ITunes Store app does not open on my iPhone.

Go to your music app (not iTunes) click on songs then click on the store button in the left corner and it should take you to iTunes. Then try going back into iTunes thru the iTunes app again.

At startup hold down either the Option/Alt key to get a boot menu screen and select the Recovery HD or hold down the Command + r key to go directly to the Recovery HD. Then select Reinstall Mac OS X.

Try rebooting the ipod...
press and hold the home and power buttons until the Apple icon is displayed, then let go.

Well I have bought my iPad two weeks ago and my iTunes used to open on my pc and iPad, but in the last four days it never opens except at morning when I wake up, what's wrong, please help.

If a reset doesn't work, try and force iPad into Recovery Mode:
1. Turn off iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, slide to turn off.
2. Connect USB cable to computer
3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
5. Release the Home button
6. Open iTune (make sure you have the newest version of iTune)
7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad

TS3297 Every time I open iTunes to listen to music, not access the iTunes Store, I get the password sign in box, over and over again. When I try to access the iTunes Store it does not except my password. This has happened since the last update.

Everytime I open iTunes to play music, NOT to access the iTunes Store, I get the password sign in box for the iTunes Store. If I click cansel the box pops up a second time.
When I try to sign in to the iTunes Store it does not except the password and pops up the sign in box afain,and again endlessly.
This started happening about two weeks ago.

if itunes will not run, you probably have mangled windows badly
one feature of windows 8 is the refresh that saves libraries,
because you are using windows 7, you will need to backup all files to another storage device

Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.
This is a user-to-user forum and most people will post on here if they have problems. You very rarely get people posting to say there update went smooth. The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps.

Pages app does not open on my iPhone 4

Pages app does not open on my iPhone 4 running iOS 5.01, touch the icon and it just returns to the home page where the icon for the pages app is. I have Pages on my Macbook and have uploaded docs to the iCloud. Phone iCloud is on. What am I missing?

Now one more question: How do I open an iCloud pages document on my iPhone? I see how to create new documents and how to open one that is stored on iDisk, iTunes or WebDAV ... I do not see an option for opening one that is stored in iCloud???? Thanks.

I tried hard reset on my iPhone. I tried restarting laptop and iPhone. I tried a different laptop. I tried removing driver and reinstalling from Device Manager but did not find a driver other than "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver" under "Universal Serial Bus controllers" which I heard shouldn't be uninstalled.
Anything I haven't tried?

Are you seeing your music listed in the iPod screen, or in Win explorer as in your earlier post?
I can see all the songs in my Edrive>al's Ipod> Ipod Control> Music folder.
A corrupted iPod database, will report zero music used, and have your music size reported as others, so you wont see the music in the iPod screen. Sorry, I thought there was some hope for you with iPodAccess, in recovery of the corrupted iPod database with your ratings.
You can try to borrow and use the Mac Disk Utility ->First Aid ->Repair.
Of course, if your iPod Hardisk is in a bad state, from the Disk Diagnostic report, then all my suggestion are futile.

You can't redeem that certificate in another country's store. You also can't change the iTunes Store country with an unspent balance.

Today my Project Online web app does not open. Error message is

I've not changed any web part. Can you please help out as I cannot access anything in project online.

Systeminformation.app does not open

Hi,
On both my iMac and my MBP mid 2009 the app does not open. The error code is -10810. I cannot find out what this error means and how to fix it. And why on both machines. I regularly, every two weeks fix permissions. And this problem has remained even before I installed Mavericks 10.9.4 a month ago on both machines.
And I cannot find anyone having mentioned this as a problem when searching the internet.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar at the top of the screen. Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then take one of the actions that you're having trouble with. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
