LightDM: How to stop non-graphical applications on session logout?

Hi all,
I'm currently moving from XDM to LightDM and have a hard time figuring out how to clean up after myself when my session ends.
Here's the problem:
I start two non-graphical applications in ~/.xprofile
offlineimap
ssh-agent
I want to cleanly kill these when my graphical session ends
What would be the best way to achieve this?
What I tried until now:
Add ~/.xlogout which does the cleanup
Create /etc/lightdm/Xsession-mine which calls /etc/lightdm/Xsession and then ~/.xlogout
Modify /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf to use /etc/lightdm/Xsession-mine as session wrapper
Result: ~/.xlogout doesn't seem to be called, probably due to exec in Xsession
History:
With XDM I would start my window manager in the foreground (without exec) in ~/.xinitrc and when it returns call my cleanup code.

it does have something alike:
# session-cleanup-script = Script to run when quitting a user session (runs as root)
However, as the documentation states, this script is run as root, so I can't clean up on a per-user basis (or can I?).

Dear Sai,
You need to make that condition type as Statistical one
Go to SPRO - Sales and Distr. - Basic Functions - Pricing - Define and Assign Pricing Proc - Maintain Pricing Proc - Control Date
Select the proc. - select the condition type and activate the check box Statistical
This will show the amount of the condition but will not consider for the net value calculation

A lot of classes exist for helping creating Graphical Applications. But can anyone tell if there's classes for creating non Graphical Applications - that is 'good old' character based user interfaces meant to run through a telnet session.

How to integrate non-sap application with sap netweaver trial abap

Hi, I currently have with me SAP Netweaver ABAP trial and Mini SAP BASIS 4.6 D. What i want to do is to see how can i integrate my non-SAP application with SAP.
I am confused as to if using SAP Netweaver ABAP trial, will i be able to establish that. Can anyone guide me in this regard.I want to connect using JCO basically, want to write a java client that will be talking with the SAP application. Provide me a starting point.
Will i require a Deployed SAP application as well to do this, or will Netweaver ABAP Trial do the job, will i also have to expose the business objects using BAPI.
Please help.

I agree with Mr. Hall that using mx.controls.Alert in Flex may be a better route.
Show the Alert like this:

How to stop social lite application updates even if it's uninstalled ?

I Installed "Social Lite" thinking it's a cool app, but later i found out it's not the app i'm looking for so i uninstalled. However, i have always been getting updates for this application. I tried reinstalling and uninstall just to see if the update goes away but it just comes back as i uninstall. It's have been very annoying. Any help would be appreciated.

Social Lite has probably hidden a file somewhere, probably in Application Support, that wasn't deleted and keeps on activating.
So:
Search for everything on your hard drive that contains either the expression "Social Lite", "Socialite", or "apparent" (which is the name of the maker of the application).
Your search should include "all files and folders" including hidden files. Spotlight can't do that, so use EasyFind instead.
With any luck you'll be able to pinpoint the suspect file and then trash it. But don't trash any files you're not sure about.

How to stop a popup if the session has expired??

I have a situation wherein i have my jsp page. in that i have a button on clicking it a pop up window will open to take a input parameter.
Now what we want is that if the session is not valid than the pop up shud not open.
Currrently what is happening wen the session is not valid the popup gets open and in that popup a login page is coming.
The logic for pop has been put in a javascript code which gets executed when the page was first loaded . So even if i put a logic for checking the session before the popup opens it wont work. So what can be a possible way i can do it?
I am writing a scriptlet to check the logic for valid session.

I want to restrict the user to use the back button after session expired or logout. By doing the session expired we are restricting the user to do any new work but I want to restrict the user to see the back pages that he surfed previously in the session.
Is there any method to disable the browser back button after the session Expired?

We have created a BC4J application with JClient as a client server interface. BC4J is to be deloyed as Session EJB to OC4j.
I need to know how to deploy the BC4J application as session EJB to OC4J manually (at the customer's site without the JDeveloper).

If you just have OC4J.
java -jar admin.jar .....
You can look at the commandlines when you use JDeveloper to deploy to a standalong OC4J and just use them pretty much.
Or if they have IAS, use the Enterprise Manager web console to deploy your EAR files.

How to stop and start only the process of Oracle Application Express?

I'd like to know how to stop the process of Oracle Application Express on my server installed oracle express package.
After installed Oracle Express edition, not only oracle database server processes but also Oracle Application Express, such as http server, is started automatically...
I hope to stop and start Application Express on demand but is this feature enabled?

Oracle Apex is an API, if that helps you understand / visualize. You do not start Apex process nor stop it.
When an Apex session starts it starts calling the API.
You can however start / stop the listener. It may be OHS, ApexListener and the J2EE container running it, OC4J or any other "server" that you are using.
The built-in EPG is something like an API again, you cannot start / stop it but you can disable/enable it with DBMS_XDB.SETHTTPPORT API.

How to stop the auto updater in N900 application m...

Hey guys,
Anyone know how to stop the auto updater in N900 application manager ?
Coz when i connect via wifi or 3G, it always try to search for updates...Coz of that i cant search the web properly until its over.
Specially when i connect via GPRS, i have to pay more for this extra mega bites use from app manager...
So got any ideas for this prob...?
(I usually use faster app manager to install apps.)
