List of closed PR

Hi experts,
Yesterday I have closed many PRs.  Can I get a List of PRs which I have closed yesterday.
Regards,
( Rajneesh Gulati )

Hi,
This is not possible to get in ME5A.
You have to develop a report for this using tables CDPOS and CDHDR
Use following tables;
CDHDR - Change document header
CDPOS - Change document items
Go to SE11 / SE16 / SE16N, here enter Object value as "PR No" in Table CDHDR and get the Document No and then input this in CDPOS and get the changes details. You can also enter EKKO and EKPO tables and see the whole list.

    Dear Guru's,
    Where can we check the Project closing status? Can we change the closing status if want to do some modification, and what is the transaction code that we to view the list of closing project.
    Regards,

    1.You can find the project status ( all the  status )  in any project maintenance transaction for ex. Run Cj20n > Open you project> on the basic data tab you will find the project status.
    ( If you want to see the status of other  PS oject than click on that object, similarly you will get the status of that object on Basic data tab. )
    2.Yes you can change the closing status of proejct for midification. path is clickon the object for which you want to change the closed object > Edit> Status--> Close --> Undo.
    3.For the list of Project status go to CN41
    on the projectno. input line click on multiple selection--> give the proejct no. list for which you wanted to see the  status. -->enter --> Excute.
    Report will open in screen. in that report go to toolbar and click on 'choose filed' button.(F5) -->one pop up window will open -->right handside scroll down in that window >select 'status' field and move it to left side>enter
    project status will be shown against you project list. you can verify the same in maintenance txn.
    If you have activated user status the same will also get populated.
    You can downlaod the same in Excle file path is  : Evaluation menu>export>save to file. ( via filtering in Excle you call do all the analysis realted to project status how amny are in clised status etc. )

  • Programatically get list of closed periods. How?

    Hi,
    I need FI period list that closed (not open).
    How can I get that list programatically?
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    I really do not know the advantage of knowing the closed period. This is something like to know the items scrubbed on a slate.
    You may please go to transaction code SE16
    Please give table Name T001B
    Enter
    Select your selection parameters
    Execute
    Alternatively, you can see the list at transaction code OB52
    This list only gives the list of normal periods / special periods that are being opened in a particular fiscal year against a POSTING PERIOD VARIANT. This will not give which are the periods that are being erased / closed previously.
    If you want to know programatically, then a customized report has to be written, stating pick the periods from this table, which are closed. Meaning that give the other periods, other than the current periods in this table.

    Have any of you seen this before?

  • List of Closed PO

    There are two 'closed' states .
    1) Completely close - where the GR and IR has been fully performed in accordance with your PO quantity and value
    2) <b>Conditional close</b> - where end user due to some particular reason has decided to close this PO despite of partial GR and/or IR.<b>How to do it??</b>
    3.Suppose if  I m creating a Po for 10 items.After saving that I come to know that I have put a wrong Material code,then I select that Maretial code then Delete it.
    Then How can I differentciate in a Reports which are <b>my closed Po &  Deleted Po</b>??

    Hi,
    You simply go to the Delivery tab and set the DCI indicator (Delivery completed indicator).
    this will not stop further receipts from being posted but it does "close" the PO.
    there is also a "final invoice" indicator on teh Invoice tab.
    To see a list of POs with this flag set is possible in the ME2N transaction (usinmg the dynamic selections. But to get a report listing these orders and WHO set the flags is only available if you build a custim report.

  • Updating a List while closing a second form

    I know this is probably going to be dead simple but here goes.
    I have two classes, a main form and a sub form. The main form calls the sub form and once the sub form is finished I want to update a list on the main form. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to call back to the main form to update the list.
    If anybody could point me in the right direction that would be most appreciated.
    James Purser

    A couple of ways spring to mind.
    Either pass a reference to the main form into the sub form - it can then notify the main form when it is closed.
    Alternatively (and probably preferably) add a WindowListener to the second form. This listener can then retrieve the values from the second form and populate the main form in the windowClosing (or windowClosed) method.
    secondForm.addWindowListener(new WindowAdapter()
      public void windowClosed(WindowEvent e)
        retrieveSecondFormData(e.getSource());
    });Hope this helps.

  • Firefox hang in task list after closing successfully

    OS: windows 7 32 and 64-bit
    Symptom: firefox can be open can close "properly" without error message. But when you look in the task list, firefox is still there. You still can open firefox without problem. It will add another process if you close it. So more and more processes in the task list if you repeating open and close after surfing some web sites. You cannot kill the task, even you are administrator. The only way to get rid of it is to re-start the PC.
    It happens in 3 of my PCs.

    Most often hanging at exit is caused by Extensions, maybe plugins. Try Firefox Safe Mode; don't check any items, just click "Continue to Safe Mode". http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

  • Listing and closing open TCP ports

    Hi,
    For security reasons I would like to have as few open TCP ports as possible on my iMac, leaving open only those that I feel are worthwhile having enabled. How can I go about to
    a) identify which TCP ports are currently open on the system
    b) identify the processes that have opened the ports and understand the origin and purpose of those process
    c) disable the processes that have ports open, if I feel that there is no good reason for having them open
    I'm running OS X 10.9.4.
    Thanks!
    Fredrik

    You can run "netstat" in the Terminal or maybe Network Utility to see open ports. However, all you should really do is make sure you don't have any sharing services enabled. Otherwise that is all you can do. Macs are not meant to be used as servers or in secure environments. They are strictly consumer machines. Apple has engineered them to be highly secure, but not configurable by the user. It is highly unlikely that any modifications that an end-user can make would do anything other than reduce security.

  • What happened to the "closed tabs" list in 4.0 RC2?

    In prior versions of Firefox, I could open a list of closed tabs, but I can't find the button now.

    I enjoy running both versions of Numbers (Numbers 2 and Numbers 3) at the same time. They each have strengths and weaknesses.
    Numbers 3 did not replace your Numbers 2 (Numbers '09). Look in a folder called iWork '09 inside your Applications folder. And enjoy.

  • How do I restore my tabs and windows, whether open or closed, when everything else fails?

    This is not so much a question, as an answer that some people desperately need.
    Ever since Version 34, Firefox has done a superb job of restoring the tabs that the user has created, either on restarting Firefox (if that option is chosen) or on request.
    The details of how to restore tabs are covered in Firefox's basic help online, and even how to deal with several crashes in a row (such as in an addon) ruin the normal backup file are also well explained.
    However, today I accidentally pressed Alt+F4 twice on my poorly-designed keyboard and closed my main window, with 93 tabs, and another Firefox window as well. I'm not sure this is exactly what happened, but I lost all 93 of my tabs.
    I read many of the postings in which people give various suggestions, but none worked. Every time I restored a version of the sessionstore.js file I saw the same lonely empty tab. Restoring prefs.js did nothing, and neither did making changes in the internal configuration constants.
    I tried refreshing/resetting Firefox (which preserves bookmarks), but I still couldn't restore the tabs. It was now clear that the problem was in sessionstore.js (and all its backups) for sure.
    I'm writing this for people who must restore their windows or tabs, and don't mind getting technical about it. That was my situation.
    The solution was to realize that the sessionstore.js file contains JSON code, which is an efficient way to represent integers and strings arranged in a tree structure.
    I figured there must be a JSON editor somewhere, and it turns out there is a great one available online, at www.jsoneditoronline.org . It can read a file on your computer, edit it, then save it back on your computer.
    As soon as I viewed sessionstore.js in the editor, it was obvious how easy this was going to be. The top level of the tree is understandable. I simply grabbed the data representing the window with 93 tabs, and dragged it from the list of closed Firefox windows to the list of open windows. This automatically moved the history of each tab, and even the strings entered into forms.
    After copying sessionstore.js back to the Firefox profile, I started Firefox one more time. The playing of Pandora signalled that my tabs were back and functioning once again.
    Now, editing JSON code is not something that everyone is ready for. And your problem might not be reflected in the JSON tree so simply. But, for technical-minded people who don't want to lose their tabs or windows to a mistake or a crash, this technique can be just what's needed when everything else fails.

    That sounds very handy. Nice going. A kind of backup would be to
    create a folder in the Bookmarks Manager, and keep a list of links there.
    Just one note. The sessionstore file shows the last windows / tabs that
    are open. Because the window with the 90 tabs was closed first, then the
    other, that is what caused your issue.
    Please edit the post title by adding '''==Solved==''' to it. Others may think
    you are asking for help, not offering a solution.

  • How to Restrict Users Rights to Change Select List

    Good morning everyone,
    I've got a select list that is populated using a basic query on a table. Lets say the items in the list are A,B,C and D.
    At the moment the users are able to choose any of those options and they are written to the database as expected.
    I want to prevent users from selecting option D unless they are a member of an authorization scheme, say SchemeX.
    I've tried a validation process but can only access the current database value not the value that the user is attempting to set.
    I've successfully used
    APEX_UTIL.PUBLIC_CHECK_AUTHORIZATION('SchemeX')
    to test whether a user is a member of SchemeX but can't quite get my hands on the value the user is trying to set.
    Any ideas would be gratefully received :-)

    Thanks for the replies.
    I tried the disable options method but unfortunately that doesn't work on IE 6 .. all my users are forced to use IE 6 at the moment. Works fine in Opera which I can use for testing purposes.
    Drawing on inspiration from this thread I managed to sort it out. I set "Display Extra Values" to YES in my Select List and inserted this query as the "List of values definition" :
    IF APEX_UTIL.PUBLIC_CHECK_AUTHORIZATION('OR_AUTHORISE_MANAGE') THEN
    RETURN
    'SELECT STATUS d, STATUS r ' ||
    'FROM LSTSTATUS ORDER BY STATUS ASC';
    ELSE
    RETURN
    'SELECT STATUS d, STATUS r ' ||
    'FROM LSTSTATUS ' ||
    'WHERE STATUS<>''Closed''' ||
    'ORDER BY STATUS ASC';
    END IF;
    If the user is a member of OR_AUTHORISE_MANAGE they get the full list. If they are not they get the list minus "Closed" ... unless the record has already been set to "Closed" in which case it is added as an "Extra Value".
    Thanks for the nudges :-)

  • Firefox always opens all tabs that were opened when last closed

    Firefox, out of the blue, started to always show my tabs from the last session when it is started. I checked that Firefox not listed in the task manager list after closing. So I tried the following:
    - changing the option "when Firefox starts" to all three of the available choices
    - change the browser.startup.page setting to 0 manually via "About:config"
    - starting Firefox in safe mode.
    None of these changed the behavior. It still opens the tabs that were last opened.
    I am running V25.0. Any suggestions? This is a major annoyance.

    Hello,
    Please make sure that you have not activated Firefox's restore tabs feature. See the article here:
    [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/restore-previous-session#w_configuring-session-restore Configuring session restore]
    If it is enabled then you can disable it by following the instructions in that article.
    I hope that helps. Let me know if not.
    EDIT: sorry I linked to the wrong article. Fixed now.

  • Closed captioning in Apple TV version 4.4

    I updated the Apple TV software to v4.4 but I still can't get closed captioning to work. The cc menu does not show up after pressing the up arrow button and holding down the select button (only the chapter list). Closed captioning is enabled in the settings menu and the movies I rented all feature a cc option. Very disappointing. I will think twice before renting any other movie.

    You can turn on closed captioning in the AppleTV settings. Go to Settings > Video.
    It is possible that not all rented movies will have closed captions. It is up to the movie studio to provide CC with the movies files they give to Apple for hosting.
