JSF DiskFileUpload not writing to system every time
I have an intercepting filter class that determines if the form being submitted is a multi part form. If the form is a multi part form, then I upload the file using the DiskFileUpload class. It works great but periodically, the file is not being written to the file system. Does anyone have any ideas why it would write sometimes and sometime it would not write?
it could happen if the upload connection is broken from the client side...
what do you mean by 'periodically' ? does it happen with a fixed frequency? or did you mean 'occasionaly'?

It is retail disk, i bought it in apple store. I also resetter PRRAM and SMC and checked disk. I also tried clean installation and upgrade, nothing works, after run installation program after few seconds wrote: OS X Snow Leopard cannot be install on this machine :-(

Sorry, yes iTunes on your computer.
When I updated my iPad 3 and iPod Touch 4th generation to iOS 6 a few months back, I was able to update the iPad effortlessly over WiFi. but I kept getting error messages when trying to update the iPod over WiFi, so I used iTunes on my MacBook Pro.
Connect the iPad to the computer, launch iTunes. Select the iPad under the devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update
If you are using iTunes 11, go to View>Show Sidebar at the top - so the sidebar is visible. -
My itunes button seems to not be working. Every time I open the app, it closes and goes back to my home screen.

I recently upgraded my laptop to one from the same vendor so all I had to do was to upgrade a few drivers on the hard drive. Unfortunately my copy of ADE is not so cooperative. Every time I try to download an e-book I get the message "E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12". Uninstalling ADE (all three versions) along with cleaning the registry does not clear the error. And I cannot de-authorize and reauthorize my new laptop as the de-authorize option is greyed out. Anyone else encounter this issue?

I want littlefox to start with firefox, not have to enable every time the computer starts.

Uninstalled everything PA, also uninstalled mangler which was the only thing that depended on PA. It didn't work anyway.
No pulseaudio --kill command so I couldn't run.
Checked systemd journal and there is no mention of PA this time.
Checked top, and grepped ps aux and there is no PA there either.
I also rebooted the machine completely just to make sure. However VLC and HTML5 have the same incompatibilities.

But the video and audio did work until I ran some HTML5 video, after which the audio worked, and then I opened it again and it didn't work...

I've been using this web-based email system for many years. Up until last week, every time I wanted to reply to a message, I simply clicked reply, and got a new message draft, with all the previous exchanges neatly tacked on the bottom in reverse chronological order. Now what happens is that I get a mass of HTML gobbledygook, which makes it very difficult to make out what the previous message said. This only affects the "view"ing of the new draft as when I send it, it comes out clean to the recipient. And it only affects my main desktop computer. (Windows XP).

This is obviously done using a valid AIM login name and the a href ="aim:goim? will launch an AIM Client and Message me.
As you say you would create a New Apple ID then this would be iCloud and an AIM valid Name (keeping the Password to 16 characters or less).
I am not aware of an iMessage equivalent that would do this to a Phone or iPad or to the Messages Beta as an iMessage.
To be clear.
What this HTML does is launch an AIM client (App) on the computer or the person viewing my page and then start a chat with the IM included in the HTML.
To do that it queries the AIM servers as to whether I am On line or Line and show a pic relevant to that status. (it does not stop Off Line IMs but I am set up for that. It also does not say if I am Available or Away.)
Edit to get html to show (not sure how to work this Raw code thing which dispalyed in the Reply wysiwyg screen.

It happens on my iMac, and now that I have transferred some photos from that computer to my MacBook it is happening there, too. If I say that I don't want to import it, it "saves" it automatically to a file somewhere on the hard drive. That folder appears empty when opened, so I'm not sure what it's saving. Every time I open iPhoto it asks me twice before I can proceed, and creates two neat little folders with nothing in them. If I say that I do want to import the mystery photo, it plunks the nothing that has not been imported in to a Recovered Photos album. Once again, nothing there. Any ideas as to how to fix this problem?
Go to your Pictures Folder and find the iPhoto Library there. Right (or Control-) Click on the icon and select 'Show Package Contents'. A finder window will open with the Library exposed.
Look there for a Folder called 'Import' or 'Importing'.
Drag it to the Desktop. *Make no other changes*.
Start iPhoto. Does that help?
If it does then look inside that folder on your desktop. Does it contain anything you want? If not you can trash the folder. -

I see you are running v10.4.11 and you have updated Safari but make certain all the system software is up to date by clicking your Apple menu / Software Update.
If everything is up to date, try resetting Safari from the menu bar.
Select the top 7 buttons, click Reset.
Restart your Mac. Launch Safari. Try several of the sites you mentioned.

If Safari has just crashed, press the Report button on the CrashReporter dialog box to view the crash information.
Copy/paste the entire contents of the Crash Reporter window into your reply. If the crash report dialog does not appear or the crash is hard to reproduce, crash logs can be retrieved from the ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter> folder. -
I have recently installed Firefox on my one month old laptop which has a 17" screen. Every time I open Firefox I have to use the zoom-function (ctr +) four times to be able to read comfortably. Every time when I next open a website, or tab, or window I have to use the zoom-function again. This is kind of getting old, fast.
Is there any way I can set the zoom to a higher/closer setting permanently, so I do not have to use the zoom-function about 50 times everytime I use the internet?

CS6 caching hangs the system every time I preview
I have recently put together a system specifically made for AE but have found that the way it caches has seriously slowed down my entire workflow.
Every time I hit RAM preview, no matter how small the project, AE hangs as it "initialized background processes" and then stops at frame 2 while the media cache HDD churns and churns, sometimes for 30 seconds. Eventually rendering starts and it is blazing fast, but it makes previewing quite a hassle to use.
This behavior is directly linked to multiprocessing, and if I switch it off there is no wait before rendering begins, however this runs counterintuitive to my whole set up and slows down my work considerably.
It seems that the way AE CS6 does its caching is with small 128KB files that completely throttle the mechanical hard drives and really make this feature unusable.
Short of cancelling multiprocessing, does anyone have any suggestions?

I have an iPod touch 4th generation and after sending emoji it no longer works. Every time I try to open iMessage it closes. I have already tried resetting and restarting my iPod and neither has worked.
