can someone help me with this question in any way...
Given two Strings sa and sb, each representing a (large!) 77 digit (decimal) integer, write Java code to add these numbers together and print the result. (look at the java.math package).
im guessing im using an add method? any clues?

Did you try looking at the java.math package, as your homework assignment suggested?

SAP is an enterprise system with a RDBMS under it. Records are not solely created in core tables (like MARA)... instead a transaction is executed that creates the material. In the midst of this transaction, a MARA table entry is created as well as numerous other table entries.
You should look to BAPI_STANDARDMATERIAL_CREATE in t-code SE37. You can create a proxy from this BAPI - you can even create a Web Service that can be implemented in an external app.

I just updated to the newest version of ITunes well, not just but a few days ago. Anyway I have windows 8, and in ITunes my Ipod 5th gen will not show up. I have tried somethings such as unpluging repluging, going to services and restarting, basiclly everything on yoyutube, none still work. It's ***** to cause I just wanted to put music on my Ipod, if anyone has an idea of what to do please give some suggestions.

1. Try the iPod troubleshooting assistant:

4. Empty your Temp directory and restart
5. Verify that the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed

7. Remove and reinstall iTunes
8. Disable conflicting System Services and Startup Items
9. Update, Reconfigure, Disable, or Remove Security Software
10. Deleting damaged or incorrect registry keys

The first thing I'd suggest is to get a good antispyware checker and give it a go at your system. Some recent spyware has been reported by other users to shut down iTunes or prevent it from launching. From user reports, Ewido seems to be the best at catching it. You can download a free version of Ewido here.
If that doesn't cure the problem, try deleting the iTunes preference files:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunes.pref
and
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Data\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunes.pref
You might have to turn on "show hidden files" to find them. (Right click "my computer", select open, select Tools menu -> Folder Options. Select View tab, "show hidden files" radio button is in the center scrolling panel.) Delete them or if you want to be able to put them back if it doesn't help, drag them to some other location. This will force iTunes to run the setup assistant the next time you launch iTunes. Note that you'll have to go back and set any preferences you've changed from the default.
If that still doesn't work, try this:

Sometimes a restart can fix this issue, but sometimes you have to fix the iTunes Library.itl file.
Try quitting iTunes, renaming the itunes file "iTunes Library.itl" to "iTunes Library Old.itl"
then open itunes again
This should generate a new library file.
From this point you can try two different avenues.
1. Re-add everything to your library by going to the iTunes file menu, and selecting "add to library"
2. You can try deleting the iTunes Library.itl you created, changing the name of the old file back to iTunes Library.itl
I hope this helps. I did something like this a while back and it worked for me.

Will Photo Library Manager help without library file

I recently upgraded to Leopard and added ilife to upgrade my iphoto from a reeaaally old version. I imported photos from the old version and Iphoto was working fine a couple weeks ago. Today, however, when I tried to open it, I got the Choose Your Library message. There is no library listed, nor can I find one. I have not done anything to iphoto or the library file since it was last opened and working fine. Will Photo Library Manager help if there is no library file? Is the albumdata.xml file in the iphoto database or is it somewhere else in my computer? Surely the files are there somewhere! What else can I do? I have a back-up but it has run since I last opened iphoto and I can't find a library file in there either. What is the library file called? Maybe I'm not looking for the write thing...

Did you use Spotlight to try to find your library. If the library was inadvertantly moved to certain areas of the HD Spotlight will not find it. Download and run Find File to search for "Library6.iPhoto". If you get a hit it's a good chance it's the library. Good Luck.
TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto (iPhoto.Library for iPhoto 5 and earlier versions) database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger or later), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. There are versions that are compatible with iPhoto 5, 6, 7 and 8 libraries and Tiger and Leopard. Just put the application in the Dock and click on it whenever you want to backup the dB file. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.
NOTE: The new rebuild option in iPhoto 09 (v. 8.0.2), Rebuild the iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup" makes this tip obsolete.

Using callStoredProcedure / callStoredFunction though a library/Class

I been using callStoreProdure /call StoreFunction as explained in fusion middleware guide http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E15523_01/web.1111/b31974/bcadvgen.htm#insertedID5. It works perfectly fine.
As, i have to call the above methods many place at Entity level / View level so i would like to bundle them into a library / class file and using them through the library rather pasting the meothd in all instance where i need them.
If i try to create a class file containing the above method then it could not resolve getDBTransaction(). With my y limited knowledge of Java i am clue less.

TAG Library Class Refresh

If I build a Tag-library class on Weblogic 5.1, and subsequentially update

I figured it out. Under the Configuration/TagLibraries,
create a CrossTagAttr folder and stick a .vtm file in it. In the
.vtm file, use the <crosstag_attributes> tag and its
children. See Configuration/TagLibraries/CrossTagAttr/Spry/Spry.vtm
for an example.

"Look for libraries to share" does not appear in the Shared pane under preferences. I'm trying to see my fiances shared library. She can see mine. I have selected share entire library. Help please!

Cannot see my fiance's library but she can see mine. Checked all appropriate boxes to share entire library. Help syays to check under Shared which does not even appear anywhere. It also said to check the "Look for share libraries" under shared pane which also does not exit in that pane. I am Windows 7 and she is Macbook. Thanks

I'm using an Airport Extreme, and I'm not aware of UPnP settings in the Airport Utility.
On the Mac, I set up a Parallels Vista instance in bridged mode and verified that I can see the other Vista PC share folders, so I know that the Vista PC has been set up correctly.
Additionally, as mentioned before, I switched DNS Servers several times, but settled on an alternative Rogers DNS to avoid their awful failed lookup ad page (64.71.255.202 if anyone needs it).
I also tried adding the Vista PC IP to my Mac hosts file, which oddly showed the Mac on the Vista side, but nothing on the Mac side.
I also goofed around in the smb.conf file with some settings, but alas, nada.
The only thing that might explain why the Airport Express network (Vista, XP) provided me with shares in the sidebar and not my own Airport Extreme network (just Vista) could be that it's a master browser issue. I saw a couple of posts about this.
If the Vista machine is the master browser, nothing will show in the sidebar, but if XP or a Mac is the master browser, then the sidebar will show shares. I don't have a way to verify this as I'm not sure how to force one machine to be a master browser over another. I'm suspicious if this will do anything as I've found other posts saying exactly the opposite scenario.
Is there anyone out there that has had a network, possibly with Airport Extreme, one Mac (Leopard), one Vista PC, and Vista share is showing in the Finder sidebar?

Where are C++ Standard Library Classes for Unicode RFC SDK?

I have the Unicode RFC SDK and there is a document (sapucdoc.htm) that explains that the C++ standard library classes have SAP_ equivalents. For example:
string --> SAP_string
It then says that header files for these classes are named SAP<standard lib name>.hpp. So for the string class:
string.h --> SAPstring.hpp
The rfcsdk/include directory does not contain any of the header files. Where can I find these header files and possibly libraries I need to use the standard C++ libraries with this version of the RFC SDK?

Code Completion on library class

I appologize if I have posted this to the wrong forum, I am very new to Java and don't usually post to forums.
I have created class and then added it to the Libraries in a second project from within NetBeans. When I call the method, it doesn't complete the code. Is there any way to do this? I have tried creating a JavaDoc and then I went to Tools|Java Platform Manager| Javadoc tab and added the folder of the javadoc, and it still doesn't do anything.

Guys, I found another user and what he said to do worked!!! I have copied the information below:
This was 1 of the things that happend to me too, the other one was that at the bottom of the itunes page were it says all the memory info, it marked that I had over 3gb of other memory wich I didn't.
Anyways what I did was to unmark the calendar, contacts etc. ( so that they wont sync with the computer ), pressed apply, then I marked all of them again, apply again and for last I pressed Sync wich is at the bottom right coner by the apply botton.
I'm not sure that had anything to do with it but it worked, my music appeard both of my itunes playlists and the ones I bought in itunes. Also the other memory dissapeard and it's all good.
I'm not sure this will help you but thats my 5 cents, if the problem continues its better to call customer service and ask for a technician.
