Links to cards in Address Book

Question

I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to link to a card in the address book from a text document but I can't see if it's possible.
For example in Yojimbo I can create a link to an item and get something like <x-yojimbo-item://84D2FA0E-7640-4C0A-8D00-CFA4029B32C1>. I can't see that is possible in Address Book, can it be done in some way?

Address Book card URLs look like this:
addressbook://8CA87800-126A-11D7-B2FD-0003934D0E7E:ABPerson
Here's an AppleScript that will generate an Address Book URL for the selected card. Copy this script and paste it into the Script Editor application. Set the tab at the bottom of the window to Result, and run the script. Copy and paste the URL without including the quotes.
