanishing point and when I click ok to apply photoshop crashes and I get the following error message.

I have tried updating my NVIDIA vid card drivers but this didn't help...can anybody help me with this?
M.Pretty much standard advice applies...
Things to try:
1. Try disabling OpenGL drawing (closing and reopening Photoshop afterward to test), and update your video drivers from the web site of the maker of your video card.
2. Reset Photoshop preferences to defaults by pressing and holding Control-Shift-Alt immediately after starting Photoshop, then confirming the deletion.
3. Ferret out any non-standard fonts that may be corrupted or incompatible Photoshop.
4. Check your system for malware.
5. Check your Windows system integrity (e.g., SFC /VERIFYONLY and SFC /SCANNOW commands).
6. Reinstall Photoshop and make sure it's up to the latest patch level.

We cannot know. You are not offering any system information nor actually telling what program you use and what you do when the crash occurs.

When viewing a PDF file in a browser using Adobe Reader v9.0 I received - The instruction at "0x0700609c" referenced memory at "0x00000014". The memory could not be read.
This occured in Google Crome after viewing a pdf file and then closing the Crome application. I was also able to reproduce this in a .NET application using the System.Windows.Forms.WebBrowser control and loading PDF files in the browser control.
The error does not occur every time but can be reproduced in my .NET application fairly easily by loading several pdf files quickly then closing the application.
This error does not occur when using Adobe Reader v8.On my .Net application, I put this code to solve this problem on exiting the program:
Private Sub BatchOrganizerForm_FormClosing(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.Windows.Forms.FormClosingEventArgs) Handles Me.FormClosing
If Me.pdfViewFile IsNot Nothing Then
System.Threading.Thread.Sleep(2000)
Me.pdfViewFile.Dispose()Application.DoEvents()
End If
End Sub
I think the problem is you must give time to dispose first the pdf control before the application.
This code worked for me. I hope this helps. -

Error - The instruction at "0x5ad71531" referenced memory at "0x00000014"
I am using Crystal Reports XI and it has never worked well. I have removed the program from the PC and reloaded the program several times. I am running it on XP SP3 machine with all of the latest updates. Everytime I simply drag a field from the Field Explorer onto the report design area I get the following message:
crw32.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close...
Then I get a secondary Application Error message:
The instruction at "0x5ad71531" referenced memory at "0x00000014". The memory could not be "read"...
I have tried installing the program on another PC with the same results.
I also have VS2008 loaded on the machine along with Office 2007 and various other development tools.
I have been able to alter some aspects of a report but it will not let me add a field from the field explorer. I am using an OLE DB connection to a SQL Server 2005 table.
What gives?Go to this link: http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/boc and download the trial version of CR XI R2 and use your XI keycode, then apply the patches which you can get to by clicking on the BusinessObjects tab above, then Downloads.
