List of predefined style sheets (css)?

Hi everybody,
I am looking for a list of available stylesheets, which are configured in the theme editor. I know that there is a css file on the server (usr/...) but as an developer you normally have no access to the server.
Is there a list of the stylesheets with the style name and a short explenation which style it is.
Best regards
Christian

Hi,
Here is the CSS Classes for Web Interfaces,

  • How to apply style sheet (.css) in Weblogic directory listing

    Hi,
    We are migrating a directory listing application from Apache to Weblogic.
    Earlier we did this by Apache httpd.conf entry like below :
    <Directory "/opt/apache/httpd-2.1.9/htdocs/Myreportfolder">
    IndexOptions FancyIndexing FoldersFirst NameWidth=* XHTML
    IndexOrderDefault Descending Date
    IndexStyleSheet "/css/style.css"
    </Directory>
    /opt/apache/httpd-2.1.9/htdocs folder has all it's usual resource files.
    We were able to see documents in "Myreportfolder".
    Now we have moved to Weblogic and using virtual directory mapping as below and we are trying to achieve the same thing:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
    - <wls:weblogic-web-app xmlns:wls="http://www.bea.com/ns/weblogic/weblogic-web-app" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:schemaLocation="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee/web-app_2_5.xsd http://www.bea.com/ns/weblogic/weblogic-web-app http://www.bea.com/ns/weblogic/weblogic-web-app/1.0/weblogic-web-app.xsd">
    - <wls:container-descriptor>
    <wls:index-directory-enabled>true</wls:index-directory-enabled>
    <wls:index-directory-sort-by>LAST_MODIFIED</wls:index-directory-sort-by>
    </wls:container-descriptor>
    - <wls:virtual-directory-mapping>
    <wls:local-path>/Myreportfolder</wls:local-path>
    <wls:url-pattern>/*</wls:url-pattern>
    </wls:virtual-directory-mapping>
    <wls:context-root>/getreports</wls:context-root>
    </wls:weblogic-web-app>
    We are able to view the reports but we do not get look-and-feel of Apache like directory listing.
    but we encounter below issues:
    1) File/Folder icons are not visible - we want to use style sheets in http header from the response that is returned from weblogic server
    2) Filename is limited to 29 characters when it is showing
    3) Files are not sortable as Descending order - we sorted using tag <wls:index-directory-sort-by>LAST_MODIFIED</wls:index-directory-sort-by> but the latest file is shown at the last
    We are thinking that Weblogic must be having some configuration like Apache httpd.conf where we can apply style sheets (css ).
    We would appreciate af anyone can provide better insight into the issue.
    or is it possible to extend weblogic.servlet.fileservlet class to serve this purpose.
    Thanks & regards,
    Rabi

  • Numbered List and Bulleted List w/ Custom Style Sheet

    Hi,
    I am a new user to RoboHelp 7, and must say I find it useful
    but also painful to use. Currently I’m trying to solve
    something that feels like a bug in RoboHelp 7, but before I give in
    and accept defeat I wanted to check with the forum.
    I have FrameMaker 8, and import the files to RH where I use
    them to create WebHelp projects.
    Here’s a short procedure:
    1. I Import my files with a predefined style sheet matching
    the FM styles.
    2. I also check the Convert to HTML list option and set all
    numbering and bullet styles to User defined.
    - After import RH does the usual thing and creates a bunch
    of style sheets on its own
    3. I select all the files from the Topic List pod and apply a
    new custom style sheet. This enables me to have one style sheet for
    all the HTML files with the right layout and formatting
    4. I generate the output, and RH uses the new style sheet
    reference
    The resulting HTML files shows that the output is not the
    same as the generated HTML shown in RH’s HTML editor view
    - Editor view: <li class=”style”>
    - Browser view: <li>
    6. If I make a change (e.g. add a space) and save the HTML
    file, and generate the project again the HTML is correct in the
    browser
    One could argue that it’s not a big problem; however,
    with a large project this is starting to look more like a nightmare
    Does anyone know of this problem, and if so can it be fixed?
    Kind regards,
    Jon

    Is this the time when I get really angry at Adobe for creating the worst FrameMaker/RoboHelp integration ever? No! However, I must admit that I'm amazed that they are unable to solve an important feature as conversion of lists from a FrameMaker document to a RoboHelp WebHelp project. When I say conversion I mean a clean conversion with minimal interference from RoboHelp that allows me to use CSS to its full extent.
    Here's the problem, and this was also the problem with RoboHelp 7 and FrameMaker 8. BTW, I use standalone versions (not TCS 1 or 2).
    Figures: First image depicts FrameMaker 9's Paragraph Designer and the Autonumber format for a paragraph named VizNumbered. Second image depicts the RoboHelp 8's conversion setting.
    FrameMaker uses Autonumbering in front of paragraphs to create lists. This means that you in RoboHelp need to manage two formats, the autonumber and the paragraph style.
    RoboHelp does of course not (by default) use Autonumbering in front of paragraphs because a RoboHelp WebHelp project is HTML based, and list tags in HTML can perfectly handle any formatting of text etc.
    RoboHelp will convert, when "Convert Autonumber to HTML List" is selected, the Autonumber in FrameMaker to a list tag (LI). By default this will generate a list with a lot of margin, font and other CSS properties that tries to simulate the way the list is laid out in the FrameMaker document. In addition to the list tags it will convert the FrameMaker paragraph to a P tag which it inserts within a list tag. The issue you will experience with this is that indentations with the paragraph tag does not align properly between line 1 and 2. At the same time the WebHelp project will not look the same in IE, Firefox or Chrome. That is, Chrome and Firefox will look the same, and IE different. IE has the WYSIWYG feel, but it does not comply well with W3C standards (i.e. using P tags enclosed by LI tags is not a good idea ...).
    Selecting "Convert Autonumber to RoboHelp List" does something similar, but is not recommended at all!
    So, here's the big question. How can I make sure RoboHelp understands that I ONLY need to define a list tag with a CSS class attribute attached to it?
    Today I basically only get the following:
    <li><p class=""></p></li> or,
    <p class=""></p>
    What I want is the following:
    <li class=""></li>
    Can this be solved with today's versions, can anyone help me, or do I have to wait for the Adobe development team to realize this and to fix it?

  • Variable Entry Style Sheet (CSS)

    The Web template uses the style sheet from the MIME repository:
    <link href=/sap/bw/mime/BEx/StyleSheets/BWReports.css  type=text/css rel=stylesheet>
    But, when the variable entry screen is displayed when executing the query it is not formatted and uses this style sheet:
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="OWNER">
    What is missing or needs to be configured so that the variable entry page uses the same style sheet as the Web template?
    Thanks for the help in advance.

    i had ot type out in the file:css in order for it to be imported into DW i dont know why its doing that.
    Did you define a local site folder in DW before you begain your project?

    This critical first step allows DW to manage your site links and assets for you.  Without a local site folder definition, many of DW's advanced features won't work.

  • RH 11 v11.0.2.240:  Cleaning up an External Style Sheet (CSS)

    Hello,
    I am in the process of trying to clean up a CSS for an "old" RoboHelp project.  I believe the CSS contains many unused styles that were probably "trial & error" styles, but were never deleted when they failed to produce the correct format.  I know it doesn't do any harm to leave them in the CSS, but I really don't want them around!
    I did not see a report in RoboHelp that would provide this information, but before doing a search for each individual style using a program like Agent Ransack, I wanted to see if anyone in the Community had any clever ideas as to how to accomplish this task.
    Thanks for  your input/suggestions!

    I can't say I've had this issue.  But then again, I never use the CSS property inspector to create an external style sheet.  I just hit File > New > CSS.  I add my CSS rules and Save it to the local site folder.
    Link style sheet to HTML pages.

  • Issue in using cascading style sheet(CSS) in coldfusion

    I have installed coldfusion in my machine recently. The thing
    is that my cfm files are not recognising the classes of the linked
    style sheets though I have given the correct path of the location
    of css file. Also it couldn't recognise <img src=""> tag to
    display an image.
    Please help me out to solve this issue.

    > I have installed coldfusion in my machine recently. The
    thing is that my cfm
    > files are not recognising the classes of the linked
    style sheets though I have
    CFM files are disinteresting in HTML, CSS classes and links
    and that sort
    of carry-on. It's all just "noise" to CF. So your CFM
    template cannot, in
    and off itself, cause problems with your CSS stuff.
    What you need to do is to look at the generated HTML and see
    what you're
    doing wrong. I imagine you've got the URLs wrong. Bear in
    mind that LINK
    URLs are indeed URLs, and if you're using relative ones, they
    should be
    relative to the URL of the request, and have no bearing on
    the file
    location of the CFM file they are represented in. This is a
    common mistake
    nebies make.

  • Web template style sheets(.css) !!!

    Hi,
    where can I create my own style sheet for the web template and also how can i edit the exisitng style sheet in BW..
    Thanks for your help in advance,
    AC..

    You can create your own using notepad or any other authoring tool.  To get a stylesheet from the BW server, go to the Mime Repository (Transaction SE80).  From there you need to find it in the directories.  Normally it is in the SAP->Public->BW->BEx->Stylesheets or BW->Customer->Stylesheets.  You can import, export, display, and change the stylesheets from here.  If you make changes to the stylesheets, you will need to invalidate the global cache by using the transaction SMICM.  Use the GoTo menu in the top menu and select HTTP Server Cache->Invalidate Global in System.  This should help you out.  Use this link for more on the stylesheets:

  • Alternative style-sheet (CSS) for printing

    Hi folks.
    Anybody knows if it is possible to tell VisualComposer to use a different CSS for printing. That's a common trick to getter printer friendly output. Take a look on: http://webdesign.about.com/cs/css/a/aa042103a.htm.
    Thanx a lot,
    Harald

    Hi Harald,
    Unfortunately, I can't think of such way. In EhP1 we introduce a real export to Excel functionality, so it would be better to export it to excel and then print it from there.

  • Banner image disappears when I move css to external style sheet

    If I have the following code in the head of the document, the banner image is displayed:
    <link href="css/styles.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
    <script type="text/javascript" src="javascript/copyNote.js"></script>
    <style type="text/css">
    <!--
    #banner
    margin: 0 auto;
    width: 980px;
    height: 198px;
    background-image:url(images/banner.gif);
    -->
    </style>
    But if I move the above code to the linked external style sheet (css/styles.css) everything shows up except the banner image.
    Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

    BcSurvivor08 wrote:
    the image path shouldn't change since the image is still in the image folder, right?
    Yes, but the path to the image in the CSS must be relative to the location of the external CSS file.
    In other words, the following rule in the home page
    #banner
    margin: 0 auto;
    width: 980px;
    height: 198px;
    background-image:url(images/banner.gif);
    would be written in the external CSS file as
    #banner
    margin: 0 auto;
    width: 980px;
    height: 198px;
    background-image:url(../images/banner.gif);
    because the CSS file is inside the css folder (one level down from the root folder).
    ../ says "From the "css" folder, go up a folder level then look for banner.gif inside the "images" folder..

  • Render Portal Style Sheet in New Page

    I created a PL/SQL Portlet that displays a list of users. When you click on a person, a new window pops up and displays information about that user.
    That works find. However, I would like the window to have the same look and feel as the portal page. I need to bring the page style sheet (css) over to the next window. Do you know if a PL/SQL Portal API that can generate the style sheet in the header area of the new page that I opened?
    Should I use a template to display my information in? If so, how do I pass the results to this template?
    Thanks

    OK, I think I got it.
    I created a structure user interface template called My_Template. In the template I set up everything. I set up the look and feel, colors, images, etc.
    Now, in my code, I use the following API.
    PORTAL30.wwv_headings.show_header(
    p_template => 'PUBLIC.MY_TEMPLATE',
    p_heading => 'The Title',
    p_help_link => '');
    htp.p('</BODY></HTML>');
    Which will translate into the following HTML
    <HTML>
    <TITLE>My Title</TITLE>
    <BODY bgcolor="#B5B591">
    <TABLE width="100%" height="40" cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0 border=0 bgcolor="#B5B591" >
    <TR>
    <TD width="1%" align="LEFT"><IMG SRC="/images/cantrac2.gif" ALT="Return to the CANTRAC MENU(Application Home)" border="0"></TD>
    <TD width="97%" align="LEFT"><FONT STYLE="font-family:Helvetica;color:black;font-size:16pt;"><B><NOBR>My Title</NOBR></B></FONT></TD>
    <!-- frame_link = -->
    <TD width="24" height="24"><IMG SRC="/images/cantrac_menu.gif" valign=top ALT="Application Home" border=" 0"></TD>
    </TR>
    </TABLE>
    </BODY></HTML>
    I still don't get the STYLE sheet but it looks close enough.
    When I create a unstructure UI template and use the #PAGE.STYLE# command, the style is null when I call a new browser window. Need to look into what portal API to use to get this information.

  • How does one export a style sheet?

    Adobe Frame 12 help says:
    "You can also use style sheets (.css) to manage the styles in the published output. In this case, you can export the current styles to a .css file. You can then open this file in a text or .css editor (such as Adobe Dreamweaver), make changes to the styles in this file and import the file back.
    To export and import the style sheet:
    To export the output styles defined for the current output, click Export . "
    OK, so where is this?
    Nothing I can find on the menus provide this option displaying regular Frame or XML view.
    Also, when I find it, do I need to load the css into Dreamweaver? Shouldn't I be able to use the XML view?

    No Colum, I've since found it. (Actually I found a video by Bernard A. that explained a bit).
    In the "Publish" pod are 5 choices (epub, html, etc) and selecting one highlights a button for settings. Edit settings has TWO tabs, one called Style Mappings which is where the button for Import/Export styles can be found.
    There's a button there for Automap Paragraph Styles which I'm going to experiment with next.
    Thanks for your efforts to solve my huge learning curve.

  • JSP + Cascading Style Sheet + Javascript problem

    Hello, I've got a JSP page that has included a Javascript (JS).
    In that JS, a Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) is included. Also on the JSP page, I have some code that makes use of the JS to create a Windows-style combobox, which is not available through raw HTML. The code is as follows:

    Hi
    Highlight the css from the document and select - Format - css styles - move css rules. Select new style sheet from the dialog, name the style sheet and save. Check that a link has been created for the new style sheet, if not select attach style sheet from the - Format - css styles list.

  • Bloated CSS Style Sheet...

    My style sheet is about 60k... much too big.
    Trying to find a way to put it on a diet.
    Is there a way to convert it to ' css shorthand'?
    I set the preferences to use shorthand for css declarations but don't see any change in existing style sheets.
    Help appreciated.
    Dan H.

    Hi, Dan,
    Without your code in front of me, I'll be shooting arrows in the dark, but here goes. (at 60k, I'm pretty sure we don't want you to copy it in here!)
    1. Check for styles that are very nearly the same as each other. You can 'gang up' many styles into one declaration, and only separate out the bits that differ:
    Instead of
    h1 {
         font-family: Verdana, Arial, sans-serif;
         color: blue;
         font-size: 1.4em;
    h2 {
         font-family: Verdana, Arial, sans-serif;
         color: blue;
         font-size: 1.2em;
    h3 {
         font-family: Verdana, Arial, sans-serif;
         color: blue;
         font-size: 1.1em;
    (note the similarities?) use
    h1, h2, h3 {
         font-family: Verdana, Arial, sans-serif;
         color: blue;
         font-size: 1.4em;
    h2 { font-size: 1.2em;}
    h3 { font-size: 1.1em;}
    Put the fuller-bodied style first and the difference styles after, so they will rule for their particular attribute stylings.
    2. ONLY style those attributes that you need to style. You need not define EVERY possible attribute of a tag, etc. The lists of attributes that you see in the CSS Styles Panel (Show Category View, for instance) are only there for your convenience. They are not all there because you need to actually style them all, all the time. If you are restyling a Heading 1 and are only changing the default color to blue, only style that attribute.
    3. If you are using Spry Widgets, leave those styles in their own CSS file, don't bring them into your site CSS file. You can link multiple CSS files to your pages.
    If you see any of these possibilities for your style sheet diet, give them a try. If you can upload the file and give us a link, I'm sure we can come up with some additional suggestions!
