IVR recording not work within the network

I have an IVR script for recording the caller to leave a voice message to agent,
and the agent is able to listen the voice message.
The script is 100% working during the development environment (that is an isolated network)
When the script moves to another production environment
The outside caller (e.g. my mobile phone) is able to do the same thing,
However, if the caller is made from internet network, seems the "recording" function not working
are there any possible reason may cause the above problem?

while recording internally, seems the system does not record anything.
For example,
I have recorded for about 10 sec voice message.
Then terminate the contact and put into CSQ
then an agent pick up that session and retrieve the voice message,
but it jumps directly to the next step, and the voice message is skipped
seems the voice message has not been recorded
That's why i have no idea ....

Android orientation lock does not work within the ADPS App

Hi,
and another Android App Bug for today. The Android orientation lock feature does not work in Apps created with ADPS. If orientation lock is enabled and I turn the tablet, the orientation off the ADPS Apps will turn with the tablet.
My Test Tablet is an Acer IconiaTab A510 with Android 4.0.3

When you say that the orientation lock doesn't work, we have no way of knowing if that means that the screen is locked in one position only, or that it will not lock in one position only. So try something g very basi and reboot your iPad.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
In the camera app, you have to swipe up and down on the screen to move between photo, video and the square photo mode options, so are you even in the correct mode to take videos?

LaserJet Pro 400 MFP not working on the network port that works HELP !!!

I have a new LaserJet Pro 400 MFP (M425dn) USB works fine. When I remove the USB and plug it into the network Port no network can be found - It doesn't pick up any activity. So I test the network with my laptop ( connectivity is confirmed ). The network port is working properly- I plug in the LaserJet Pro 400 MFP (M425dn) and restart it - no network activity. I tried several ports in the front office and the printer can't connect to the network. BUT HERES THE FUNNY THING . If I take the printer to the back room where the router/switch is and plug it directly into the switch
( the same port as the front port ) it works !!!!! so why doesn't the printer work at the front office network port, where all the other devices work just fine using the same port ? But it will work, at the router/switch using the same port lol this is drving me crazy
any help ? ? ?

I'm trying to sign in onto my brand new MacBook Air and it's telling me it can't because of server error. Is this the machine not working or the network?

1) The One-to-One program is in person in an Apple Store. I've never heard of any phone-based training. Perhaps the salesperson was confusing that with AppleCare which extends the phone support on your product.

First, grow up. Just because YOUR phone isn't working, doesn't mean Apple put out bad software. I've not had any difficulty, nor has anyone else I know. And just how is Apple risking lives with Bluetooth kits not working? It's YOUR decision to talk on the phone or text and drive. Not Apple's.
We're users here, volunteering our time to help others. Posts like yours, which are whiny and ranting, simply means we're likely to ignore you and not provide you with any help. Not to mention, it makes you look absolutely foolish.
Further making you look foolish is the fact that you haven't even asked a technical support question, nor have you provided anyone here with any troubleshooting steps you might have taken, including those recommended in the user guide.

Have you tried a reset which is similar to a computer restart and is done by pressing and holding the home button and the sleep/wake or on/off button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo and then release?

First run Software Update to make sure your iMac is up-to-date.
Even though things are working OK on other devices there may still be issues with your modem or router so it's best to start there. Locate the manuals on both devices and reset each. Do the modem first then the router. Next make sure the router has up-to-date firmware. If the problem continues after updating resetting and updating both devices then download and install iStumbler and let it run for about 30 minutes. iStumbler will scan your area for the Wi-Fi networks being used, pay attention to the channels each network is set to. Most routers are pre-set to channels 5 or 6 and if you are in a congested area and all the routers are set for channel 5 or 6 then you can see where there might be a problem. Set your router's channel to one not being used in your area, you have at least 14 channels to choose from. Also check to see if your router is using 802.11n, if it's not then it would be wise to upgrade the router to a faster device.
Next is if you are still having issues the problem could be your ISP's DNS settings. If you want to learn about DNS please read CNET's DNS Article and MacWorld's DNS Troubleshooting . Then use the instructions below to reset the DNS settings:
1. System preferences
2. Network
3. Click Advanced
4. Click DNS tab
5. Click + sign
6. Add 208.67.222.222
7. Click + sign
8. Add 208.67.220.220
9. Click OK.

I have set-up office email account in Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync this work only over office Wi-Fi not working outside of office Wi-Fi range. When I back to office all new e-mail loaded automatically. I have no problem with yahoo email setup in the same Z10 hand set work in both Wi-Fi and Mobile network. I have data plan with my carrier. Both emails were working in my previous Blackberry hand set Bold 9900. But with this New Z10 this become a problem

You should receive a login prompt for username & password following by an Inbox listing of messages.
We used this step to verify server setup before configuring an iPhone. Lastly, we made certain that connectivity would work from outside or within our company by doing the following:
1) created A record for webmail.domain.com to a public IP that route through the firewall on 443 to the Exchange server's private IP - this handles external traffice
2) added an internal DNS record for webmail.domain.com to the private IP of the Exchange server.
This ensures that webmail.domain.com sync's to exchange from outside or from within the Enterprise.

Spotlight not working within program. Please HELP!

Spotlight not working within programs. Cannot not locate files on network volumes.
For example: if I am using Photoshop or MultiAd Creator Pro, and want to open a file, I will do File>Open and use spotlight in the "Open" dialog, and it doesn't ever find anything? I can see the files but if I search it fails to locate. Same thing happens if I try to "Place Graphic" In MultiAd and other programs. It appears to be a universal issue regardless of program.
I tried re-indexing spot light via the system preferences (privacy, drag in volume, remove volume). I also tried re-indexing via terminal.
I tried mounting the volumes via afp, smb, cifs and nothing works!!
This issue is handicapping production.

Software update not conneting to the network.

Hi,
When I click on the Apple and slide down to Software Update - it can't connect to the network. If I open System Preferences and click on software updates - then click on "check Now" the same thing. On an unrelated or related problem, when I'm on the net - some videos won't run (doesn't tell me I need a program to run it just a blank screen) other videos on the same website work fine, or help menu will give me - can't connect - like talk to a live person - gives me we can't connect. Don't know if this is the same problem for both. Upgrades checks within other software programs work fine - adobe..
IMac - airport connected
This is what I've done.
Snow Leopard is not connecting to the network - can't update software.
Removed com.apple.softwareupdate.plist - restart - still not working.
Removed com.apple.HIToolbox.001b6395dd08.plist from everywhere - restart - still not working. Note - post said this item would be in "ByHost" folder and it wasn't. After throwing it away it showed up in the ByHost folder. Went to all the user accounts and threw it away - restart - still not working. Did a soft boot and then restart - still not working.
Changed other user account to none administrators - nothing.
Checked network Airport, advanced, Proxies - unchecked any protocols, (none were checked) oked - still not working.
Did disk repair. - restart - still nothing.
Did a new install of snow leopard - restart - still nothing.
Did the upgrade to 10.6.1 - still nothing.
As directed by the tech person - shutdown and unplugged the back of the computer (funny - we use to do that years and years ago...) still nothing.
Any other ideas?

My MB has Software Update saying not connected but I had downloaded the most recent update and with a reboot it installed. But try to run it again from the Apple Menu and it "won't connect" although the web is there. I tried advice from a Tiger forum message <http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=10183822#10183822> to turn off all options in Airport::Advanced I followed those direction--and although the MB had previously downloaded the updates and I had activated them with a reboot, it would not check for updates. Turned off System Preferences::Network::Airport::Advanced but did not work from a motel room until I turned off Passive FTP in Proxies.
I thought I had another problem after son's friend passed him a lot of music. Found putting it in trash, it would no longer come up with a Shared Network folder--nothing showing in Network or sharing. Had done Disk Utility fix and repair with only 2 SUID messages and no others. Well I place the enclosing folder in the Trash and moved half of the files to a new folder and repeated. With all moved it was still OK. So emptying the trash got rid of the problem. My guess, but I can't confirm now, is that there was a hidden network reference. Hum, I remember doing this in Sys 6 and 7 for what you couldn't see and cannot trash them.

GetListItems() and "Value does not fall within the expected range"

I have a sharepoint list (it's a task list). I have the ID of the task - I can access the task like this :

This works fine. I would like to create a query so when I call GetListItems() from a web service, I can select this record.
This is the code I'm using - when I set the ndQuery.innerxml to a blank string, it returns all records (correctly). When I enable it, I get the wonderfully useful "Value does not fall within the expected range" error. I have tried querying
a number of different fields (besides ID) and every single one gives me that error.

Datasocket does not work with two network cards

If I have two ethernet card in a PC. The Datasocket server does not work if the second card is enabled. It keeps displaying resolving IP Address. I am wondering if there is a solution for this problem.

Thanks for you reply. One card has a static address(10.20.35.1), which is used for Data socket, and the other card uses a dynamic IP address. The card with dynamic address is only used for connecting the PC to the company’s network.
The second card, when turned on causes the Datasocket server problem. In the Datasocket Server manager I have only two IP addresses under Permissions Groups. (10.20.35.1 and 10.20.35.11. 10.20.35.11 is the IP address of the remote PC with labview application. The Datasocket is used to transfer data between the two PC’s)
I am wondering if my set up for hosts in Datasocket Server manager is not correct.
