Jpcap and capturing data in text format

Hey everybody!
I want to use jpcap to capturing all data sending from local computer, which contains words like 'sex', 'porn' etc.
1. Is it possible to achieve this using jpcap?
2. If the answer is yes, then please, give me small hint. I cant see any method in jpcap API to get String data from captured packets...

If your need is to capture outgoing ( or maybe incoming data ) then consider using WireShark.
Available on Windows and Linux ( maybe Solaris... )
If you want to create something like network data capture/analyzer using jpcap then why can't you find this :

Hi,
If your data is in an array, the easiest way is to use the ArrayToFile function.
It automatically creates a file and puts your data in it according to the format you provide.
If you have individual samples that you need to write once in a while, you can either collect them into an array and then use ArrayToFile or open a file with fopen and write them as they are acquired with fwrite.

Hi samarendra,
To download a table and its fields in a Text format file, follow the following steps:
1. Go to SE11 and enter teh database table name.
2. Go to 'Utilities' option in the Menu bar, then go to 'Table Description Generator'
      Utilities->Table Description Generator
3. Give the table Name against the 'Table Names' field in the 'Table Slection' section
     & Execute
4. On Exceuting you are taken to a screen.
    Over there, Go to 'List',->'Save/Send'->'File'
    In the type of file options, select 'Rich text format'. Then give the file name(you are
    able to browse your local hard disk'. The fiel can be a new file also.
Try if this resolves your problem.

Create PDF, Host on Website and Capture data

I have been looking for a way to do the following:
1. Create a new pdf (or form if a pdf isn't possible)
2. Host/upload the pdf to our website (or html embed)
3. Once the pdf or form is filled out on our website, I would like to receive the data the user filled out to me in a pdf form.
I currently am operating from Mac version Acrobat XI 11.0.07
From what I've see, this can be done, but the users data is emailed to me in just plain text format. Is there a way for me to receive for captured data in a pdf?

What happens when you navigate to the web page, then use File>Print and select the Adobe PDF printer?
If that does not clear up the formatting issue then try printing to a normal printer. If the formatting is still of then, there's nothing you can do with Acrobat. It would be soething with your site (probably in the CSS).

Wireless signal acquisition and saving signal in text format simultaneously for 5 mins

I am acquiring ECG signal wirelessly and displaying it in in waveform chart. And simultaneously i need to save it in Text format for 5 mins. The problem i am facing is that for saving the signal i am using Write to Measurement File which saves the file in text format..... but while saving the plotting speed decreases.
i am very new to labview.. so plz can any one tell me whether i am missing any thing in it... plz help.....

Why do people always post pictures of their VIs rather than the VIs themselves or at least Snippets? We can't tell from the picture what Version of LabVIEW you are using (so if we post code, you might not be able to open it), and we can't "play with" your code and try it out without, ourselves, by hand, trying to recreate it from your (sometimes very tiny) diagram. Here's help anyway to get you started with the Producer/Consumer Design Pattern.
Open LabVIEW.
Click "File", choose "New ..." (not New VI), and choose (from the templates) Producer/Consumer Design Pattern (Data).
Study the Template and adapt it to your problem.
The Producer would be anything that Generates data. Once you have the data, you put it on the Queue and send it to the Consumer for all the rest of the processing. The idea is that the Producer has an inherent timing that it has to meet, otherwise you lose data points. The Consumer, on the other hand, just needs to "more or less" keep up (actually, the Queue can/will expand, so if the amount of data isn't megabytes, the Consumer can really be quite slow, though you usually want the Consumer, on average, to be at least as fast as the Producer).

Go to include MV45AFZZ,u will find USEREXIT_DOCUMENT_SAVE.In this exit
u can get all the data from strcutures availabel thre..declare an internal table and fill the internal table with the data u want..andthen try for FM "GUI_DOWNLOAD" and pass the internal table data.I hope it might work..

Trying to convert a date in text format to date or numeric

I've been given an excel file of members of a group, which includes listing of members' birthdays. These are in the format "26-Jul" in text characters. In order to sort by date for a birthday listing, I'm stuck trying to set up a calculation that would transform this to mmdd format that could be sorted on the month then the day. (no year is provided).
Any tips or steps to create this would be very helpful.

What works on my machine is this:
The "dates" in column A are text.
The formula in column B, filled down through rest of the column:
=RIGHT("0"&MONTH(A),2)&RIGHT("0"&DAY(A),2)
Then you can sort on column B.

How to capture data of text area

Hello Experts,
I have added a text area to a home page using the tag as below
<textarea id="recipient_list" rows="5" cols="40" name="recipients"></textarea>
I expect this text area to be populated at runtime. I want to use the data entered in this text area in one of the methods. But I do not know how to capture the data.
Could you please help me by telling me the way that will make this data available for use in a method of implementation class?

Hello Prafful,
In general, you need to connect your text area with a context. So, you need to create a value context node with an attribute which will store the entered text. Then, you need to link you text area with this attribute.

Updating date in text format to date field

I have 2 Strings which represent the date and time respectively. I need to load these into a date field. Every way I have tried has failed. Can anyone tell me how to get these Strings into the date field?

Assuming these strings are in definite format concatenate them and use function to_date
For example if your date is 01-JAN-2000 and time 22:33-34
then use to_date('01-JAN-2000' | | '22:33-34', 'DD-MON-YYYYHH24:MI:SS')

We have a project ,need to open a file containing entries of data
,then process those data records one by one to update the
database.This operation shoulbe be done in the database
enviroment. Is there any hint about the file operation in
PL/SQL? How to open the file and get one record ,maybe one line,
and parse and get the data field ?

How can I show only text edits and not text formatting when using print comments summary?

Acrobat 9.3.0 for Mac.
Here is the scenario: I used the Compare command to see the changes between 2 PDFs. The resulting file some edits are inserts and some are deletions. I want to print a comments summary only showing the text edits. In the Compare Option pane, I select Text and deselect Images, Annotations, Formatting, Headers/Footers, and Backgrounds. Now on the screen I see inserts are highlighted in blue and deletions are marked with sort of a caret and vertical bar symbol. So all looks good at this point. However, when I show the Comments List, I see addtional comments that indicate "Replace - The following text attributes were changed: fill color." Those comments do not appear in the page view unless I check the Formatting check box to show them. With Formatting unchecked, I print a comments summary and all of the "Replace - Fill Color" comments" appear on the resulting comments summary.
I only want to show text edits, not text formatting changes. So questions are:
1. Why, when the Formatting checkbox is unchecked, do the text formatting comments still appear in the comments list when they do not appear on the page display.
2. How can I print only the text content edits and not show the text formatting changes when using Print Comments Summary.

You can set ExecuteWithParams as default activity in the task flow then method activity to return total no of rows passing to Router activity if your method has value 0 then call Create insert operation else do directly to page.
Following idea could be your task flow
Execute With param (default) > SetCurrentRowWithKey > GetTotalNoOfRows (VOImpl Method)

1. If pageFlowScope outcome is 0 then call CreateInsert > MyPage
2. if pageFlowScope outcome > 0 then MyPage

Is it possible to have a text field have both auto font resizing and rich text format?

I am trying to make a field so I can bold or italicize within, but still have the capability to add as much text as I want with the font size getting small so that it all fits in the field. It seems I can have the auto resize OR the Rich Text, but not both. Is there a way around this?

You can't? Just to give you some context, I work as a graphic designer, I'm creating for the first time an iBook for a client and I have quite a few examples already.
A couple of vague examples:
- Imagine a diagonal animation from the bottom left corner to the top right corner of the page. I could do this with keynote or html, for example. Now imagine you want some text floating at the top left and bottom right corner.
I wont get into details, but the fact the animation is "cutting" through the text is very much relevant to the context.
- A page with a bold white title, a strong photographic lowkey background and some kind of interaction of top of it.
- A page with a keynote widget occupying almost the entire area, and a title in text format (that would superpose with they keynote but not with its graphics)
- etc etc
These are all impossible scenarios.
The actual interaction with text/images and interactive elements is nonexistent.
But I understand now that the interactive bits of the book must be separated from the other content - its context -which is a shame. And I understand it's not a bug, from what you say. The iBA interface shows the book like a PFD export, in a way, as well as the thumbnails at the Table of Contents, were all the text is visible. The actual pages have a different behaviour.

To get first date and end date after entering any month and year

I need to to get first date and end date of a month and year in yyyyMMdd format. I am reading month and year from a properties file. But I don't know how to get the first date and End date in given format. The properties file gives me just text. But I don't know how to get the date format using this. I need this urgently. Can anyone help me to get code for this?
I am reading the fields as,
