App Store>Purchased>Select "All"
Note: Look out for apps that have the word "Update"

I'll write here too as this is the first time I've done this too. I'm new to ipad and I'm having trouble with icons appearing on my ipad after I have downloaded them. You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.
Important: The app you need to remove is not necessarily the one named in the App Store notice. For example, if the App Store says you need to update "Twitter," the hacked app may be "Angry Birds" or something else entirely. Don't make any assumptions about which app you're looking for. To find it, you have to carry out a systematic search.

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C).
In the Finder, press the key combination command-F to open a search window, or select
File ▹ Find

A sheet will drop down. In that sheet, select Raw Query and click OK or press return.
Now there will be a text box to the right of popup menu. Click in that box and paste (command-V).
The search window will show all the App Store products you've installed. Compare those search results with the list of your purchases from the App Store. To see the complete list, you may need to unhide hidden purchases. If any apps were download from the App Store using other Apple ID accounts that you control, sign in to the store under each of those ID's and check the purchases.
At least one of the items listed in the search window is not among your purchases in the App Store. Move each such item to the Trash. You may be prompted for your administrator password. Empty the Trash.
Log out and log back in. Test. -
Hey, i have an iphone 4, and it is upto date, the problem is that my phone does not play any videos online except on facebook, all other videos do not play instead a crossed play sign appears on the video. Please help.

1. Make sure software is up to date
2. Make sure FaceTime is enabled; Settings>FaceTime
3. Make sure Date and Time is correctly set; Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
4. Make sure Push Notification is enabled
5. Make sure phone number or email address is correct

PSE 13 opens normally, but when I try to Open a file, nothing happ ens. The Editor screen just stares back at me as if I had done nothing. Should I uninstall/reinstall?
When I do that, the only option I'm given for opening a file is "Open". not
"Open With". Right clicking on a jpeg file and clicking on Open opens the
file in Irfanview, which is the File Association for opening jpeg files. I
suppose I could change the File Association. I'll try it now.
OK, I changed the File Extension Association for .jpg and .jpeg files
to the PSE 13 Editor .exe file shown in my c:/Program Files folder, so now
clicking on any .jpg or .jpeg file opens the Editor, but again, as before,
the clicked on file does not open. It opens fine when associated with
Irfanview (opens in Irfanview, of course). And when associated with PSE
13, the PSE 13 Editor opens and appears to be ready to "receive" the
clicked on file, but nothing happens.

Try searching with Spotlight. Click the magnifying glass icon top right corner of your screen.
If you can't locate the apps, you can re download without being charged again.

I did a fresh install of 10.6 and the upgrades got me to 10.6.8 but the included App Store from the upgrades requires 10.9. I cannot download Mavericks without the App Store. How do I find an old version of App Store or install Mavericks without the App Store? HELP!

From the drop down menu click: About This Mac
Double check to make sure you see: v10.6.8
Make sure your Mac can run Mavericks > OS X Mavericks: System Requirements
Read prior to upgrading to Mavericks > Upgrading to 10.7 and above, don't forget Rosetta! -
Hey Hi, to apple Family.
Few days back, when i was doing some normal work on MS word, i found that i my paste option is not working.
Then i tried to use it for normal work like Moving Pics from here and there, but still found the same result.
When i try to select anything and then copy/cut anything, it got the intial action, but when i got to paste it anywhere, it won't do the action, and after checking in status bar, (above), It shows Paste option Faded, like i can't use it.
If some one from Users or any one From Apple Support can help me please do the need full done.
I have lotss of data in my Macbook, and i need to move it to somewhere else.
Please Help me.

Besides the good advice so far, might try this...
"Try Disk Utility
1. Insert the Mac OS X Install disc, then restart the computer while holding the C key.
2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu at the top of the screen. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.
3. Click the First Aid tab.
4. Select your Mac OS X volume.
5. Click Repair. Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.) -
Updates tab won't load in the app store.. help please!
Recently updated my iPhone 4s to iOS 6.1 and I have apps to update but my updates tab in the app store won't load!
I've tried everything I can, restarting my phone, turning on and off wifi, crossing the app and opening it again but none have worked so far!Same problem here, I've tried everything and nothing is working.

IMovie won't open because it's "being updated" - but there's no iMovie activity in the App Store!
Just today, I tried opening iMovie to work on a project. I get an error message that reads: " You can't open the application "iMovie" because it is being updated." This then kicks me out to the App Store - but there's no iMovie update in progress there. It's driving me insane.
On top of that, when I try to perform the updates WITHIN the app store - Mavericks and some other apps - I click "update" and nothing happens. Any troubleshooting advice? I really need this to work.
I'm on 10.8.5, on a Macbook Pro bought in 2012.I had this same problem. The way I solved it was to go into the app store, and specifically click on iMovie. The tab there mentioned something like "upgrade" (where normally you would see "buy"). If I click on that, there is a pull down menu that says that I do not have the lastest operating system for the new movie, but that I can reinstall the older version. When I clicked on that option, it reinstalled iMovie (which for some reason just hadn't worked in Mountain Lion). It worked just fine. I didn't have to pay. If you are signed in at the app store, and click on iMovie, hopefully you will be presented with this option as well.

Can somebody tell me how I can get it back to when he first got it and he could down load all the free apps. Without card information or how I can get the card information bit away thanksGo to settings on your device then select app store. If you tap on the email that is shown it will give you an option to view your apple ID. When you are viewing your apple ID, tap on payment method and it will show a list of credit card options. The one at the bottom should say none. If you then tap none for payment options the credit card will not be connected. If you go on to the app store again you should be able to download free apps with out any issues.

Why do I have a light blue screen randomly appear?
