Let's say I have a document that is 5 pages long. Now I want to insert the page numbers, starting on page 3 with the number "3" and leaving out pages 1 and 2. How do I do that?

I just found the answer myself. I don't know how to delete my question, so I'll just write the reply to the answer - just in case somebody needs to know: Insert a section brake after the second page and then choose "Start on 3".

Not actually in Pages, but there is third party software that purports to do this, google around.

Im wondering why my post hasn't been answered yet. I did file a report with the BBB and I had a rude representative from Verizon call me named Steve. He said I can file all of the reports I want and I will just keep getting calls from him. I can understand why my phone couldn't be replaced because of the small crack. I guess I have to eat that one (but it sucks because the lollipop update is what caused the problems) but what about all of the data overage I had to pay for for trying to fix this phone because of a lollipop update. I dont think it is fair to have to pay that as well. In addition, because I have an east coast phone number but live on the west coast, I cannot have tech support after 8pm. Verizon has cut this off. You can send and receive Messages from the Apple IDs and phone numbers signed in to your iMessage section in the settings of your phone. We have an article that explains a little bit about this, and it can be found here:

This section is the most appropriate for your situation:
You can change the address that new iMessage conversations are started with in Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > Start new conversations from:. Note that this setting applies only to new conversations. If you would like to change the address from which messages are sent, first change this setting, and then delete the existing conversation and start a new one.
iMessage responses will be sent from the address the recipient most recently messaged. For example, a friend sends you a message to your Apple ID. Responses in this conversation will be sent from your Apple ID, even if you've selected new conversations to start from your phone number.

The update server is down; try this temporary workaround
App Store>Purchased>Select "All"
Note: Look out for apps that have the word "Update"

You cannot merge iCloud/Apple IDs. You must decide which one ot use, one or the other. Login with your new ID on your computer.
Be aware that content/apps purchased with the old ID will be forever tied to that ID.

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to display that images in spgridview.
You can use a hyperlinkfield that is bound to the SPGridView. Please refer to:

Nope. I do the same exact thing. If you have DVD's and blu-rays you can't download a free application called Handbrake. You can set it to Apple TV2 automatic format and they will come out as playable m4v's that can play I'm iTunes. All you have to do is turn on Home Sharing in both iTunes and your Apple RV and you'll be good to go!

If you can, sign out Messages and in FaceTime on the iPad, if you do not have access to it. Alternatively you can change your Apple ID password to resolve the issue as well.
