Itunes Store Busy only when Gifting Music
I can access the store, buy music for myself and download, but I can't seem to give an album as a gift. When I get to the "Buy Gift" stage, I get the following error:
"Could not complete the Itunes store request. The store may be busy. Check your internet connection or try again later."
This is not a problem with my date/time synchronization and I'm running the latest version of Itunes. I've been getting this error for 24 hours now. Help!
Have you tried a Hard reset on your Device?
Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

I have been unable to "update all" apps through my iphone and ipad. all my software is up todate, i have been to see numerous apple genious's and i even traveled to Cupertino to try and solve this issue. i am able to buy single songs, single apps, etc. the only Clue i can give that might have a relation to the issue is before the problem started, I was signing up for icloud and my itunes username totally disappeared from my devices. i was able to "resecure " the same username, but i think that somehow itunes to differentiating the two identical user names i had??? but as i said, i can still buy single apps, music, etc.

My iTunes store works on my windows 7 pc. However when I click on the iTunes store it only loads halfway and the screen just says iTunes store. How do I fix this?
Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now. -
When I click Itunes on my ip4s, it links to Itunes U, and it can't reach Itunes Store,neither can see any music. Can any pro guys help me out with my highly appreciation!!!!
You say your phone will not sync but then you say, "when it does sync."
Does it sync or not? Did you remember to select music to sync onto your phone before clicking on Apply or Sync?
You do have to have iTunes on your computer in order to sync your phone. And your music must be in iTunes. -
I recently changed my PC and I transferred my iTunes music library to an external disc. Now, when I open iTunes I can only see the music I've downloaded, but not the rest of my music. What do I need to do?

Did you transfer the entire /Music/iTunes/ folder?
Or did you only transfer /Muisic/iTunes/iTunes media? folder? -
I have updated my phone to iOS 8.2 and i m new to using iPhone. Whenever i am trying to open my iTunes store, its only showing me the option to open the iTunesU store. Can anyone help me with that?
Unfortunately Pakistan is one of those countries where media isn't available from iTunes - when that might change we won't know (we are fellow users on here) until if/when Apple announce something.
Are there other music purchase download sites available there ? Or you can copy your CDs via your computer's iTunes and sync them to your phone -
Click on the iTunes Store it only loads half way and gives a blank screen...

Same problem here -- latest 10.6.8 on a Santa Rosa Mac Book with 6 GB of RAM -- Safari 5.1.10 and iTunes 11.2.2 -- noticed that the song lists don't display, just a blank area where the song listing SHOULD display -- shows a slider to the right, but nothing on the list. Can play online radio just fine -- main default iTunes store window looks normal, and I can select one of the songs from the default store window, and it plays just fine -- but if I search for Fleetwood Mac or Boston, of which iTunes carries both, song list comes up blank -- other Fleetwood Mac non-song offering show normally.
Hold on -- now it is WORKING -- I used Safari to log into this Apple Help section using my active Apple ID, and I was presented with some sort of Apple license agreement and checkbox before I was able to proceed to this help section to comment -- I wonder if iTunes was hung up because I had not yet agreed to the latest Apple ID User(?) license agreement, but iTunes was not showing me the agreement so that I could check the box, etc.
Anyone having this problem, double-check that Apple has you on record per the latest license agreement -- my iTunes was showing that I was logged in using my correct Apple ID (only have one), but never displayed anything about a license agreement -- only when I logged into this Apple trouble-shooting help section via Safari was I presented with a license agreement update notification screen -- which, once agreed, seems to have cleared up my iTunes Store song list blanking problem. -

Yesterday I wanted to use iTunes store for windows ; when i have open iTunes it gives me the error 0x80090318 .
I have search the web alot and i have check lots of Iranian and English website but have not find any solution for

My iPad won't let me sign into my Apple ID when I try and download an app it asks for my id and password and when i type it in the iPad displays a message saying cannot connect to iTunes Store. However when i do this on my phone it works perfectly. Even when i sign in and out.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so how can I fix this?Remember, any purchased item from the itunes store is forever associated with the Apple ID used to buy it. So when you get prompted for an ID/password and it doesn't accept it, then you are using the wrong ID.
Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores, be sure it's logged into the ID you have set on the iphone (since that one seems to be connecting with the right ID). If you've done this, then you might wait a bit to see if the "cannot connect to .. store" message has to do with internet connections. -

How do I have itunes use/detect my external hard drive and place music on the external drive from the itunes store? There are no music files on my pc yet. I will like to do this after installing itunes 11 on my pc for the first time. I am using windows 7. HP computer intel Dual Core. Thanks for any help!

Secure Link to iTunes Store Failed. When I click on the help button to the right, and the new help window pops up, it is blank with zero infomation on how to correct the "Secure Link to iTunes Store"
A few things may resulted in this. Did it just happen over night?
