Linux 3.14.2-1 ARCH config error - will not build with ABS [SOLVED]

Hi Guys,
I need to compile my kernels with ABS because I need 16 DVB adaptors instead of 8. This works normally just fine. Today I tried to compile newest kernel and got following error during config. For the record 3.14.1-1 built just fine.

You need to `chmod youruser:yourgroup /etc/pacman.conf` for that to work if run by non-root.

Unknown error - will not sync with iTunes

My 80gb video iPod worked fine until yesterday. Now every time I try to sync with iTunes an unknown error occurs and it won't update from the Library. Have tried everything suggested, even restoring and have consequently lost all music from the iPod after the letter B. Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)

Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

Bridge worked great for a while then started to fail when starting. Old Bridge CS6 still works fine. HELP ... please.

Although you used the new USB 3.0 port, the actual connection speed is still USB2.0, as the iPod Dock connector, does not have the 10 times faster USB3.0 signal pins, the connection speed is still 480Mbits/s
I assumed that you have tried the other USB 2.0 port to no success..
Can you do the iPod Disk diagnostic as posted earlier by tt2, it wont fix your problem, but helps in troubleshooting.

I only synch and do not stream off of my 1st Gen AppleTV
I will try with ethernet but will be a pain in the butt if i can not fix it with wifi for long term fix
I may end up trying to do a named IP address vs DHCP for this appleTV (not sure if i can do both and do not want to remove DHCP as i have a bunch of sensors and other devices that I prefer to dynamically add to the network via DHCP vs. assign each one
Will keep working on other fix options (factory reset, etc.)

I had the same problem.I tried every solutions on the net but nothing worked.Luckily on that very day my free avast antivirus date expired(I dont currently have a paid antivirus) and I uninstalled it.Then I tried to install itunes and did it on the first go.But I am using a windows 7 32 bit so it might not work for you as you are on the 64 bit.Actually the antivrus was the culprit.Hope it helps.Thanks

Are you syncing over WiFi or over the USB cable? Try doing the opposite.

first off , from the wired computer access the router using http://192.168.1.1 .. check the firmware version .. go to www.linksys.com/download and check the latest firmware available...if the router does not have the latest firmware , upgrade it first. .. after the firmware upgrade , reset and reconfigure the router
if the router has the latest firmware , then reset the router for 30 seconds .. do a power cycle...access the router ui ..default password is admin..click on the "mac add clone" subtab , enable it and click clone....save the settings and do a power cycle..ensure that the wired computer is online
on the router web ui , click on the wireless tab ..change the ssid - any non-linksys name , channel - 11 , security mode - wpa , beacon interval - 50 , fragmentation threshold - 2306 , RTS threshold - 2307 ..

I looks that the whole line doesn't fit in the container, so the bottom part is cut off. The usual cause is that a font is used that takes more vertical space, so any increase or changes from the font in what the website prescribes can cause this issue. I've seen web pages that were even affected by changing the minimum font size from none to 1 (!). If you do not have the font installed that the website specifies then Firefox will fallback to another (default) font that may have different dimensions.
