Looking for a Resizable Window with No Titlebar

Question

I have a requirement for a Window with no title bar - but it needs to be resizeable and draggable.
Anyone know where I can find an example of such a window class?

here's an undecorated/resizable frame (alt-F4 to close)
draggable is not that hard, but if you don't localize it to the top, users will be confused.
