KT4-V big time problem

Recently i bought a KT4-V motherboard. and i notice there is only 2 places inwhich i can put my fan plug in. and i have 3 fans: CPU FAN. power supply fan. case fan.
wat happend?

Windows 7 64 bit giving BEx Problems. Big time problems (!!)

Hi there, i just got through an issue with BEx connecting to SAP on a laptop using Windows 7. After googling and sdning and SAP noting for a while did not find any suitable answer to this issue which seems strange to me as Windows 7 64 bit is not really a brand new product. The full specs are as follow. Anyone bringing some light into this subject would be very much appreciatted.
=> SAP Logon 720 with 0 Patch Level.
=> MS Office 2007
=> Windows 7 64 bits
In C:\Windows i got:
     -> SAPMSG.ini
     -> Saproute.ini
     -> saplogon.ini
in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\SAP\Common i got:
     -> Sapgrph
     -> saplogon
     -> SapLogonTree.xml
     -> saprules.xml

The issue is that i am not able to logon either via BEx 7.x or 3.x. The Error message is:

Hi Alex ,
SAP GUI for Windows 7.20 and all related applications including SAP Desktop Office Integration / BI Frontend / BW Frontend do not support Office 2010 64bit, only 32bit versions of Office are supported.
This means that when using 64bit operating sytems with SAP GUI for Windows and related components you have to use a 32bit Microsoft Office version .

Having big tim problems with iCal

Aloha:
All of a sudden iCal lost all mt contacts. When I go back a day or so in the time capsule I get an iCal that has contacs. But when I try to run it I get the above.
About to chuck it all in the brinney deep and go back to snail mail!!! Need some help!!!

Okay, so not sure what was going on, but I closed my iCal app for a few minutes, and re-launched it and everything synced automatically. I'm happy about this, but like I said, not sure what was going on to cause the issue/glitch in the first place.

Why does it take 6 minutes to send a photo attachment when my iphone 4 will do it in 30 to 40 seconds ?
Why will my email account be recognised and log on only half the time?
Why does the wifi keep dropping out?
Why does the speed and signal vary when I'm sitting two feet away from by wifi router?
All settings in my phone have been reset twice as per advice from vodapone

Big spreadsheet problem? Need to count a ocurrencies based on several criterias!

Hello guys!
I am having a big time headache on this one: I control the hitches of a crew rotating in a offshore rig and from time to time I need to check the overtime and people sick on board, these two situations need to be placed in a dashboard for a quaterly KPI and I have to do it all manually. There more situations to be checked but the sick guys and overtime is a major issue and is very very sensitive.
So, is there anyway to make this easier and faster with nested formulas?
Here is a simple draft of my planning, the real one has the 365 days of the year and has 155 crew members with around 25 different positions.
So here are the questions I need to answer:
How many times the letter "O" happens for the position Floorman on September only and for the Year? In the example I know it´s 12 times.
Considering only the position Floorman, who is the guy that has more letter "O" on September. In the example I know Johnny has 5 times.
Regarding the YTD, who is the position with more ocurrency of letter "O"? I also need to list who is the guy that has more frequency regardless the position and also by position who is the more repeated name.
Based on those questions I need to make the chart where it shows the frequency of ovetime per position over the month and who is the guy with more frequency per position.
So here is my nightmare, is there anyone there able to help me?
My planning is very flexible, so if you see that it´s better to change layout or position of information please feel free to advise me.

Diogo, you're going to want to use a COUNTIFS function. You're looking or multiple qualifications: "O" days, and "Flooman" position. The problem is that COUNTIFS requires all their search arguments to be the same size. You can't have a 30-column search for "O" and a 1-column search for "Floorman" together.
So you'll need to set up an additional table. 1st two columns with names and positions like your original. (It's easy to use a formula to do that. I'm going to call your original table "Original Table".
Make sure your new table has as many rows as your original. We'll call it "Montly Summary". Let's assume a header row. So in A2 of the new table, enter:
=Original Table :: A3
Then just drag and copy it across to the 2nd column to pick up the position. Then drag and copy it down the length of the table. Everyone should show up there.
Now you'll need to set up a separate column to total each month and a last one to total the year. In C2 of the new table, enter (given the dimensions of the mini-table:
=COUNTIF(Original Table :: C3:G3,"=O")
That gives you the number of overtime days johnny had in September. You'll want to create a separate one specifying the exact columns for each month. To make life easier, in the header row, name each column the name of the month. Then for annual, "Yearly" or something like that.
Now, to get a total of all the Floorman overtime days in September, do the following in yet another table. In the appropriate cell, you'll want this formula:
=SUMIF(Monthly Summary::Position,"=floorman",Monthly Summary::September)
To get the person in any position who has the highest count of Overtime days in September, use this:
=LOOKUP(LARGE(Monthly Summary::September,1),Monthly Summary::September,Monthly Summary::Name)
To look up which of your Floormen had the most overtime, though, will take a little more caressing of the data. Anybody have any ideas? I can foresee a plan that creates yet another table, pulling only the employees of a given position so we can see what the LARGE value is there, but that's going to be much more complex than what we already have.

FCP HD Crash! Big time!

Hi all, could you please help. I am on MacBook Pro Duo Core 2.0 with 2GB RAM and running Mac OS 10.4.9. I had Final Cut Studio installed. The thing is, it crashes big time! Tried to start again and ot crashes again. Tried re-installing, but still crash. I run software updates and install FCP Update 5.1.4, Quicktime 7.5, and OS (Intel) updates, all successful except FCP 5.1.4. It said something about conflicting IDs or wrong key of some sort. Please help. I am getting really frustrated on this as I had my worked all stalled up because of this! I am not sure whether the problem is FCP, or Quicktime or the OS it self. Weird that problems only arises as they shifted to Intel processors. I tried running the video with Quicktime, but it crashes too.
Any idea? Help, please.

You probably need to delete your FCP license. Once gone, when you launch FCP, the program will ask you to fill in all the information again and should launch.

Why does my audio quality drop big time when I use the compressor to compress my final cut studio project?

Hi,
When I'm working on a project, my audio sounds great but once I put my project though the compressor it looses it's volume big time when I play the DVD on a DVD player or computer. Where does the problem lie? How do I maintain the smae quailty of audio on the finished DVD?

You'll need to duplicate the Dolby Digital preset then alter the duplicate so that the DialNorm setting is -31dbfs and the Compression is set to NONE. Use the new, custom preset to create an ac3 file with the same output levels you had in your FCP Sequence.

My broadband wi-fi is chewing up MBs big time and I don't know why!

Hi everyone Since yesterday for some unknown reason my 4G broadband wi-fi is chewing up MBs big time from my laptop and I really don't know why! Even with the web browsers shut down, the broadband is chewing up at least 1MB per second and counting. Maybe it's a malware problem? I'm sure it's not a devious neighbour accessing the broadband because whenever I disconnect my laptop from the wi-fi, the wi-fi device stops chewing up MBs. So it's something to do with my laptop. I have a Sophos installed so I thought would have picked up any virus chewing up the MBs? Help anyone!

Has your laptop been downloading and updates? If you're using Windows, you can change the settings in control panel to stop it automatically downloading updates, you can choose which updates you want to install.
If Mac, I'm not knowledgable with Apple devices. I would recommend chatting with wireless Bigpond Tech Support on 13 39 33 "wireless"

Its the uglyest layout I have seen, after using the IDT Audio Control Panell in my old HDX 18.
I miss the ability to change the backgrounds, the graphic EQ, the change of font and panell colour trim amung other things.

Hi, I to own a similar model spectre, 3210nr. I am having the exact same issue and was not able to be helped by tech support staff. Infact the staff I spoke to claimed it was hardware related.
I am unable to make any changes that are physically reflected to my beats audio control panel. Most importantly my volume dial is locked on clockwise operation despite my settings selection. I also cannot change my EQ or Recording experience settings.
The issue only started the other day when a technician was helping me with another random problem with my tocuhpad drivers.
I tried a system restore and reinstalling the idt drivers along with spending a few hours with tech support using a remote access session. I think they did a bios update which I think is a possible culprit.
I'd hate to send my laptop in for repair due to previous EXTREME negative experiences on multiple seperate occasions with HP. I really hope someone from HP see this message and is able to help resolve this issue. Or maybe someone in the community with a work around.

KT4 Ultra - SCSI boot problem

Hi,
I have installed a Tekram DC390U2W LVD SCSI adapter on my KT4 Ultra. My problem is that I cannot select any of the five connected SCSI disks as a boot device in the BIOS (BBS-n), nor can I select 'Legacy SCSI' as a boot device, they simply don't exist as options in the Boot Sequence menu. I've used this card (and were able to boot) without problem using a MSI KT266 motherboard, so I don't think the problem is the SCSI adapter. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I've disabled all motherboard options (Serial ATA Raid/1394/USB 2.0/GBLAN/Audio controllers), remove all PCI cards exept the Tekram card and tried it in all PCI slots without success. Also tried to assign different IRQs to the SCSI card in the BIOS. Tekram support responded that the SCSI card is fully PnP/BBS/PCI 2.1 specification compliant and they're unaware of any KT400 issues. There are issues (and work arounds) with this SCSI card when using it on motherboards with an on-board SCSI controller and older Award BIOS versions, but that's not applicable here.
Anyone out there using this SCSI card and motherboard got this combination to work as intended?

Big Eudora problem, small Finder issue-- related?

I use Eudora for my email, and unfortunately my big Eudora problem is not getting solved in the Eudora message board; after half a day of Eudora quitting unexpectedly and then working fine but just for a few minutes if I restarted my computer, now when I launch Eudora, my Finder crashes-- everything disappears but the background image, and the computer is frozen.
The reason I'm posting here is that before it reached this stage, there were other weird things that didn't relate to Eudora: I would try to launch Flash, and Flash couldn't open a new blank file. I would try to launch something else, and an error message would say that some component in a Library wasn't found. All of these things are not happening anymore; as far as I know, only Eudora is misbehaving, but one odd feature remains: every finder window is showing, next to the search field in the upper right, a large question mark, and next to that there is a folder icon. If I click on the folder icon, I'm taken to one particular folder in my HD that has no significance to anything that I can tell. If I click on the question mark, I get "the item can not be found." (Hence the question mark, I guess). But what are those doing there in every finder window? Is there supposed to be a folder icon at the middle-top-right of every finder window? I don't remember one there.
I have done an archive-and-install of OS 10.4.6, but the finder window business is still the same.
The hardware test CD that came with my PowerBook says all hardware is okay. Disk Warrior finds no problems. Disk Permissions are okay in Disk Utility. I ran Clam Xav, and it found four copies of viruses: three (called Email.Ecard-6) in my In box and in two mailboxes with older In messages, and one (called Email.Phishing.Pay-8) in my Out box. I put all of these files in the trash and restarted my laptop, launched Eudora and the finder crashed. I reinstalled Eudora and the same thing happened, although I had put the infected boxes back in place before reinstalling Eudora.
I don't know where the problem is.
Any advice, please?

Open - System Preferences, then open - Spotlight
There is a list of categories.
Find - Files on the list, then click, drag and drop to the position number 1 and "voilá"

site done tonight and the person I'm doing it for will not pay for
a service.
The client wants to have a form on his site to collect email
addresses so he can compile them into a mailing list to send out
infrequent emails notifying people of upcoming events he's putting
on. He's a local artist with a very modest following, nothing big
time. I have no idea about databasing or MySql, and the person
doesn't want to pay for a service, so basically I'm stuck doing it
the "unreliable" way.
Can someone walk me through how to do this in Dreamweaver? I
assume I add a form field, and put a text field and submit button
inside of it. Here's my questions, to get this to work and use the
mailto: thing, what do I put for...
Form Field: Name, Action, Method, Target, Enctype
Text Field: Name
Button: Type, Name, ID, Value

If this client doesn't want to pay for a service then tell
him the best
you can do is gather INDIVIDUAL emails from his site and have
them
emailed to their email address. Then it's up to them to mail
out to
their modest following INDIVIDUALLY.
Basically you put a form on the site to collect the email
address of the
user. Like this:

You would then need to send the submitted form to a formmail
script
which will then send it on to the clients email address.
A free script named Formmail does exist if you search for it
in google
under Free formmail script
You would need to alter the script as per the instructions
which should
come with it and then upload it to your cgi-bin assuming you
have one on
your server.
You then point the form at the script by filling in the
action attribute
like:

I no longer use formmail because it can be a bit of an issue
to set up
for beginners.
I now tend to use server side scripting like php to gather
the
information. IF you have php running on your server then
NateMail is
FREE and very very simple script to set up. It comes with
clear pdf
instructions that will do the job in about 10-15mins.

i have message sent time problem on my N73
the time is not correct in my message detail whenever i try to check it,note that it is message SENT time not RECEIVE time.however,other phones operate correctly even other brands of nokia like 1110.
please help me how can i get the correct time ?
moreover i iam in iran and set my time for iran

It's a bug that every N73 owners have.
Don't know why they didn't fix this until now, perhaps the didn't noticed this bug yet.
