ITunes Error: Cannot play bought iTunes movie from one day to the other "The selected movie won't play on your display."

Hi,
just a few weeks ago I watched on my new iMac 5k Retina a long-ago-downloaded movie (iTunes content, HD, Billy Joel. Live at Shea Stadium). I had no issues watching it on the new wonderful display just a few weeks ago!
Today I wanted to resume the video and got the error "The selected movie won’t play on your display. This movie can be played only on displays that support HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection).".
Actually the movie plays for a few seconds and then the movie window gets black and the error message appears. Restarting iTunes does not help. Restarting the Mac also not.
How can this be fixed?
Additionally I get since I moved from my old iMac to the new one the iTunes error "Do you want the application “iTunes.app” to accept incoming network connections?" every time I start iTunes.

I found the issue, a new app that I installed the other day...just renamed it and now I can watch the bought content again...

I need to off-load my digital copies to another disk I just bought, located on the same computer, so I can have more room for other things; my collection is getting too big, I guess. I'm afraid if I just move them and re-integrate them back into the iTunes library, it will mess up the DRM status and lock me out entirely. I'm hoping it won't treat this exercise as one of my allocated copies and increment the counter counting device transfers. Any ideas as to how to safely do this (without hacking, etc.)?

Can I load movies from one Mac to another using the same account?

I know that you can retireve purchased items, such as music, apps, books & TV shows and load them onto multiple computers, however I can't seem to do the same with Movies. I have purchased some movies on another computer, and want to transfer it over to a second computer, too, that uses the same account.
Can I do this?

Films can currently only be re-downloaded in the US (and I don't think that all films can be re-downloaded there). You can copy them over via, for example, a flash drive or external drive to your other computer and add them to that computer's iTunes via File > Add To Library, or you might be able to copy them over home sharing if your computers are on the same network.

If I have many tabs open how do I move from one tab to another using the keyboard? For example to move from one window to another we have to hit alt+tab keys. How does it work for Tabs?

Move from one request number to other request number

i created one tcode and saved it in one request number. but i want to save it in other request number.
what i did ....i deleted that tcode and again created but its saving on the same request number...

Follow these steps
go to se09. select the request in which TCODE is save - expand it. select the TCODE select DELETE.
Note : This will delete LOCK object associated and not the object i.e. TCode itself.
Assign TCODE to another request. There are various ways :
1. Go to SE80 --> Enter the package in which Tcode is assigned. Right click on TCODE -- Other Functions - Write Transport Entry . Specify new transport you want to assign to your Tcode
2. Another way is to directly make entry in Request object. Goto se09 - double click on Request in which you want to save your Tcode-- goto Objects Tab - Create new entry with program ID R3TR and Object type = TRAN.Give your tcode name in Object name. press Enter. Save the Request

Streaming Movie from one iMac to another

I hope this is a quick issue.
I have had a Mac Mini for several years connected in our family room to a Sony TV. We use iTunes to watch movies and it works very well. I have a 2 terabit external drive (iomega) with Firewire, but at this point the Itunes library is on the Mac Mini's hard drive.
I have another mac (27 inch) which has a larger hard drive and a Thunderbolt 6 TV Raid (3 tb mirror). I curently have the itunes library on that mac located on my 256 gig SD drive (second hard drive is 2 TB disk).
I was planning on moving the itunes library to the RAID and running movies in the family room via home sharing.
So last night we tried to watch a movie stored on my SD drive accross the wired network to the family room. It played fine for about 5 minutes and then just stopped. When I tried to restart the movie the Mac Mini said I could not because home sharing was not on! I checked it was.
I then used the finder to log onto that mac again and the movie showed up in the shared section on iTunes but again would not play for more than a few minutes.
So what am I doing wrong?
I was considering getting an Apple TV for the bedroom, but if I cannot successfully stream a movied from one mac to another on the WIRED network, what chance will I have with a WIFI connected Apply TV??

Found the problem.

Had wifi and wired network connection running!
I turned off wifi on the Mac mini and it works fine.
Also tested wifi streaming with a Mac book and it works fine.

Org unit changes but position not when emp move from 1 org unit 2 other

We have a scenario in which when an employee moved from org unit to another (temporarily) his position doesn't get changed but org. unit changes. How to manage it???

Hi Naveen,
Let me expain the process in details when you enter "Position" in IT 0000 & 0001 in Emp. Master (PA30) it inherites Org. Unit, Org Key and Cost Center. To get inheritance of org unit, org key, cost center along with position you have to assign all to org. unit in PPOM.
I want "Position" to be remained unchanged when an employee moves from one org unit to other only organization unit need to be changes.

If you cannot find the file on your hard drive then once you delete the current broken entry you should be able to redownload from iTunes in the Cloud. This assumes the item in question qualifies. Note that audiobooks, digital booklets, iTunes LPs & Extras, ringtones, selected movies etc. don't.
If prompted don't hide the item. You may find that you need to close and then reopen iTunes before it will appear for download.

I just bought an iPad 3 from UAE, I have the Emerati app store, I have just updated my iPad 3 to iOS 6 and I've been having a problem with my AppStore. Whenever I try to download any app I get an error "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" this is been happening since 3 days

Thanks schan20, this worked perfect. I closed all apps, double tapping home key from home screen, turned set date and time automatically off, clicked set daate and time, changed year to 2014. I then opened updates on apps and got the security message, went back to set date and time, turned on set automatically, opened app store back up (did not force close after security message) , got to loading and had 21 apps to update
Not sure what caused this initially; but some things I had done in the past were, I had set date and time auto off, I had changed the date and time numerous times in a row for the game deer hunter reloaded to get gold, most of the time stopping around August each time. Other than that, I have not made any major changes or added any apps when it stopped working.

How to keep Itunes playing music when switching from one user account to another?

On my old pc, that running XP, itunes would continue playing when I was switching from one user account to another.
Now I have a new PC running win8 and the music stops playing when I switch from one user account to another. I think Itunes is still running on the user that is not active, but the music is not coming out of the speekers.
Does anyone know how I can get the win8 pc to do as the old XP machine?

The steps below detail how to place an input chooser that will allow for the adjustment of your keyboard layout while on the login screen.
From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.
Click Users & Groups to display the pane (or choose User & Groups from the View menu).
If the lock icon in the lower-left corner of the window is closed, click it, then enter the name and password of an administrator to unlock it.
Click Login Options.
Select the "Show Input menu in login window" checkbox.
From the Apple menu, choose Log Out.
At the login window, click the Input menu (shows the name of the currently selected input source next to a keyboard icon) in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select the desired input source or keyboard layout. If you don't see the input source you are looking for, move the pointer over Other Input Sources, then select the input source from the complete list that appears.

You should start "Home Sharing". You will need to authorise your two computer. Once Home Sharing is activated, you will see shared iTunes libraries and it will allow you to simply drag'n drop any content.
