Jbo.passivationstore set to file, but PS_TXN table is still being created

I've an app with application modules all having jbo.passivationstore set to file, a la the below:
jbo.passivationstore="file" However, when i test this, the app creates the PS_TXN table and PS_TXN_SEQ sequence in the database. From reading the doc, I'd expect that only if jbo.passivationstore were set to database.
Is there some other setting that needs to be configured in order to make the passiviation handled outside of the database?
am using JDeveloper 11g.

Timo, just tried it, that didn't work - PS_TXN is still being created.
i found that just deleting the names from the properties in the JDev UI had no effect. so i then literally set the attributes to empty strings as below:
<Database jbo.locking.mode="optimistic" jbo.txn_seq_name="" jbo.txn_table_name=""/>is there some other step i should take?

Add another page below the current one to use as a storage area. You can't use the grey area around the page for storing items you want to use later.

Work up from whatever version you have.
Any work you value should be backed up....period. That backup should be used and tested regularly. Consider this a lesson learned, perhaps. Good luck in the future.

If you have a mac, when you Sync your iphone, it will automaticly Sync your contacts to Adress book on the Mac. If this is not the case, you can take a look in iCloud, maybe you have backed them up there.
This is not a problem caused by iOS6, but by iCloud... it has happend to alot of people, its due to pressing the wrong OK or CANCEL button at a certain pop-up.

I have the same issue. If you are exporting from iMovie version 10.0.1, I run into the same issues if I export directly to YouTube or if I export to file then upload to YouTube.
Google's help file doesn't properly address this problem and thier help is also out of date. In talking to a support rep at Apple, they said the export to YouTube should just work or the exporting to a file then uploading otherwise it's an issue for Google support.
If someone can post a solution that works (is a streamable format - which is different than the format that YouTube accepts as it will accept many formats but take a long time to process them), I'd be interested to hear also.

Reintalled OS, but disk space is still being used from old files?

I tried reinstalling the OS after my macbook would freeze when i tried to log in. I first tried to archive and install and then it said it couldn't complete that.I then put in the 2nd OS disc and it created a new user profile and my computer is working fine. The only thing is that a few alias are still being picked up from the old users and there is only 60 GB of space left on the hard drive. None of the information on the old user files is totally important so I can do without it, but I would like all my hard drive space back

if you don't need the old user go to system preferences->accounts and delete the old user. also, check to see if you have a Previous System,s folder at the top level of the hard drive. delete that too and empty trash.

Set Attached File name to Table Cell

I have a scenario where:
1. I have a dynamic table.
2.Every Row has a Button for attaching the new File.
3. When we add new Row to the Table, I want to get the attached file name in the corresponding cell. i.e Cell2 in following example.
I have tried doing it this way

You shouldn't be using the same account on phone iphones. Have him setup his own and make sure his iCloud is logged in with that one

Time machine tried to clear my hard drive and I chose "NO" yet hard drive is now showing no files but shows space is still used?

yesterday morning I was working and a window randomly popped up for time machine. I don't have the exact wording that was on the pop up window because I assumed it wasn't spam as it was asking me to choose a place to store my time machine backup. I've never seen this window before but just a couple week ago I was having storage problems and hae tried to fix them by clearing some files. So I assumed this window was about helping clear some space on the computer. So I chose my silver hard drive to use for the backup for time machine. 20 min later I get another pop up that is asking me if I'm sure I want to choose my silver hard drive as it will erase anything that is currently on the drive - I immediately panicked and chose "NO" for it to not use the hard drive. I assumed I was in the clear at this point. But I didn't check the drive until later yestsrday evening and now the folder is empty when I open the drive. Yet when I check the space available on the drive it shows over 400G that's taken and 600+G that's available which means the files I had on there are still there but I can't see them? Where have they gone? And was this time machine pop up window spam? I opened my time machine and it was turned off?

Choose Go to Folder from the Finder's Go menu and provide /Volumes/ as the path.

OSX 10.4 - Deleted files, but hard drive space still occupied!

(Running OSX 10.4.10 on a 2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo MacBook)
I recently noticed that deleting files & emptying them from the Trash does not free up any disk space. I've tried Secure Erasing the files, verifying and repairing the hard drive & permissions, restarting, etc.
Please help!

Movies & trash are the size they are supposed to be, and the folder size did change in Movies when I deleted stuff - just not the free space. 114GB is indeed the correct amount of data actually on my computer.
In Disk Utility (and everywhere else on the computer) it tells me that:
Capacity: 186.0GB
Available: 3.7GB
Used: 182.3GB
This wasn't a one-time thing where I deleted a bunch of files, it's persistent. Now matter how much or how little I delete at a time, my free space never changes.

System prefs set as UK - but spellings in pages still seem to be US - help!

I have my system prefs set to British (there is even a Union Flag on the top bar next to my clock et al) - however when using pages it still corrects words which are correct in English as US spellings e.g. organisation is coming up as organization. This is only happening in pages. When I'm typing on the web - e.g. the above example, it's telling me that the US is the wrong spelling - which in my case it is. What is Pages doing? How do I change this?

If you open the inspector, click on the T (for Text) & when that opens click on the 'More' tab, down at the bottom of the new pane is a button 'Language' with a scroll down menu. Selecting 'British English' from this will lead to 'organization' being underlined in red and 'organisation' & 'colour' left alone.
