LiveCycle Designer ES 4 trial download problem

Hi,
Im trying to download LiveCycle Designer ES 4 trial here http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=livecycle_designer but nothing happens. When trying downloading with Explorer an error message comes up saying:
We're sorry, we encountered an error processing your request.
Please try your request again. You may wish to try one of the following links:
Is the link broken? If so does there exist a valid link somewhere? Could the problem be somewhere else?

I tried downloading the trial again and now it comes up with an error 413 header too large https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=livecycle_designer#state=%7B%22ac%22% 3A%22Adobe.com_TDRC_LivecycleD…
Is there anyway to actually contact Adobe to fix this?

    Trying to try livecycle designer on a trial basis as advertised under "free trial offer".  After download, file cannot be used without the product key.

  • LiveCycle Designer 8 Saving Dynamic Field Problem

    Just updated to LiveCycle Designer 8 to get around the issue with my users not being able to save the PDF form data. Now my users can save the data using Acrobat Reader 8 but my dynamic fields are not working correctly.
    I have several fields that when you click a certain radio button or check a certain box, a previously invisible text field becomees visible. If one of those boxes is checked and data is entered in the now visible text field, then the users saves the form and reopens it, the data is saved but the field is invisible. Viewing the XML output confirms that the data is still there. When the form is reopened the checkbox that makes the field visible is still checked. But to see that data entered in the text field, you have to uncheck and then recheck the box to get the invisible field to become visible once more. Any idea on how to correct this "feature"?

    Hi Debra,
    To correct this 'feature', go in Form Properties > Defaults tab, set the Preserve Scripting Changes To Form When Saved option to Automatically.
    To correctly using Designer 7.x, youll have to write some script to achieve the same result. Currently, you have a script setting the fields state. All you need is to run the same script when the form is opened. In the example below, a form:ready script will execute the change event script when the form is opened. You can use the docReady event as well.
    For example:
    RadioButtonList: change event
    if (this.rawValue == "1")
    TextField1.presence = "visible";
    else
    TextField1.presence = "invisible";
    RadioButtonList: form:ready event
    this.execEvent("change");

  • PE8 Trial Download Problems

    I downloaded PE8 and PSE trial Downloads on to my desktop computer and found that my hardware was not sufficient to run the software. I then decided to try again with my laptop so I downloaded PSE with no trouble. I should be so lucky with PE8. No, I have tried three times. The first time I later realized that my machine needed some updating so I updated and tried again. The next time a folder was made but after there was  nothing in the folder. Same thing happened the third time around. There were no errors or anything out of the ordinary with the exception that the folder was empty. Any thoughts?

    Some folk have had issues with the downloads, but most of those were either with their browsers, or things like their AV and pop-up blockers. Since you got both to download before, and got PSE to download now, I'd not suspect that you are having issues with either your browser, or with AV/pop-up blocking, but you can check those things out.
    Given the timing, and the fact that the Adobe.com site has been undergoing general maintenance, along with the forum servers, AND PrE 8.0.1 has been released, my guess would be that either the maintenance, or maybe an updated download file, is getting in the way. As far as I know, the patch is only available via AutoUpdater, but I'm sure that Adobe is working on a downloadable patch, and is probably updating the trial of PrE 8 also. I'd give Adobe just a bit of time. Let them get the site back up 100% and then check to see if the trial might have also been updated. Were I Adobe, I would likely have pulled the trial, until it could be patched to 8.0.1. Remember, that is but a guess.

  • Premiere Pro CS6 Trial Download Problem

    Hey I'm trying to download the trial of Premiere Pro CS6 but everytime I try downloading it, it gets to 36% and just stays there. It says "Currently Installing AdobeHelp" but it doesn't move. This also happened when I was trying to download the trial version of In Design CS6 as well. I'm running in Windows 64-bit.

        Follow the steps mentioned below and let us know if this works:
    1. Close all the installation windows and navigate to Computer > Program Files(x86) > Adobe. You will have a folder name "Adobe Help". Please cut this folder and paste it on your Desktop. Do not delete this folder.
    2. Now re-start the installation and check if this works.
    3. If it is success, then move back the "Adobe Help" folder to the same location - Computer > Program Files(x86) > Adobe.

    Hi,
    I'm trying to download the free trial of Acrobat XI Pro, and have downloaded the Adobe Download Assistant, but when I run it, I get the following message:
    Sorry, an error has occured.
    The application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem.  The certificate does not match the installed application certificate, does not support application upgrades, or is invalid.  Please contact the application author.
    I currently have Adobe Reader X installed - do I need to uninstall to get this to work?

    You'll still need to get your downloads sorted out to keep on top of updates.
    This problem comes up at least once every other day - a change of browser always seems to sort it.
    Which browser are you using? IE 9?

  • Sketchbook Trial download problems

    I have downloaded the trial version of the above and got a message that it was installed successfully. Now what? (the funny little icon is in the top right corner of the desk top) I can't seem to find the programme to open it....? I seem to have this problem with any new software programme. I rarely get the software in the menu box with an arrow showing to drag the new programme into the App folder....am I doing something fundamentally wrong? I follow all the instructions when downloading, but the last bit doesn't seem to work...any help/input appreciated.

    i want to download photoshop cs6 extended trial version, but Download Assistant is only showing downloading option for photoshop cs6 standard.

    Installation files of Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CS& Extended are always the same. So just download the Photoshop CS6 through the Download Assistant.
    If you buy Photoshop CS6 it will hide all Extended functions, unless you bought Photoshop CS6 Extended ;-)

    I seem to have downloaded adobe premiere elements 10 but I can't extract it?  I keep getting this "invalid checksum" pop-up.

    If the download is completed in the Adobe Download Assistant you can temporarily turn off the feature to verify the checksum.  The following steps will allow you to temporarily disable this feature:
    Open the Disk Utility located in Applications/Utilities
    Go under the Disk Utility menu and select preferences
    Deselect the option to verify checksums
    Try mounting your DMG file
    I would recommend turning this feature back on though after the installation is complete.  Also if you notice this happening on additional files it can indicate a problem with your Internet connection.

    I am trying to download the trial PS and its not downloading? there is no status bar nor is the programme installed on my computer. it asks me to let it run and i have then clicked on run programme yet after an hour nothing seems to be on my computer. i would like to resize images ready for print and have been told that this is the software to use. Its exasperating! can anone help me?

    You have not told us anything about your system, so nobody can even guess. And there is a million free tools out there for resizing, cropping and doing other manipulations such as IrfanView or XnView.

  • Motion free trial download problem

    i have a mac book pro with 2 gigs or ram, and dual 2.16GHz intel core duo.
    after i installed the trial, it comes up good, i click on start a new project. after this happens i get the pin wheel for a couple seconds and all the windows come up like there suppose to, but close after 1 second of being up.
    why is this? the computer is well fast enough to run it. I was going to buy final cut studio but dont want this to happen after i buy it. could it just be the Demo file that i got from the apple site, and i shouldnt have a problem with the full version?

    I bet that the free trial is not a Universal Binary, so it's not compatible with new Intel Macs. Can't say for sure, because I can't find the file on Apple's website.
    Select the app's icon, and choose "get info" in Finder. If you can read "Application (Power PC)" in the info window, it means this demo is not fully-Intel compatible.

  • Captivate 6 Trial Download Problems with Akamai...

    Problems downloading & installing captivate 6 trail version on MAC version OSX VERSION 6.8.Can you help?

    1. The Akamai Interface package appeared after download.
    2. Followed the Akamai interface install steps until I received message indicating install was complete.

  • Lightroom trial download problem ?

    Any thoughts please ? I tried downloading a trial of Lightroom. After 8 hours it started the download and then an error message saying can't be done and system disconnected, I am now getting emails giving suggestions on how to get the best out of the trial. So the system assumes I have downloaded the trial. So now I have no trial and I assume if I try again it will say sorry, you've already got it. How do I get this resolved ?
