Load content in order

Question

I'm loading several pictures into my movie. How can I set the
order of which one should appear first?
Do I add an listener or how should I do it?

Here's some code that does a sequential loading that I
borrowed from a recent project of mine. It involved a more complex
situation in my case, so it's edited for your sake. I can't
guarantee I caught everything, but hopefully you'll get what's
going on. Each image is fully loaded before the next is called for
loading.
For the preloading presentation side of things, it has a text
message that indicates which image is loading of the total number,
and has a stage-based progress bar mc that it commands. In my case
the images were numerous enough and sized similarly such that I
simply divide the intended width of the progress bar by the total
number of images and add that much width for each image as it is
loaded... You couldn't tell it wasn't moving between loadings in my
case since the images are fairly small byte-wise. The progress bar
has a simple rectangle outline framing it on a layer above that's
as wide as the 100% wide progress bar so that it gives an idea of
how much is left to go.
