Looking for sample ANT files for building workshop webservice app outside the IDE

Hi,
I am currently planning to use Workshop for implementing a webservice application.
I am looking for any sample ANT files that would enable me to build and deploy
both the webservice EAR and the client JAR outside the IDE.
Thanks,
Bao Nguyen

Hi Raj,
Yup, I did see that sample file. However, it only demontrate how to build an
EAR file. I am also looking for samples of how to generate the client JAR (using
proxy to gain access to the webservice) and also how to deploy the web service
EAR file to the server.
I tried to use the ANT tag "clientgen" referencing the generated EAR file. It
complainted of the missing WAR file. I checked the content of the EAR file and
found no WAR file generated.
I am also looking for a better way of accessing the webservice more generically
instead of going through the proxy which is quite coupled to a specific app server.
Please provide examples.

Bao Nguyen

  • How can i get sample CSV files for Demo BI Content

Hello Experts. Documentation say that there is sample CSV files for modules that come with delivered BI content. I am planning to work with the demo content which i have already installed. I then need to populate the objects with the relevant demo data that is said to be in the CSV files that come with the demo content. Please let me know from where i can get these CSV files. Good day.

    Hi Huggins,
There are sample csv data in AL11 in the work directory.  You may want to look through here to see if the csv files you require are there.
    Thanks,

  • Sample Data Files for P Card Testing

Is there a utility available that can be used to easily create sample data files for use when testing P Card functionality? We will be using the USBank/Visa file format. Generating enough sample data is time consuming especially in the volumes we need.

what can i do for change CMYK file for RGB file, in Photoshop?
I have to upload BEHANCE.. so please teach me, hurry.

In Photoshop, you just change the image mode in the Image > Mode menu. Pretty basic stuff. You might want to spend some time reading some manuals to get the most of all the money you're paying.

I've got a sample jni program for OS-X, but it comes with a pbproj file that doesn't work on xcode and would like to convert it to a makefile. However, ptomake doesn't convert this file. I would rather work with make files as I can extend them to what I want the build process to do, but need a basic jni makefile template to work from.

  • Options for converting '.vob' files for editing in PP Pro CS3...

    Hi,
I'm using PP Pro CS3 (Windows) and I have a few projects here where the source material are '.vob' files only.
Now because PP Pro doesn't support that file format, I'm looking for options to convert this footage to a format - suitable for editing in PP Pro CS3 - that does NOT explode in file size.
Converting to uncompressed .avi is up 20 times the file size, DV .avi is about 5-10 times the file size.
Here are the options I've tried so far:
    1. importing '.vob' files straight into PP via the Avisynth method
--> works, but PP crashes randomly and it always crashes when rendering more than 2-3 min
--> all my system drivers are up to date
    2. renaming to .mpg or .avi
--> works for some files (only) but you get random red frames in your footage
    3. converting to mpeg-2 via...
    a. Carbon Coder - best quality so far - looks like original
    b. Premiere Elements 4 - no de-interlacing option, takes way too long, quality worse than original
    c. MPEGStreamclip - no options selectable, quality is worse than original
    4. converting to 'DV avi' via...
    Carbon Coder - PE 4 - MPEGStreamclip - VirtualDubMod
--> file size explodes (5-10 times of the original .vob file), quality looks on all kinda the same and NOT better than the mpeg-2 output from Carbon Coder - that's why I don't wanna take the storage hit...
Are there any other methods or ways to convert '.vob' files to a suitable editing format (with a reasonable file size) ?
    Thanx for your help !
    Mike

Take the storage hit and be done with it. Hard drives are cheap these days. Editing takes lots of space. Might as well get used to it.

in case you mean portlets then it is:

in case you mean providers, e.g. smpleMailservice:

  • How do I design a Process for resizing multiple files for Premiere Elements

    Hi
I am trying to understand how best to resize my slide shows of still photos to export to Premiere Elements, to reduce errors in rendering, as advised on a separate discussion.
I understand  I should reduce the resolution to something like the PE Frame Size, 720 by 576 for UK PAL.
I cannot do this on Files with pan and zoom
So I think this is what I do
Export a Collection  to a file.
Resize all files in the folder to a new folder using the Process Multiple files command
On trying that I have the following questions
If I do it this way, the files in portrait orientation don't correctly resize to the size I want, so what do I do with a folder of mixed orientations? Do I do two passes, or rotate the Photos, or something else?
Now do I now have to reimport all these photos (the resized collection) into the Catalogue, create a new Collection, and then apply zooms in my Slide Show creation of this Collection. I really want to retain the original photos for printing quality so don't really want to take the originals out of the Catalogue. I will end up doubling the size of my catalogue?
Will the pan/zoom ones cause a problem to render in PE?
    Thanks
    Chris

I have PEv.8 on my machine now, but it is probably the same in v.5
In Editor, go to File>Process multiple files. In the dialog, on the right under "Labels" you should find "Watermark".
An alternative is to make a brush containing the information which you wish to impart. With a brush you can place it precisely in a locus that you desire, but this would be labor intensive for 400 photos.  The brush would be retained among the other brushes, and it could be used at any time.

  • My iTunes says I owe $5.25 for songs that I have already paid for and am not going to pay for again but I want to get some apps from the store and now there's a hold on my account. Who do I talk to get the hold taken off

I explained it most in my question but I am getting charged double for songs that I have already paid for and am not going to pay for twice because that is messed up. But I want to get some apps from the store and it wont let me because of $5.25. Who can I talk to about resolving this issue?

You're right, it would have been covered under warranty. But because of the user damage, chances are there's a 200-something dollar fee . If you explain to them that it had a defect previously, they might replace it for you at no charge. **MIGHT**. But they would have to believe that it had a defect previously.

  • Close captioning Captivate 8 for audio attached to image. This audio is outside the main timeline audio

I have a slide with some introductory audio that prompts users to explore the images on the screen. Each image is a button that plays an audio clip when pressed. The audio clips that play when clicked are narratives. These need to be closed captioned, but are outside the "timeline" therefore they don't show in the "edit" window of the audio to be captioned from slide notes.
How do I close caption both the slide audio and the clips that are attached to the button?  I am required to make this training accessible by including closed captioning  (not just rollover text) of ALL audio on a slide. This is for full compliance for hearing impaired learners.
    Thanks!

It's not possible. Really the only thing you can do is to jump around the timeline depending on what the user clicks on.
You have to figure out which frames to jump to and use advanced actions.
You could also jump to separate slides, but that may interfere with navigation if you are using the playbar.

The files in my Adobe reader app are saved automatically with random file names and I cannot change the file name. There is no option of rename. I have iPad2 and iOS 4.

Update iOS and install the new version of Adobe Reader.
