JavaScript Problem

Question

Hello,
If there are multiple JavaScript on a website, but not all of them are working, how can this problem be fixed? I found on Google something about body onload, but how do I use this?

First thing that jumps out at me is lightbox.  The lightbox script does not use the jquery library it uses protoype unless this is a different lightbox.js file.
Also JQuery 1.5 was just released last week.  I would try using the older 1.4.x library for testing to make sure all scritps are compatible with the new release.  I have not seen the release notes yet, but it is possible that a function being used might have changed or does not exist anymore.
