Logic for threading mail

I've recently had a problem where unrelated messages have been threaded by Mail, and I'm trying to figure out how I can prevent this. The sender and subject lines differ, i.e., in the same thread I'll have a message from Sender A with Subject XXX, and also from Sender B with Subject YYY. The only guess I have about this is that someone replied to a message I sent them and changed the subject line. Their mail was about something completely different from the original mail, and now both of these "conversations" exist in the same thread, even though there are different senders and subjects.
If this is the explanation, does anyone have a way of breaking these messages after the fact into two different threads?

If the action is taken, then reminder mail would not go after 7 days.
Your are saying the mail will go till 7 days. If he raise the travel expsece on the 2nd day. There after no mail should go to him.
I will tell what i have done. Am not using any user dicision step all the mail going should happen only in background. see there are 2 different workflows one is travel request and other is travel expense. The travel request workflow is raised and goes for all the approval in the last step of the workflow i need to put the dead line as per you have said. But how to check the condition that he has rised the travel expansce. Because travel expansce he ill rise at any time 2nd, or 3rd or 4th day.As soon as he raised the travel expense the remainder mail should stop. How to do this.

Thanks for your reply, it did the trick, in a weird sort of way:
After deleting the mail preference file as you suggested, I could check for new mail messages without Mail.app crashing all over the place.
However all my accounts and the messages in them was gone. Okay, one problem solved and new one created.
Solution: Reinstalling my wifes and my own mail accounts and reimporting all the messages from the backup. Sounds boring right?
So I threw caution to the wind and replaced the new preference file with the old one that I had kept in the (disabled) folder. Thinking that it was an easily reversible step.
And it ruddy worked! Now I can again check for new mail messages and I have the old mail accounts intact. The logic of this however escapes me.
The morale: Its a weird world sometimes;-)

Email is going to the partner Payer but the attachment of the invocie is going as OTF format and not in PDF.

Forgot username and password for e-mail setup

i can't seem to have forgotten the username and password for e-mail set up. after i created the initial setup i never logged into the e-mail setup app. i can receive my e-mails now on my blackberry, but after the first set up i can't seem to access it. the username and password seem to be incorrect. how do i retrieve this info using my e-mail address alone.

iTunes 1.0.2 is +at least+ eight years old.
The current version is 9.2, and it's free.
If that was a typo, and you're using something more current:
In the iTunes preferences, change the import settings to mp3.
Then select the songs you wish to convert.
From the "Advanced" menu, choose "Create mp3 version".
When done, change the import settings back to Apple Lossless.
That's it.
BTW, this is the Logic Pro forum, which has absolutely nothing to do with iTunes.

Do you use some plugins with eclipse IDE, like Tomcat by example or other plugins ... ?
If yes, update mail.jar and activation.jar inside Tomcat or in your lib project Eclipse...

How to write enhancement logic for AR datasource

Hi Ram,
Generally the IDoc user exit is called at the following places:
1) When the control record is read.
2) After each and every segment in the data record
3) At the end of the data segment processing.
The IDoc user exit interface generally imports IDOC_DATA (data record internal table) table. Now the data records in the internal table should appear in the same order as maintained while defining IDoc structure (WE30 transaction). For SAP standard segment SAP code will take care of this. For extended segment you will have to take care of this aspect by appending the Z-segment in the IDOC_DATA table.
You can do this by:
         looping at IDOC_DATA table:
             - Do a case-endcase fo IDOC_DATA-SEGNAM (This stores the segment
               structure as per the hierarchy).
             - Within the case for "Z-segment" you can write the logic for appending
               the Z-segment to IDOC_DATA-SDATA.
Hope this gives some clue.

Triggering multiple mails for external Mail id when PO is created

Hi,
I configured PO workflow and i used a standard program to send the mail to the external Mail id's of the users.
The thing is when a PO is created the user whos has to release the PO is getting a Mail in Business Workplace through work flow and simoultaneously a mail will go to his external mail with a message that So and so PO is created please release it.
As he cant keep on monitor his SAP Business workplace,whenever he get a mail to his external id,he will login to SAP and approves or rejects the PO.
Here the probelm is the external mail is keep on triggering for every 15 min as we scheduled the Job for ever 15 min.
So for the same PO number it is giving multiple mails to the external id until it is released.
It should be like one mail should trigger for one PO number instead of multiple mails for the sam PO number.
I'am unable to find the solution.
Please guide me with a solution.

1> Goto transaction SWO1.
2> Enter Object/Interface Name as BUS2012 and click on Create Subtype.
3> Enter the required values (you can give ZBUS2012 everywhere....only give Application as R). Place cursor on methods and click on create. Enter details and finally give name of your function module (which you would be creating with the logic of sending mails to selected users) in ABAP tab.
4> Place cursor on method name and click on parameters and create the required parameters. These parameters would receive value from task container.
5> Finally goto transaction SWO6 and delegate this BO to parent BO (which is BUS2012). This would enable the methods of child BO to be available to the parent one.
Try the steps and let me know wherever you get stuck.

Where is the discussion for mac mail

They list virtually all other apps, itunes, safari etc. but there is no forum for the mail application. I see people have all kinds of problems with it but those don['t seem to be gathered under any specific heading where you can look for them or where it would be logical to post a question.
I have a macbook air, so that is why I'm here. I could also be in Snow Leopard because I'm running 10.6.8.
I'm running Mail 4.5 (eer I was running)
this is the second time in a few months that mail had trouble shuting down - I chose quit and it ground away for a while but never quit and I had to force quit it and now it can't find its mailboxes and when I launch it it wants to walk me through the setup app. the last time I did this it made all new mailboxes and I never got things right again even when I told it where the old mailboxes were.
How can I just skip the setup nonsense and launch the program and relink it to the mailboxes which are in the library folder for my user identity?

and PS - what is up with this forum. I click on "forgot my apple ID" (which I always have) and it keeps offering as a result to reset my password instead of telling me what my applie ID is. I don't want to reset my password, I know that, I forgot my friggin ID. Then I have to spend untold tries trying to remember what it is.

New Output Type for E-MAIL - What Programs to use

I am Configuring a new Output Type for E-mail Invoices. Based on the Billing Indicator on the Customer Master the New output type for E-mail should be determined and send an e-mail. To test this i have setup a new output type and used the below parameters:
Program : RSNASTSO
Form Routine: SAPOFFICE_AUFRUF
PDF/SmartForm Form: SAPOFFICE_AUFRUF_VX
Form Type: PDF
I have the e-mail address in the general data of both Bill to and Sold TO. The partner Function for this output type is BP.
When i created an Invoice i got the below error, I have highlighted the line with astericks which are showing up as error.

here you will to also pass the logic that the PDF should be sent to a email recipient as per mentione din the bill to party function module
