Java + creating a locally savable form

Question

I have been searching quite a bit for this answer but have been unable to find it. I need to be able to create a PDF form with java and be able to enable the user to save a completed copy of the form. I have looked at other SDK and they all seem to lack the ability to allow users to save a copy of a completed form. So my question is can I accomplish this with either the PDF sdk or the Acrobat sdk and how do I go about getting it. Thanks.

It there a way to do the "Reader Enable" in Java as each one of the forms I am going to be generating will be unique for each user it is sent to. So there will most likely only be one submission for each form I generate. There is a possibilty that a user will submit the form more than once but not likely.
I will give a little more detail. I will be using Java to create this form from data we store on our Iseries. Could be 100 items listed could be 20000 items listed. Users will fill in a field for the price they want to charge for each item if they want to change it, save a copy, and email it back to us for processing. These files will be generated and emailed out automatically could be once a month to mutlple times a day which is why I want to cut out any user interaction on the desktop. Once back we will put them in some kind of to be processed folder and use Java to strip out the data we want and update the data on our Iseries.
