Looking for a JAR file...

I am looking for the jar file that has the following in it:
com.sapportals.portal.htmlb.page.JSPDynPage;
com.sapportals.portal.htmlb.page.PageProcessorComponent;
Can someone PLEASE PLEASE email it to me?
My email address is [email protected] .
Thank You?

I do not have NWDS installed (that is a whole other issue).
But someone did send me the file.
Plus, I already had it but just did not know where to look. Now I know where to look.
Thank you

  • Why tomcat is still looking for old jar files?

Please help me it is a very serious problem.
I updated one of the jar files used by the project. I am using a new method that is available only in the new library. I removed the old jar files in my local system, and everything worked fine. Then I commit those files to the subversion, which is in the testing server, and then I created the war file. The war is successfully created, then I deployed to the tomcat. But, now there is an error in the portion I am using the method that is only available in the new jar files.
One of the error when I go to that portion is:
    1. No Such Method Exists
The other errors on log files are:
    1.
    WARNING: Failed to open JAR
java.util.zip.ZipException: No such file or directory
    2.
validateJarFile(tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib/j2ee.jar) - jar not loaded. See Servlet Spe
    c 2.3, section 9.7.2. Offending class: javax/servlet/Servlet.class
Please help me, I have tried every other way to solve this. I have tried removing all the old jar files there were, and replacing with the new one. I have tried creating a war file and ftping to the testing server.
I problem is still there and it is because the testing server's tomcat is still looking for old jar files. I used Netbeans and add jar files as usual method.

Check the contents of your WAR file that you are deploying on the testing server to see if it contains the JAR that you can't find.
More than likely you are building your WAR file and your new JAR file is not being included in the build.

  • Problem with my program looking for the settings file in the wrong folder

I have been writing a simple FTP file uploader, what I want to do is be able to select the files I want to upload in windows explorer and then right click and click the menu item and it launches the program and passes the files paths that I have selected to it.
So I use this in the windows registry "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_03\bin\java.exe -jar D:\BenFTP\BenFTP.jar %1"
It launches fine and has no problem finding the files I want to upload. The problem is that it tries to look for the settings file in the same folder that the file I am try to upload is in. Which it's not suppose to do since the settings file is in the same folder that the .jar is in.
Edited by: ColNewman on Feb 5, 2008 6:55 PM

So, you're looking for your settings file in your current working directory. There's no way to set the CWD in your registry entry (is there?) so that isn't a practical thing to do. Presumably you're using a File object or a FileReader or something? Can't do that.
One alternative is to look for the settings file in the classpath. You can get a URL to a file in the classpath like this:URL settings = this.getClass().getResource("/settings.xml");Or you can get an InputStream to read the file by using the getResourceAsStream method. You would have to make sure that your executable jar file contained a Class-Path entry that specified the right directory, because the directory the jar is contained in isn't automatically in an executable jar's classpath.
Another alternative is to ask the user where the settings file is supposed to be, and put an entry in the Preferences (java.util.prefs) to remember that location.

If streaming music when connected to your carrier's cellular network, it uses cellular data.
Only the music you purchased from the iTunes Store can be streamed unless you have purchased iTunes Match.
If there is a slow down at the server where the music is stored or high traffic, steaming can be paused. You can also download a song from the iTunes Store cloud to your iPhone so it doesn't need to be steamed.

i have the new version of iMovie, and when i try to start the program, i can't because it says that it is looking for some movie files from the Iphoto, so all the program is locked up... how can i do to restart the program??

    Hi
Did You ever use - iPhoto ?
Did You may be direct iPhoto to a different Photo Library
As iMovie tries to find the appropriate photo library - it can get lost if iPhoto direct it into a Library on a not connected external hard disk or to a strange location - And iMovie HANGS.
Do - When no other program is running that might interfere
    • Start iPhoto - BUT NOW KEEP alt-key (option key) DOWN during the full Start-Up process
    • Now iPhoto let's You select Photo Library
    • Select the one in Your Account / Home folder / Pictures ! !
    • Then iPhoto should start up OK
    • Now Quit iPhoto
    • START iMovie
Does it still hangs - then I would suspect - iMovie Pref. file
If it Run's OK - Then HURRAY !

  • Best practices for managing jar files

just wondering what anyone's thoughts are on managing jar files. I have read that instead of adding the jar files to your CLASSPATH environment variable, you can just extend the jdk. This is accomplished by inserting the jar files into the C:\jdk1.3.1_01\jre\lib\ext directory. I suspect that if the latter option is truly feasible, it would be preferred to adding entries to the CLASSPATH variable for every jar file you want to use. You could end up with hundreds of entries into the CLASSPATH variable if you have that many jar files in use.
Any thoughts, comments, or links to where I can find any info on this?...
    thanks for any information.....

In my company, we use scripts (in UNIX system) to handle this problem. The following scripts can iterate jar files in a given directory:
    for i in ${YOUR_LIB_DIR}/*.jar
    do
    YOUR_CLASSPATH=${YOUR_CLASSPATH}:$i
    done
With this simple script, you can use any directory in the same way as the ext\ direcotry (just copy the jar file in it), and you still have the flexibility of maintaining jar files in different directories, say a number of projects.
but i don't know whether .bat/.cmd scripts for windows have the same function.

  • Looking for RDF schema files

Does anyone know where I can find the RDF schemas (in RDF/XML format) for the XMP standard schemas?
    In particular, the following:
    XMP Basic Schema
    http://ns.adobe.com/xap/1.0/
    XMP Rights Management Schema
    http://ns.adobe.com/xap/1.0/rights/
    XMP Media Management Schema
    http://ns.adobe.com/xap/1.0/mm/
The namespaces currently resolve Adobe XMP homepage. I'm looking for an RDFS file.

    Hi,
we don't offer mashine readable XMP schema files.
You can find the standard XMP schema information in the XMP specification part 2:

  • Looking for the *.ppd file for an HP P1102w printer (to install in eCS system (= OS/2)

Looking for the *.ppd file for an HP P1102w printer (to install in an eCS system (=> OS/2)).  (.ppd means
PostScript printer description, applies even if the printer is _not_ postscript.; available for most printers
but isn't on the CD!)  Can anyone point me to the file ?
    John H. Lindsay

The LaserJet P1102 models are 'host-based', which means that they do not understand any of the 'traditional' Page Description Languages (PCL5, PCL6 (a.k.a. PCL XL), PostScript).
So unless your eCS system (whatever that is) has knowledge of the (various) proprietary and model-specific host-based languages, I don't think that a printer description file would help at all.

  • A question for my jar file

When using the jar command, do I have to specify any imported classes that I have downloaded from the net to use in my main class?

Here's an example that works for me. I made a temporary directory c:\tempjava inside of which is the RabbitHole class that you posted. There is also c:\tempjava\TerminalIO directory that contains the KeyboardReader and ScreenWriter classes.
To create an executable jar that includes the TerminalIO classes:
    1. I created a manifest file, c:\tempjava\Manifest.txt that looks like this.Manifest-Version: 1.0
Main-Class: RabbitHole2. I created a jar by using the commandjar -cvfm rh.jar Manifest.txt *.class TerminalIO\*.class3. I executed the jar usingjava -jar rh.jarTo create an executable jar that relies on the TerminalIO classes being in the c:\tempjava directory:
    1. I created a manifest file, c:\tempjava\Manifest.txt that looks like this Manifest-Version: 1.0
    Main-Class: RabbitHole
Class-Path: rh.jar  /c:/tempjava/2. I created a jar by using the commandjar -cvfm rh.jar Manifest.txt *.class3. I executed the jar usingjava -jar rh.jarIf you want to make the TerminaIO package relative to the jar file - that is, the jar expects the TerminalIO package exists in the same directory as the jar file - then modify the manifest by replacing /c:/tempjava/ with . (the current directory).

  • Looking for servlet.jar

I've loaded a project into Eclipse that requires servlet.jar. This apparently doesn't come with the current version of Tomcat or Sun Application Server. How can I get the file and if I get an older version, is it going to work with Tomcat 5.5?

  • Looking for sample ANT files for building workshop webservice app outside the IDE

    Hi,
I am currently planning to use Workshop for implementing a webservice application.
I am looking for any sample ANT files that would enable me to build and deploy
both the webservice EAR and the client JAR outside the IDE.
    Thanks,
    Bao Nguyen

    Hi Raj,
Yup, I did see that sample file. However, it only demontrate how to build an
EAR file. I am also looking for samples of how to generate the client JAR (using
proxy to gain access to the webservice) and also how to deploy the web service
    EAR file to the server.
I tried to use the ANT tag "clientgen" referencing the generated EAR file. It
complainted of the missing WAR file. I checked the content of the EAR file and
    found no WAR file generated.
I am also looking for a better way of accessing the webservice more generically
instead of going through the proxy which is quite coupled to a specific app server.
    Please provide examples.
    Regards,
    Bao Nguyen

  • I want to start a new movie but iMovie is hung looking for an old file and says:"Without this file, the movie cannot play properly."

    Hello!
I recently upgraded to Lion. Every time I start up iMovie, it asks if I want to go ahead and generate thumbnails. I say OK, then it alerts me that it cannot file the file IMG_0073.MOV. Then it says "Without this file, the movie cannot play properly." It gives me the option to either cancel or search for the movie.
I don't have the old file it's looking for. I simply want to start a fresh movie with new material but cannot get past this hump. Based on the little research I have done, some people experienced this problem because the files were in aperture at some point, which was the case for me before when I used iMovie. I have since moved forward only with iPhoto but perhaps it's hung on an old file format?
I tried taking another old movie and renamed it IMG_0073.mov to see if I could simply select it, give it what it wants and move on but it won't let me select the file for some reason. I also tried removing iMovie and downloading a fresh version but that didn't work either. My BF tried removing pfiles (I think that's what it's called? but again no luck)
Please help! I must get this assignment done for a class!
