  iam learning HR Abap i want to write a program in ldb's..for example i want to fetch the following
data P0001-WERKS,P0105-USRID,P0002-CNAME,P0000-STAT2,PA0001-PERNR into one internal table
in ldb PNP.how to write the code.please send me the sample coding..

  • About HR-ABAP Sample program.

    I am new to SAP.I wanna know about basics about HR-ABAP can any one help me to get very basic ideas in HR-ABAP.

    HR deals with the INFOTYPES which are similar to Tables in General ABAP.
    There are different ways of fetching data from these infotypes.
    There are different areas in HR LIKE Personal Admn, Orgn Management, Benefits, Time amangement, Event Management, Payroll etc
    Infotypes for these areas are different from one another area.
    storing of records data in each type of area is different
    LDBS like PNP are used in HR programing.
    Instead of Select.. we use some ROUTINES and PROVIDE..ENDPROVIDE.. etc
    and in the case of Pay roll we use Clusters and we Import and Export them for data fetching.
    On the whole Normal ABAP is different from HR abap.
    For Personal Admn the Infotypes start with PA0000 to PA1999
    Time Related Infotypes start with PA2000 to PA2999.
    Orgn related Infotypes start with HRP1000 to HRP1999.
    All custom developed infotypes stsrat with PA9000 onwards.
    In payroll processing we use Clusters like PCL1,2,3 and 4.
    Instead of Select query we use PROVIDE and ENDPROVIDE..
    You have to assign a Logical Database in the attributes PNP.

  • ABAP Sample Program for T Code FFB4

    Hi guys: I have the structure that t code FFB4 requires, but now I need to code a program for SAP to read the csv or text file and convert it automatically to match the structures required by FFB4 to post successfully. Does anyone please have a sample program that they have written for this purpose? The CSV/txt file is being generated by an external system but now SAP needs to make sense of it.
    The structures are:
    Header record  (record type 0, structure FEBSCSA).
    Memo record    (record type 1, structure FEBSCSB).
    Clearing record (record type 2, structure FEBSCSC).
    Please provide a sample code so I can debug & tweak it.

  • Error while calling java program from ABAP

    Hi Experts,
    We are trying for RFC inbound scenario.
    We followed the below blog

    We are working with SAP JCO 3.0.2
    We are getting the error : 'STFC_CONNECTION' could not be found in the server repository.
    After I run the Java server program if I execute the RFC destination directly from SM 59 it is showing successful messages.
    If I stop the java program then this RFC is failing. Based on this we concluded that RFC to Java connection is working fine.
    But as mentioned in blog if we call the RFC Destination from ABAP program it is giving the below error,
    'STFC_CONNECTION' could not be found in the server repository.
    If we test the RFC destination using RFC_TRUSTED_CHECK standard FM we are getting the below error.
    'RFCPING' could not be found in the server repository.
    We create the RFC destination of Type : TCP/IP as exactly mention in the blog.
    Please help us in resolving this issue.

    Finding the User Exit:
    Code SE18 is used to Identify the BADI available.
    Look for the string 'CL_EXITHANDLER' in the standard program. This is a class which has a method 'GET_INSTANCE' which is used to trigger BADI's from the Standard Program. The interface parameter for this static method 'EXIT_NAME' is used to pass the BADI to the method.
    Open Standard Program and do a global search 'CL_EXITHANDLER'.
    SE18 > give the BADI name found through above search.
    CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA > which has a method SAVE_DATA.
    T.Code SE19 is used to Implement BADI.
    SE19 > give the implementation name > Give the Definition name as CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA and the Short Text.
    User Exit
    Exits are basically the hooks whcih SAP has provided to add your own code. There are two types of Exits:
    1. Customer exits: Implemented as Function Modules within z includes. Anybody can change it and no access key is required.
    2. User Exit: Implemented as subroutines within includes (any include except y or z includes). You need access for the specific include and then you can any subroutine (user exit) within that Include.
    BADIs are the enhanced version of user exits where the same logic is implemented via classes and object (OOP)
    Enchancement point is the latest once introduces with ECC6.0 . Not very sure about that but you can change it without any access key.

    8. Select again .. Field exit > Activate
    If you are in version below 4.7
    1. CMOD
    2. Go to >Text enhancment > Field exit
    then follow the same step from 3 onwards as given above.
    Menu Exit
    Procedure for Creating MENU Exits.
    1) To get into Area Menu Maintenance Screen Type SE43 T.Code in Command
    Line.
    2) In Area Menu Paramenter type 'S000' (S triple Zero)
    3) Then Press Change Icon in Application Tool Bar. Then It may ask for
    Access Key or it may display "Specify Processing mode" window. If it ask
    for the Access Key Check for the availability of OSS Note and apply to open
    Standard SAP Menu to include MENU Exits. Otherwise, if it display "Specify
    Processing mode" window with Three Push Button. In which select "Change" and
    proceed further.
    4) Then it will display "Information" window with the following information
    "Caution : The Original Language of the structure is German (editing lang. :
    English) ". Then press "Enter Key to proceed further.
    5) Then you will get into "Edit Area Menu S000".
    6) for eg:- Expand Tools Menu.
    7) Then Press ABAP Workbench <Icon>.
    8) Then you will get into ABAP Workbench Menu Tree.
    9) Then Expand Utilities Menu.
    10) In the last line you will find one MENU EXIT Provision to include your
    own menu. "Node Text Not Found" This text can be change by double Clicking
    that. There you can find the T.Code. Here for Eg:- "+DW4".
    11) for eg: - Here change the Text to "Sample Menu Exit" and then note down
    the T.Code "+DW4".
    12) Then Save with Change Request Number and come out of Transaction SE43.
    13) Then Goto Transaction SE93.
    14) Then type T.Code "+DW4" and press Create.
    15) Then proceed further to create transaction called "+DW4".

  • Sample program to remove standard selection-options & replace user defined.

    The standard selection-options are provided for the logical database. i need to supress the standard selection-options and include my own selection-options. I neeed a sample program how to do it.

    Is this your custom program where you assigned the LDB in the attributes?
    If so, you can do this in your AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT event.
    LOOP AT SCREEN.
      IF SCREEN-NAME = <LDB SELECTION-SCREEN FIELDNAME>.
        SCREEN-ACTIVE = 0.
      ENDIF.
    ENDLOOP.
    If your LDB selection parameters have a MODIF ID xyz option addition, then instead of the above SCREEN-NAME, you can replace it with SCREEN-GROUP1 and do the same thing.

  • Error while compiling xdk C sample program

    hello,
    the following error happens with xdk version 9.2.0.6 and oracle 9.2.0.4 installed on linux SUSE 9.1:
    while compiling the xdk C sample program "SAXSample.c" in
    $ORACLE_HOME/xdk/demo/c/parser, I got many "undefined reference" messages.
    Here follows an excerpt of the first few lines of the error log:
    oracle@cassius:/exp/oracle/xdk/demo/c/parser> make SAXSample

    This depends on the version of your Netweaver Java AS. If you are running 7.0, you will have to use the Jco framework. The Jco framework is deprecated since 7.1 though. If you want to build a RFC server in 7.1 or higher, it is adviced that you set it up through JRA.
