Javascript function in static file not found on one theme

Hello,
Hava a Ajax function on a Textfield.
Have a static Javascript file with a function named register(....)
On my site properties in section Footer-Text I call that function.
If I use the Theme Business - 3, my Ajax function works without problems.
But now I have changed the Theme to Modern Blue - 20.
Since I have changed the Theme to Modern Blue my Ajax function dont work.
It occures an error: register is not defined
Have anyone an idea why in theme Modern Blue it is not found my function from static file???
greets Markus

Hi Markus,
The problem is that the page doesn't know where the function is yet, because it checks it at runtime, when it comes along the register call. Probably the position is different then the other theme, and you've been lucky earlier.
My suggestion is to change the position of the call, to a position where the javascript is allready loaded. Or change the position where you load your javascript file. (For example, set it in the Page template in the HTML header!)
I think this will solve your problem!
Greetings,
Rutger

  • File not found when trying to call a dll on LabVIEW Real Time machine

I have a dll called "DLLRTTEST" that I've written, and have succesfully called on my host machine.  I'm now attempting to call this dll from a vi that is located on my real time computer.  Currently I get an "Error 7 occurred at Call Library Function Node in DLLRTTEST.vi." message upon execution
In the attached screenshot I'm trying to ensure that the vi I'm running is in fact located on the real time system.  I then use a "Check if File or Folder Exists.vi" to confirm that the dll that I'm about to call does exist on the real time system as well.  However, I still receive an "error 7 file not found" error from the Call Library Function Node.
    Any help is appreciated.

As nathand already mentioned, depending on your C toolchain your DLL will depend on other DLLs. Usually the according msvcrtXX.dll that matches your Visual C version, if you use Visual C, other runtime DLLs if you use a different C environment. These runtime DLLs are even necessary if you do not call anything in any of your functions, since the DLL makes various initialization steps when it gets loaded and that references some C runtime functions nevertheless. Compiling and linking the DLL with static C runtime is usually also not a clean solution since the linked in C runtime will then reference Windows APIs that are not available on LabVIEW RT.
Depending on your version of LabVIEW RT you will have some mscvrtxx.dll files in your system directory but it will be an older one than from the latest Visual Studio version. If you can compile your DLL with that Visual Studio version then you should be fine, but could possibly run into new problems if you later upgrade to a newer LabVIEW RT version. Installing the C runtime distributables from newer Visual Studio versions is unfortunately also not a solution, since it references many (undocumented) Windows API functions that are not available in LabVIEW RT.

  • File Not Found when calling a Servlet in Portal

We've developed a JSP/servlet application within JDeveloper 9.0.3 also using the Portal add-in.
Upon submission of form within the JSP, a servlet is called using a url based servlet mapping. Everything works great in Jdeveloper, but once we deploy to the app server through OEM and try to submit the form on the JSP (through a basic submit button), we get a 404 File Not Found error.
All of the code is set up in the basic j2ee structure. (I think) DrugInter is the name of the provider and the application.
    applications/DrugInter/DrugInter/WEB-INF/classes/src/com/whatever/ServletName.class
Our web.xml has the correct servlet name and mapping to this servlet. I'm assuming this is the case only because everything works fine within JDev.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks!

I think I found the problem. I am using Illustrator CS5 (15.0.02) running on MacOS (10.7.5).
In my script, Folder.selectDialog function was returning "file:///Users/alex/Apps/temp", when I selected the temp folder from the dialog box. I want the function to return "/Users/alex/Apps/temp". If I hardcode the path (as shown below), the javascript runs fine.
    // Select the source folder.
    //sourceFolder = Folder.selectDialog( 'Select the folder with Illustrator files', '~' );
    sourceFolder = Folder("/Users/alex/Apps/temp");

  • "File not found: /Adobe_CFC_Generator/handlers/index.cfm"

Ok I know this is going to turn out to be something silly.  But I cannot seem to get the Extensions to function.  I get the error "File not found: /Adobe CFC Generator/handlers/index.cfm" every time I attempt to use the CFC generator and similar errors for ther other extensions.
I am using ColdFusion 9 Standalone Server and Apache 2.2.x on Windows XP SP3.
    ColdFusion is installed to:  C:\ColdFusion9
    Apache is installed to C:\Apache
The Apache Documents folder is mounted to C:\wwwroot rather then the traditional htdocs.
All Websites are within the wwwroot and set up using VirtualHosts and all sites run off of port 80.  I am using a hosts file to make the domain names back to this development system.
When installing coldfusion the document root was set to C:\wwwroot thus the CFIDE is within that director.
The Server is configured to use the local systems hostname on Port 80.
    Server Home = C:\coldfusion9
    Document Root = C:\wwwroot
    Version 9.0.X
I have access to the RDS Dataview and fileview.
I have attempted to use a virtualhost mapping to the extensions already.  I have also changed the name of the folder to Adobe_CFC_Generator and set a host setting for it to resolve to the systems static ip address and then used the virtualhost mapping.  No luck so far.  The files are there in the c:\wwwroot directory.  When I first looked a the settings for the extension it stated that the path was C:\wwwroot/Adobe CFC Generator. (Note the slashes.)  So I modified the servers document root to be C:/wwwroot.  Still no go.
The extensions install location is currently C:/wwwroot/Adobe_CFC_Generator.
Again I am sure this is something stupid simple.  Anyone have any idea what I am missing?

I did each.  The files were accessable.  However it still would not function and then I noticed that in the application log file there was a note that the location it was looking for the files were in the CFIDE directory.
So I copied the folders into that directory and mode no other changes and Bing!  It worked.
This may be related to my development setup.  It is perhaps not a normal setup.  I have apache, cf9 and the wwwroot folder all off the root of the c: drive.  I use a hosts file to map the actual IP address of my system to the domain names rather then using the loopback.   Apache uses virtual hosts to locate each site.   When coldfusion is installed I use that wwwroot to place the cfide directory.
The error that it was showing in the application log was:
"Error","jrpp-9","07/22/09","20:45:11",,"File not found: /Adobe_CFC_Generator/handlers/index.cfm The specific sequence of files included or processed is: C:\wwwroot\CFIDE\Adobe_CFC_Generator\handlers\index.cfm'' "
The Adobe CFC Generator was attempted both with and without spaces.  The CFIDE directory being in the path even though the actual install location was C:\wwwroot\Adobe_CFC_Generator seemed a little odd so I tried simply locating the generator files in the CFIDE and everything seems to be working.
Also note that I had attempted to create a mapping to the Adobe CFC Generator files in ColdFusion and through a VirtualHost and both did not work because of the spaces in the name.  Which Is why I tried the _'s.  It still did not work though.
Not sure if this is a bug or (more likley) that my configuraiton is just odd but as long as it continues to work I am cool with it.
    Any thoughts?

  • 'Error loading plugin: Plugin file not found' message on ONLY 5 sites, but all others OK.  Help, please!

    Hi Again!
I posted this problem here before, but since I really need to access the sites that receive this error message in less than a month, I had to re-post; hopefully someone who didn't see it before will see it & have a solution for me.
Here are the details:  I'm running windows 8.1 & I use Firefox 33.1.1, Pale Moon 25.1.0 or Opera 26.0 as my browsers, (I have IE installed & up-to-date, but I never use it).  I followed the 10-point checklist on Adobe & everything was done, except for "uncheck Hardware Acceleration" in Flash 'Settings'; I tried to uncheck it on this site, where it's indicated, as well as in my 4 browsers when I'm doing something that uses Flash, but no matter how hard I try, I can't 'uncheck' the check mark in that tiny box!  Since this error problem only affects 5 web sites, & I can watch streaming media on all other sites, I don't think it's an issue.
Here's how this problem began:  I was watching a live, streaming nest-cam on 5/09/14 around 11:00AM, (yes, I DO know the exact time & date, because it happened so suddenly while I was watching this website that I'd been watching since the end of February, 2014), when my screen went black.  I thought it was probably an Adobe Crash, but when the usual Crash Report window didn't show up, I just closed Firefox & reopened it, expecting to resume watching the nest-cam.  When I went back to the site, I got the black screen with the "Error loading plugin: Plugin file not found" message.  The chat portion on the site still works, though. I know there are other sites with this nest-cam feed, so I started trying them, but it took several tries for me to find one that didn't get the error message! I posted this problem on "Windows BBS" forum, & someone else posted that the same thing happened to them AND on the same sites!  They didn't have a solution, either.  I cleared my cache, rebooted my PC & even did a System Restore, but whatever happened in that brief second made using ONLY 5 sites impossible.  Here are the sites that receive the error message:
http://pixcontroller.com/eagles, (but I CAN go to http://pixcontroller.com, but there isn't any streaming media)
    http://cbslocal.com/eagles
    http://westmorelandconservancy.org/BlueBirdwebcam-1.htm
http://wildearth.tv/cam/pittsburgh-bald-eagles, (I get the error message on ALL cams on this site)
http://aviary.org/BE-NestCam1 (I get the error message on ALL cams on this site)
Now if any videos from the 5 websites above are uploaded to YouTube, I can watch them perfectly...no error message if I watch the videos elsewhere.  Luckily, I found Ustream, & they have most of the nest cams I watch, but I need to fix this issue, because it's nearing nesting time!  I'm an amateur nest-watcher & it's vital that I have access to these 5 sites, so if anyone knows how to fix this, PLEASE tell me!
Thanks for taking the time to read my post.
    All suggestions/solutions are gratefully accepted.
Thanks in advance for your help!

  • WVC210 "File Not Found" error in IE9

When attempting to access a WVC210 camera using IE9, I get a "File Not Found" error. I've updated the firmware on the camera to V1.1.1.15, and have reset the camera to factory defaults.  Under "Downloaded controls" in IE, it indicates that the Linksys210Viewer Control is enabled.  I can assess the camera just fine using Firefox, but not with IE9.

I have had this exact same error on two different cameras. I installed the upgrade from a Windows 7 machinge on camera A. I can access the camera A from Windows 8 (with full functionality), mac and iPhone. But not Windows 7 (IE9). For camera B, I installed the upgrade using my Windows 8 machine. I can access the web interface for camera B from Windows 7, mac and iPhone, but NOT from the machine I installed from.
I believe this is a browser issue, and have not completed the troubleshooting. BUT, this should give you enough information to go into your IE9 and determine what may have changed. If you resolve before me, please post.
    Thanks!

  • "file not found" error in VI Logger when running an imported VI Logger task

I'm having trouble getting all of my imported tasks to run in VI Logger.
I'm using VI Logger 2.0, with an SCXI-1100.  The data acquisition tasks I import run fine.  One of the VI Logger tasks I've imported runs OK, but the other one gives an error:
    "Engine Error!
    Error Code = 7
LabView: File not found.  The file may have been moved or deleted, or the file path might be incorrectly formatted for the OS."
If I create a new VI Logger task, the new task works OK.  And my 1st VI Logger task to be imported works OK.  So I know my setup mostly works.  But our company has never been able to figure out importing tasks very well, so I'm looking for help.
Question 1: What file is LabView looking for?  I've checked my Export path and database path, and they are identical in both the working task and the non-working task.
Question 2: Where else might I look for the difference between the 2 VI Logger tasks?  Neither task uses any weird characters in the name, both have analog input channels and calculated channels.  And I've mixed and matched the data acquisition tasks with no change (the good VI Logger task will run with either data task, the bad VI Logger task won't run with either data task), so I'm pretty sure the problem is in the VI Logger task, and not the data task.  I've also tried importing the 2nd task on its own, as a separate import function, but that gave the same error.
Thanks for the help in advance,
    Jake

    Hi Spex,
I can import the VI Logger task OK (from another PC running VI Logger 2.0), but I can't run the task.  I've attached the file.  The "1 channel" task runs OK.  The "x-probe" task starts, takes 1 or 2 data points, then hangs for a few seconds, then pops up the "file not found" error. The data acquisition taks run OK, so I don't think they're the problem.
This file I've attached includes 2 good data tasks ("1 channel" and xprobe"), 1 good VI Logger task ("1 channel"), and my non-working VI Logger task ("x-probe", which works fine on the PC it was exported from).
I have also tried exporting the non-working VI Logger task on its own, and it still imports OK, but still doesn't run, and gives the same error.
    Thanks,
    Jake

  • Hypervisor: Create Standalone Real-Time Application (Error at deploying: File not found)

    Hello,
I am using Hypservisor. With "Build Specifications" in the project explore I want to create a standalone real-time application.
In my first try I only want to print some texts onto the real-time console (HyperTerminal) using the function "RT Debug String.vi". I built the real-time application successfully and got the rtexe-file locally on the windows system. But as I tried to deploy the application to the target system, I got the error: "File not found". Please check the attached file "error.txt" for details.
I don't understand which file is not found. Or I used "\" as path separators. Is it wrong? I'd appreciate if you'd have any idea of the problem. Thank you very much.

    Hello Casey,
Thank you very much for your reply and your interest in our project. We are using Real-Time Hypervisor for the setup of our test stand. We use the Windows system to show the GUI and the Real-Time system for the real-time machine control and online data storage. We use shared variables and shared memory for the data exchange between the two systems.
The system works generally quite fine now. But we still have to face new problems at each step forwards. I'm sure, I'll have more questions. I'd appreciate your advices. Thanks sincerely.

  • Extending Web Application - File Not Found

A quick search with no results and a ton of frustration are leading me here...I am attempting to use the very basic "Extend" functionality for a Web Application. We are trying to at the least add SSL/443 to SharePoint, if not convert entirely to
    443.
I have tried simply extending the Web Application, or deleting the IIS Site (from Manage Web Applications -> Delete -> Remove SharePoint from IIS Web Site) and then extending the Web Application. Both are failing with the same error "File not
found." A review of the ULS logs shows that the site is failing to find the web.config for the brand new IIS site it should be creating...which I guess makes sense, but shouldn't it be creating this file?
I am tempted to mess around with the newly created site in IIS to make it work, but we are doing this in Dev as a proof of concept to do this in production. Needless to say, this needs to become much more reproducible before we'd even consider doing it in
    production.
    Some things I've tried:
Extending a Web Application with an existing site
Extending a Web Application without an existing site
Creating a new Web Application and extending existing port 80 site
Creating a new Web Application and extending after deleting existing port 80 site
I haven't tried creating a site 443 out of the gate mainly because I am afraid this functionality failing could be an indication of something wrong with the farm and want to fix this correctly, rather than deleting a Web Application and creating it 443 from
the get-go. Also, this method would obviously involve downtime.

  • Error while rendering: Export file not found - what to do?

    Hi,
I have been editing my video in four different premiere pro projects (as I got adviced to do from these forums because it's AVCHD clips). I have rendered these four projects and burned to four DVD's (total playtime is around 1.5hours) - which is working fine.
But then I try to import all four projects into one big master project because I want to make a blu-ray iso. The import goes fine (I import like this: File > Import > Choose project > Import entire project)
I export to encore, make the menus etc. and click "build" to start rendering. The problem is that after some time I get this error:
Blu-ray Object: "sequence-name-here/project-name-here.prproj", Export file not found
I have seen this error before while rendering some of the four individual projects - but when I saw them I simply just tried again by exporting to encore from the projects again. This seemed to work - but with the big master project I have tried several times with no luck.
Can anyone help me fix this issue? :)

    Yes, I got this too:
For posterity, here is what I have found that completely fixes this error, repeatedly:  Clear Encore's cache.  Specifically:
Close your Encore project and exit Encore
Go to the cache subdirectory named for your project (ie. if your save file is c:\projects\mymovie.ncor then go to c:\projects\mymovie\cache)
    Delete the file "mlf.cache.v10"
If your Encore project contains any Premiere Pro dynamically-linked assets, start Premiere Pro and load at least one of the projects used in Encore.  (I have found that this reduces memory usage -- for some reason, Premiere Pro takes up less memory than if Encore spawns the PProHeadless.exe media server to serve the same function)
Restart Encore and load your project
...and wait, patiently, for Encore to re-scan all of your assets and build up the cache again and don't touch it until it's finished.  I use Process Explorer (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653) to watch my disk activity and CPU to know when Encore is finished (just hover on the cyan-colored graph and you can see what program is performing the most disk activity).  Once it's all finished, I save, then immediately try to build my project again.  For proof of concept, my 40GB BD-50 project just built last night after getting this error yesterday afternoon.
If any of your assets are not transcoded before you begin this process, transcode them all, then start this process over again from step one.  Clearing the cache does not clear the transcodes.
I hope this helps someone.  I was not looking forward to completely re-authoring my project, which I've been working on (on and off) for a few months.

  • File not found during installation (WinXP)

Well, I downloaded Oracle 11g for Windows (32 bit) from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/enterprise-edition/downloads/index.html, and, basically, after having had some trouble configuring a new database, I selected the option to (simply) install a database through the wizard. I breezed through the settings, and, ran the installation wizard, however, some files seem not to be available within \win32_11gR2_database_1of2\database, or perhaps my laptop (Amilo Pro 8210) is too slow to be able to read these files.
The errors show up during Setting up Oracle Database 11g 11.2.0.10. The errors showing up within the UI are as follows:
    File not found F:\app\Jon\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\bin\db2gc
    File not found F:\app\Jon\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\oc4j\OC4J_DBConsole\config\system-application.xml
    File not found F:\app\Jon\product\11.2.0\db_home_1\oc4j\j2ee\OC4j_DBConsole\config\system-jazn-data.xml
NOTE: It is quite painful that there is no functionality to enable me to upload attachments (e.g. screenshots and log files) because it is very time consuming to copy everything manually, and, it is human nature to get bored typing after a while, so please, Oracle, pimp this profile :~) I did not take exhaustive screenshots, the error log files shows quite a few exceptions as well:

Your imagination is not limited, my friend. I have already told you that I have unzipped the folders, and, it is not the scope of this forum to have myself insulted in this manner.
Seriously, one expects forum members to be respectful rather than talk garbage about manuals, I was only asking for help, because I thought that files were missing from the installation pack.
I might be your next client for all you know.

No offence was intended - it was merely a tongue-in-cheek observation. If you read my previous two replies in this thread, they are courteous to a fault - as are all my posts.
The forums are a volunteer organization - people take time out from their personal and professional lives to help others. Some folks, thankfully a very small minority, use the forums as a free personal support/helpdesk tool to read all the documentation on their behalf and look up or solve things on their behalf. The forums work best when there is real dialogue and exchange of information, rather than monosyllabic answers and mudslinging.

  • File Not Found bug with long audio file names?

    Hello -
Crazy problem. I'll probably post way too much information, but I want to make sure I cover everything. Help!
We run Logic Studio/Logic 8 on multiple 10.4.10/11 computers - G5 Power PC, new intel iMac, intel mini, G4 laptops. We are working on an audio post job using very messy OMFs that were prepared in Final Cut. We had problems opening them in Logic, so we opened the OMFs in Soundtrack Pro, exported to AAFs, and opened those in Logic.
The sessions look fine in Logic now (all files relinked), and the session is consolidated - ie, all files are local/in the project folder's Audio Files folder. I see this in the Audio Bin and can confirm in the finder.
Here's the problem. With the sessions closed:
    (A) I renamed the project folder by adding an asterix to the front of the folder name, and changed the color label of the folder in the finder in order to mark it as the original folder.
    (B) I made a copy of the whole folder (session files & audio files) in order to have something to work from and not mess up the original. When I opened up the session in the new folder, it immediately said audio file not found, do you want to search, locate, or skip. It couldn't find the file in a search, and obviously when you skip, then skip, then skip all, it opens the session with the data (regions are there but grayed) - so all the audio files are orphaned.
So when I try to locate the file, here's what happens. . . The audio file names are really horrendously long (must be some artifact of working in Final Cut). We're talking: "1087-001A SERG AIRPORT WAITING * 1-1channel_00044D02AA9- 363A-4CC5-A86B-0741023DB062.aif" - one bazillion characters.
So the audio file locate dialog box truncates the name of the file that's missing by using the first 20 characters or so, and then a "#" character, and then some random string of 3-6 characters that is not at all related to the file name. So who knows which of the 4-30 SERG AIRPORT files is supposed to go there!
Obviously if this were a 2 minute session file of 10 files or something, we could figure it out and relink everything, but we're talking about a feature-length session with a bazillion files.
    (C) Okay, so I tried to open the original session, in the folder that I had renamed by prefacing the original name with an * and changing the color of the folder. But I started to get the file not found errors. OH GEEZ. So I didn't save. I re-renamed the folder by taking out the * and changing the color label back. Then I tried to open the session again, but I still kept getting the file not found problem.
I have to stress that I didn't move any of the audio files, or change ANYTHING in the session.
So I thought - is all of this because I tried to open a new instance of the session, in a new instance of the folder? Is it because I renamed the folders? Normally you can rename folders, even session names, no problems, and Logic corrects the paths to the audio files!
    (D) So, crap. I reopened the original AAF file in logic and saved it in a new place. I closed the file, reopened it, closed, reopened, just to make sure everything was working! I checked the location of the files in the audio bin, and everything was great.
    (E) So now I copied the folders to an external hard drive to be able to work on another computer. But when I tried to open the sessions on a new computer. . . You guessed it, nada.
So. . . the questions are:
    (1) Those original sessions that now will not work - is there anything I can do to recover their functionality? We had work in there that I would prefer not to lose. . .
    (2) Is this a known bug having to do with the length of the Audio File names?
    (3) How do we get over this? My only idea so far is we could select all in a working logic session and say "Audio Tracks names to regions" or something and will that change the actual file names on teh computer? Then hopefully things would work on mulitple systems. . .
    Okay. HELP! Thanks!
    Polly

    OK I got it.
It is necessary to use prefix "file:///" before file name.
    Thanx everyway.
