Hi Picho
Again, look at the LPD_CUST for the Reports launchpad and see what is there
The NWBC links to these reports are published via the launch pad.

  • Print List Processing Report to PDF

    hi all,
    i've read many forums about convert info into PDF. but i'm very new to understand those forums.
    In case I want to print list processing report as PDF (not hard copy thru printer). First, user types the data on the screen then click on 'Execute' button, then the system shows the result on screen. After that user asks system for print the screen on menu bar by List=>Print.
    So please advise me how to get the spool id, then export as pdf. As my opinion, i may use CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF and GUI_DOWNLOAD. But where is the place I should put the methods on?
    Thanks in advance.

  • List View Report with pipelined function in Mobile application and ORA-01007: variable not in select list

    Hi!
    I have a problem with List View Report in mobile application (theme 50 in apex) after updating to apex 4.2.2. I created Report -> List View. I used select from pipelined function in Region Source. Then when page is running and submited three times (or refreshed three times) I get an error:
    Error during rendering of region "LIST VIEW".
    ORA-01007: variable not in select list
    Technical Info (only visible for developers)
    is_internal_error: true
    apex_error_code: APEX.REGION.UNHANDLED_ERROR

         ORA-06512: at "APEX_040200.WWV_FLOW_DISP_PAGE_PLUGS", line 3220
    I get this error only when I use select from pipelined function in Region Source (for example: "select value1, value2 from table(some_pipelined_function(param1, param2)) ").
    You can check it on http://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=50591 (login - demo, password - demo).
    In this application:
    - I created package TAB_TYPES_PKG:
    create or replace PACKAGE TAB_TYPES_PKG IS
    TYPE cur_rest_r IS RECORD (
        STR_NAME          VARCHAR2(128),
        INFO              VARCHAR2(128)
    TYPE cur_rest_t IS TABLE OF cur_rest_r;
    END TAB_TYPES_PKG;
    - I created pipelined function TEST_FUNC:
    create or replace
    FUNCTION TEST_FUNC
    RETURN TAB_TYPES_PKG.cur_rest_t  PIPELINED IS
    r_cur_rest TAB_TYPES_PKG.cur_rest_r;
    BEGIN
    r_cur_rest.STR_NAME := 'ROW 1';
    r_cur_rest.INFO := '10';
    PIPE ROW (r_cur_rest);
    r_cur_rest.STR_NAME := 'ROW 2';
    r_cur_rest.INFO := '20';
    PIPE ROW (r_cur_rest);
    r_cur_rest.STR_NAME := 'ROW 3';
    r_cur_rest.INFO := '30';
    PIPE ROW (r_cur_rest);
    r_cur_rest.STR_NAME := 'ROW 4';
    r_cur_rest.INFO := '40';
    PIPE ROW (r_cur_rest);
    r_cur_rest.STR_NAME := 'ROW 5';
    r_cur_rest.INFO := '50';
    PIPE ROW (r_cur_rest);
    RETURN;
    END TEST_FUNC;
    - I created List View Report on Page 1:
    Region Source:
    SELECT str_name,
           info
    FROM TABLE (TEST_FUNC)
    We can see error ORA-01007 after refresing (or submiting) Page 1 three times or more.
    How to fix it?

    Hi all
    I'm experiencing the same issue.  Predictably on every third refresh I receive:
    Error
    Error during rendering of region "Results".
    ORA-01007: variable not in select list

    OK
    I am running Application Express 4.2.2.00.11 on GlassFish 4 using Apex Listener 2.0.3.221.10.13.
    Please note: this works perfectly using a classic report in my desktop application; however, no joy on the mobile side with a list view.  I will use a classic report in the interim.
    My region source is as follows:
    SELECT description AS "DESCRIPTION", reference AS "REFERENCE" FROM TABLE(AUTOCOMPLETE_LIST_VIEW_FNC('RESULTS'))
    The procedure:
      FUNCTION AUTOCOMPLETE_LIST_VIEW_FNC(
          p_collection_name IN VARCHAR2)
        RETURN list_row_table_type
      AS
        v_tab list_row_table_type := list_row_table_type();
      BEGIN
        DECLARE
          jsonarray json_list;
          jsonobj json;
          json_clob CLOB;
        BEGIN
          SELECT clob001
          INTO json_clob
          FROM apex_collections
          WHERE collection_name = p_collection_name;
          jsonobj              := json(json_clob);
          jsonarray            := json_ext.get_json_list(jsonobj, 'predictions');
          FOR i IN 1..jsonArray.count
          LOOP
            jsonobj := json(jsonArray.get(i));
            v_tab.extend;
            v_tab(v_tab.LAST) := list_row_type(json_ext.get_string(jsonobj, 'description'), json_ext.get_string(jsonobj, 'reference'));
          END LOOP;
          RETURN(v_tab);
        END;
      END AUTOCOMPLETE_LIST_VIEW_FNC;

    2. If I am not using the Link target, then it's displays complete values of Product Desc (all the 150 .. 200 characters) and no link arrown sign.
    My question is I want to use the link target as well as want to display complete value of product desc.. any idea how can I do that..

    How can we display the list of Report Names in Dashboard Prompt?

    Hi,
    No its not possible to display list of reports in dashboard prompts.
    Can do this using SQl results in prompt(we write query checking out report names manualy),but its not easy thing if you are having many report names to be displayed.
    Assign points and close your threads if answered.

  • How Do I Create a List of Reports?

    Looking to create an exportable list of reports that are housed in my Crystal Reports Server 2008 Enterprise.  Report Name, owner, next run time, last modify time, etc.  The export preferably needs to be in Excel.

    You can use the Query Builder to find this information. The result would be in HTML.
    If you need a specific output type, you can create a script using the SDK which retrieves this information and writes it to an Excel file.

  • Getting list of reports  and related tables used in those reports using sdk

    some columns are changing in the database tables.
    we like to know how many reports are affected by that .
    please can any one help me in getting list of reports and tables associated with them using  bo sdk.
    thanks for your help in advance

    Open the report with RAS. Then with the ReportClientDocument object:
    oReportClientDocument.getDatabaseController().getDatabase().getTables() will trutns Tables collection object that contains the table information for the report. Then use get() to get Itable object.

  • Getting list of reports a user has access to

    Hi,
    I'm new to BO and have been trying to figure out a way to get a list of reports a specific user has access to. In reading the documentation in the SDK it appears the only way to do this is to get a list of all reports, loop through them, getting the ObjectPrincipals, looping through that then checking if the objectPrincipal.Name == user.Title.
                foreach (InfoObject report in infoObjects)
                    SecurityInfo securityInfo = report.SecurityInfo;
                    ObjectPrincipals objectPrincipals = securityInfo.ObjectPrincipals;
                    foreach (ObjectPrincipal objectPrincipal in objectPrincipals)
                        if (objectPrincipal.Name != user.Title) continue;
                        if (!sortedList.Contains(report.ID))
                            sortedList.Add(report.ID, report.Title);
    This works, but takes over 90 seconds to generate the list of reports I want, as it is looping through all reports in the CMS (120). My logic is telling me there must be a better way to do this, I just haven't found the answer. It appears that calling securityInfo.ObjectPrincipals is what is taking the most time.
    Advice, thoughts, suggestions are all appreciated.
    Thanks
    James

    Ok, logging in as a user and getting a list of reports is working well and fast. But how would you recommend getting a list of all users and the reports they are assigned to. Is there a query for that using the relationship functions of Query Builder?
    Thanks
    James

    Hi Veronica,
    AFAIK, there is not such a document. I have asked for it too a couple of times, but nothing. There is an old one (6.2 I think) regarding to an specific document (can´t remember which one). But nothing else.
    If someone knows about it, I´ll be very interested too.

  • List of reports in the reporting repository

    Hello !
    Some time after upgrading to SP15 I have found that there is no more list of reports in the configuration of reporting repository. Is it really so or it is my local problem, connected maybe with errors during installation of SP15 ?

    Hi!
    It's all ok with your reporting repository configuration, this list was removed. Instead you can activate or deactivate single reports directly in the "Reports" area.
    You find it after you turned on advanced mode within the repository manager area under "Related Areas".
    It is better to have only one place where you configure a report. I always forgot to enable a report in the repository manager after I created it.
    bye, Dirk

  • List of reports in BI Publisher

    Hi,
    Could you please let me know how I can get the list of reports in BI Publisher 10g without using any Web Services...
    Something similar to what I do in OBIEE Catalog Manager where I can export the Presentation Catalog to a file...
    Thanks & Regards,
    dmaze

    You need first to get access to BI Publisher Enterprise (this is not the same as BI Publisher template builder). Either install one on your PC, or get access to the company's one. Once you logged in, you will be able to define reports, upload templates, etc. Please refer to the BIP Enterprise documentation for more detailed instruciotns.

  • How to list all reports created in webi - export to excel or print

    Hi,
    If you have auditing enabled in the environment, please login to InfoView and select "Folder --> Auditor --> en --> Document Information Detail' refresh this report it will give you the details you are looking for.
    Then click on export into excel option.

    Hi,
    Has anyone experience of implementing the following SAP notes which appear to give enhanced functionality within commonly used PM/QM reports:-
    2111087 - Display of row count in list edit reports
    2079317 - Preparatory note for display of row count in list edit reports
    2079318 - Display of row count in PM list reports (SAP_APPL)

    2079386 - Display of row count in QM list reports (SAP_APPL)

    The above notes appear to enhance over 90 list edit reports within PM & QM and have been created from an improvement request within the EAM Customer Connect Cycle 3.
    No business functions need to be activated to use this function.

    Hi Gary,
    I have implemented the note 2111087 and its related notes
      2079317
      2079318
      2079384
      2079386
      2079387
    as per the above notes the counter field is appearing in most of the transaction, which are listed in the Note 2079318 given by SAP.
    But still, the counter field does not appear in some of the transactions like IA08,IA09,IH06,IL05,IP15,IP16 and IP17.
    I have checked the dependent notes and searched for correction notes, but couldnt find any.
    Let me know if anyone has faced similar problem.
    Thanks in advance.
