Login B2B Shop and Replicate Catalog
Hi Forum,
I try to login in the b2b shop, url: http:///b2b/b2b/login.do and i get this message:

Error in user administration, call our hotline +
I use the user with this roles: sap_all and sap_new. Also it is type service. I dont know where is the problem and also i have a doubt: Do i have to reproduce the catalog i have created in transaction WWM1¿? If yes, How i do?
Any suggestion?

The catalog replication tool is used for catalog search enhancement, from R/3 to a TREX server, so the transactions and function modules could be found on R/3 only. Take into account the prerequisites regarding the use of TREX with ISA R/3, given in the following link: http://help.sap.com/SCENARIOS_BUS2005/helpdata/EN/e0/ce976c29ff495398cc15d370101c94/frameset.htm. There you will find the R/3 transactions needed to do it on R/3.

Hi there!
We have a problem with our b2b Shop on ISA 4.0 / Support package 11.
With the SU01 User configured in the xcm, we cannot login: "Error in user administration, call our hotline"
But it seems that the Systems "knows" that the user and the passwort with which we try to login exists and is right because otherwise it says "Name or password is incorrect (Please repeat logon)".
The weird thing is that we have another b2b shop (ISA 4.0, SP 11) running on the same system, which works fine (this shop was provided from another company). We have installed our new shop with the same xcm configurations as the old one.
When we change the configuration in our new shop to SU05_noCustomerLogin it works(!), but we want to logon via SU01. So it's really strange why the old shop works with the SU01 and our new one not.
Does anyone here have an idea what we should change / configure / patch / ....
In the logfile (session trace) we found an entry which could be the key:
Debug bbcom.sapmarkets.isa.use.backend.r3.UserBaseR3
no customer found for user

You didn't give a clue about if it is a R/3 or CRM backend. I am assuming it is ISA CRM 4.0, B2B scenario. I also assuming that you are not testing through Portal. Also, how did you create the user? Did you use user admin application?
Few things you can check in your (customer) application configuration..
1 b2b XCM setting:
Click and set the checkbox "Display Advanced Settings" and see what you have set in the following for YOUR shop and compare it with the shop that works. Note: The advanced section runs more than one page. So you have to click that next page icon

Also check the "Base Configuration" you have used in the custom configuration is what you wanted. (b2bcrmstandard, b2bWithUME etc).

are you referring to the jco component in XCM or the usertype parameter in the application config? The user ID in jco should normally use a service type user.
2. shopadmin XCM setting:

If you are using CRM scenario, check if the logged on user (SU01) user has an associated Business Partner with a Contact Person role and that Contact Person has at least one Sold-To (maintained through BP releationship).
If you are using R/3 scenario, check the reference user setup in the XCM as well as the backend system.

2 netweaver and b2b shops block each other.

We have a CRM4 Environment in our company and want to change from 32-bit Windows 2000 to 64-bit Windows 2003. So we set up a new server and installed netweaver, trex and deployed our b2b shop.
The Windows 2000 Server runs productive. After deploying the b2b shop neither the old not the new b2b shop worked. I just got a white screen in the browser after accepting the ssl connection in both shops.
So i stopped the new J2EE Server (which is Netweaver 640) and the old one ran perfectly.
Both servers are connected to the CRM system.
I checked the default traced from both servers and this is what i got:

So there are many lines that say about cluster problems. This isn´t a cluster and is not configurated as cluster. I don´t even know if this log entrys refer to the current problems we had.
Where could the problem be? We did the same procedure with our Consolidation environment and it was no problem to run two b2b shops simultaneously. The imsdefault connection is set to the productive b2b shop. So i don´t understand why the one b2b shop takes down another b2b shop. They refer to the same IPC server and the same TREX.

Billing Document in B2B Shop.
Hi gurus,
we have the following issue that we try to solve since days without result.
We have a B2B shop connected to CRM 2007. Orders created from the web shop are transferred to ERP where they are delivered and billed. In our Dev and QA system we can see all the delivery and billing documents in the document flow in CRM and we can access/view the billing document in our B2B shop. However in our Production System we only see LIKP documents in the document flow in CRM, but no vbrk documents (invoicing) neither is there a link in the web shop to display the invoice.
The web shop settings are in all 3 systems the same.
Any idea where to look or what can go wrong?

just to let you know the answer. Basically our root cause was that the synchronization of our crm adapter filters with ERP went wrong. Even CRM gave as a feedback everything is fine, the filters were synchronized from CRM Prod to ECC TEST. Therefore in the document flow the billing document was filtered out.
In the ERP table CRMOBJTAB there we missed entries for object SALESDOCUMENT. The same for table CRMOBJECT.

Error When Create Shopping Cart from catalog SRM

Currently, I have problem need your help.
I tried to create an shopping cart from catalog. But I don't know how the G_L_ACCT was lost.
The information about account like this:

Extra Information: Acc_cat = 'A'.Dear Melynessa: normally you should not get this error message when flagging "Order as Direct Material" in SRM 7.0.
Please, check in your backend ECC6 if "Value updating" flag has been selected or not for the material type of your SC material ID under the IMG path "Logistic - General --> Material Master --> Basic Settings --> Materual Types --> Define Attributes of Material Types"
If field "Value updating" for material type is not flagged then, when creating a PReq or PO in SAP ECC6, you will get always an error message asking you for an account assignment.
Due to the circumstance above, in SRM, materials ID belonging to non-valuated material types should not be ordered as direct (flag order as direct is available always when you enter a material ID, even when it is non-valuated). If you flag the field "Order as Direct" for a non-valuated material, standard SRM system doesn't issue any error message. So, maybe, there is BAdi in your SRM system checking the "Value updating" for material type and avoiding "Order as Direct Material" flag being selected when it is a non-valuated material

Delete Vendor and replicate again in SRM
Dear all Experts,
I got a problem that after transfer 1400 vendors into SRM. there are only part of vendor can be replicated successfully. ( around 600 ). however, user check that some of vendor are missing in SRM.
I found the reason that is vendor master in ECC haven't create puschasing view at that time. as result, it created a dummy business number in SRM.
There are some shopping cart already create part of vendors which transfered from ECC6.0.
I feel exhaused that to find which one is successfully transfer into SRM within 1400 vendors master ,
Therefore, I want to delete all/whole vendor master and replicate again. But Just thinking any side effect to existing shopping cart.
or is there any table I can directly check which vendor is assigned correctly and work properly in SRM?
is there any suggestion, please kindly let me know.

- VENMAP (mapping between partner GUID > R/3 vendors)
- BUT000 (Business Partner)
- BUT100 (Business Partner roles).
You can create a query to do your checks.

I have iPhone 4 with updated latest iOS And i am using FIND IPHONE application. But everytime when ever i login in it and serch for the device its shows the device but never give me the location"NO LOCATION AVAILABLE".It is already connected with WIFI and i tried all the stuffs that has been written in the manual. If your router is not identified in a national database (don't recall who maintains it or where it is) then there is no location associated with it. Hence your device cannot be located. I suggest you try your test at some public wifi spot, like a bookstore or coffee shop. These places usually have a location associated with their wifi router.

In simple words, catalog refers to list of items available for purchase, with the description and price of each item. Usually, a bind-in order form is included with the catalog. Catalog is basically maintained by a company for classified items and it helps its user to shop items based on the catalog. e.g. say in a Color Industry you can classify different shades of colors in a catalog. Another example is Menu card of a restaurant/hotel.
Non-catalog item is basically refers to items which are not defined under any catalog .e.g. say you are buying an air ticket or car rentals for official use...

In the US, Adobe single-app pricing is $20/month and full-suite pricing is $50/month so if you are eventually going to use more than just two apps, it’s more cost effective to buy the entire suite subscription. Do you not also need Premier Pro? Also if you need Photoshop, as you say, there is a PS+Lightroom plan for only $10/month.
So PS+LR for $10/month + AE for $20/month is $30/month unless you need another app, eventually, then you still might as well go with the entire suite.
