Living in Colombia but would like to make purchases from U.S Itunes store. Can it be done? I´m assuming there´s no way to do it without losing all my current ipad purchases...

Have a Colombian account for itunes but have found that the books available are quite limited. Would much prefer to have access to the U.S store content as I´m a native English speaker. Not really sure if anything can be done but thought I´d ask anyway....

No, you'd need an iTunes US account for that and you can only create one with a valid address and payment method in the us.
