Lookup code not appearing

Hi
I have an issue with Lookup values of leave reason in terminate employment form.
It is displaying only 3 leave reasons(Deceased, Gross Misconduct, Retirement). I have switched to Application developer and checked for the "LEAV_REAS" lookup values. there are 48 lookup codes and meanings and all are active.
Why these are not being displayed in the terminate employment form?
And I've added a new lookup code for the existing code. This is appearing in the terminate employment form.
My doubt is why the seeded codes are not being displayed and why the custom added is appearing.

How can I change the legislation you were talking about? You cannot change the legislation for existing seeded values. If you need to use some reasons that are defined for other legislations, i suggest creating them and using the same.

However, they will be available in all business groups within your installation.
To check the legislation code for business groups, use the following query.

    Check in table "T169P" & "T169V", whether your Co. code exists or not? If not then maintain following config settings.
    SPRO > Materials Management > Logistics Invoice Verification > Incoming Invoice
    > Maintain Default Values for Tax Codes (After maintaining this entry by "New Entries", it will start appearing for following options)
    > Configure How Exchange Rate Differences Are Treated
    > Configure How Unplanned Delivery Costs Are Posted
    > Edit PO Supplement Text in Invoice Verification
    > Set Check for Duplicate Invoices

  • Tax code not appearing in Header data of MIRO

    Dear All,
    I have one query and it is as follows.
    I created one Input tax code A3 in transaction FTXP.
    When I went to transaction MIRO this tax code A3 is not appearing in header data of MIRO.
    Can you pls tell is there any other settings to be done to fullfill the above requirment.

  • Surcharge tax code not appear in Remittance Challan(J1INCHLN)

    Hi,
    Surcharge W/tax code is not being displayed in Remittance Challan(J1INCHLN). While we go to J1INCHLN for Creation of Remittance Challan - Post Outgoing Payment :Header Data(F-07) adjusting with 1 based on Document Number it shows all four values of Base, Surcharge, Education Cess and Higher Edu Cess. After adjusting Total TDS value value and SAVE the document, screen appears Create Remittance Challans. Here it shows Bsse, Education Cess and Higher Edu Cess values with corresponding tax codes except surcharge tax codes and values. As a result Total TDS value which was deducted in J1INCHLN (F-07) screen is not being matched with TDS amount which shows in the screen after saving the record. Why this Surcharge tax code and corresponding value is not being appeard after configuration in J1INSUR ?

    Hi,
    1.If you have separate tax codes for Surcharges, J_1IEWT_SURC table
    should be maintained, by setting the check box checked, for the company
    code. Those tax codes should be available in the J_1IEWTSURC table (use
    SM30 to maintain these values)
    2.  If you are using separate tax codes for Education cess, those tax
    codes should be maintained in the J_1IEWTECESS table and 'X' should be
    maintained for the company code in J_1IEWT_ECFLAG table.
    3. Make sure that in the table for surcharge you have only the tax types
    relevant for surcharge AND DOES NOT CONTAIN TAX TYPES RELEVANT TO
    BASIC TAX AND CESS AND
    Make sure that in the table for ECESS you have only the tax types
    relevant for ECESS AND DOES NOT CONTAIN TAX TYPES RELEVANT TO
    BASIC TAX AND SURCHARGE

  • Postal Code not appearing correctly thru ADDRESS statement

    Hi,
    I am using ADDRESS - ENDADDRESS to write company code address.
    Now, Postal Code of one of the co code is maintained as
    5605 LS. However, in the form it is appearing without space i.e
    5605LS.
    I just noticed that in function module ADDRESS_INTO_PRINTFORM, once postal code is entered into the string , there is a CONDENSE statement with NO-GAPS that suppresses the spaces.
    Kindly advise how i can print postal code with space correctly in form using ADDRESS - ENDADDRESS .

    Hi Sohit,
    We all know that the address will be generated from the FM 'ADDRESS_INTO_PRINTFORM' into a work area. That work area will be of type adrs_print. So that work area contains 10 lines of the address.
    Now just observe the line into which the Postal code is populating. Then take that line value i.e for example l_wa_address-line4 into a variable and separate the number(5605) and string (LS).
    concatenate v_postalcode0(4) '   '  v_postalcode4(2) INTO v_string.
    Then write the below code:
    READ TABLE out_tab ASSIGNING <fs_outtab> INDEX l_c_5.
          IF sy-subrc = 0.
            <fs_outtab>-value = v_string.
          ENDIF.
    I hope this trick works. Try it out & let me know in case of any issues.

    While doing invoice verification for PO which is having fright conditon, system is not displaying tax code in invoice.
    Every time user has to select manually in the invoive verification.
    Is there is any config missing for that fright condition?

    If you wish to default the tax code for the planned delivery costs this                                         
    must be obtained from an independent source which is OMR2.                                                      
    With OMR2 it is possible to default the tax in the delivery cost                                                
    line + header tax. It is not possible to default only in the delivery                                           
    cost line. The header tax needs to be changed manually to support the                                           
    different tax codes in the item lines.

    I recently purchased an MSI GTX 980 Gaming 4G card from an online retailer called CPL (Australian based retailer in Melbourne). I was told by their staff via email that I would be able to receive the codes once I registered my product with MSI. After completing the registration process, I found no codes for either game under the 'Promotions' tab on my MSI member profile, or in the links provided in said tab. I noticed a couple of others have had this issue https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=255551.0 but this post did not contain a solution for me.
    Please help, as the I would like to give these games to my girlfriend for her birthday tomorrow.

  • Expense Report Template -Accounts code not appearing when imported to AP

    Hi Gurus,
    I defined Expense Report Template for OU1, and for the courier expense i defined account code as 01-110-7410-00 ( Co-Dept-Courier Expns-IC)etc. with expense type as courier.
    But when i submitted Expense Report using the same template and when imported to AP,accounts codes are 01-101-7610-00(Co-Dept-Salary-IC). Its totally wrong iaccounting treatment. This wrong acount codes came from HR whch assigned in Asssignment for Purchase Order Information.
    Please provide your suggestions.

    Hi,
    Check the cleared items in table BSIS, if the items are clearing then those items should appear in this table. Otherwise i doubt your program is not working?
    Debug the program and check from which tables its selecting the data  ie it should select the GL open items from table BSIS.

    Dear all,
    During creating billing document, the system cannot post account document and display the follow error message:
    FF753 Tax code does not appear in any G/L account item.
    I tried to trace the program and found internal table t_bseg containing 3 entries:
    1: Customer a/c: without tax code
    2: GR clearing a/c: without tax code
    3: Output tax a/c: contain tax code
    Customer a/c and GR clearing a/c without tax code causes this error.
    Anyone know how to solve it?

    In FS00 for GR/IR A/c in Control data, in Tax Category choose all tax types allowed (*) and also tick posting without tax allowed and try again.

  • E-Rec Reference Code in the Publication tab should not appear after enddate

    There is a requirement from the client after the end date of the publication ,the reference code should not be displayed to the candidate in the Candidate page ,presently the same is manually done in the system by changing the status to withdrawn.
    Is there any way by which we can automate the process by change in customising by which the reference code does not appear after the end date
    Please provide a solution if something can be done in the standard setting or do we require any Zworkflow to be developed for the same.

    Hi RK,
    this is nothing the standard supports.
    But I would not use a workflow here. As this is a mass handling workflow is no good idea. This is a task for a customer periodical service. Just build a class implementing the periodical service interface which gets all released publications which have a publication end in the past and status released and change their status using the cl_hrrcf_posting_inst_bl. This should be done in a couple of hours. Add the customizing and the issue is solved.
    A requirement in this context where a customer workflow is quite handy in my opinion is a customer workflow which closes all postings and withdraws released publications when you close the requisition. This reduces the steps a recruiter has to do and ensures that no candidate applies although you are already done with the requisition.

  • Error message "Tax code V1 does not appear in any G/L account item"

    Hi,
    I am getting the error message FF753- Tax code V1 does not appear in any G/L account item when I post a subsequent credit via miro.
    It does not give the error with invoice or credit memo for the sames GL accounts.
    History:
    PO created
    Goods receipt
    Invoice posted and blocked as value greater than PO
    Subsequent credit put on to correct the values in price query - error appears
    I know if I go to FS02 and make the GL code * tax relevant it will remove the error but we dont want tax to go to this account as its a main inventory GL code. 
    Can anyone advise why it would appear on the subsequent credit but not on invoices or credits.
    Also is there something I can set up to remove this issue apart from making the GL code tax relevant - it must not need it if the other postings work ok.

    Doesnt matter that it works for credits and invoices with blank tax you still need to put * in GL code for subsequent credit etc postings

    We have fund management configured for one of the company code, while creating billing document through VF01/VF02 we are  getting the Error FF753 Tax code 01 not appear in any G/L account item.
    This error however does not appear when posting directly from FI with the same tax code.
    I have tried to change the message control in which case i am getting a dump pointing to PSM-FM.
    Please advise.

    "Symptom
    If a billing document is transferred to accounting the system displays error messages. Transferring tax codes from tax conditions into the pricing conditions and discounts does not function as expected.
    Other terms
    FF805, FF747, FF753, MWSKZ, MWSK1, tax code
    Reason and Prerequisites
    The tax condition in the SD pricing procedure contains incorrect reference steps, there are several tax conditions in the pricing procedure of which the tax codes overwrite each other or a program error exists.
    Solution
    In the accounting document for a billing document, the different G/L account line items are provided with a tax code. The tax code of the G/L accounts is transferred from the tax condition(s) of the billing document. How are the tax codes of the tax conditions transferred into the other conditions of a billing document ?
    Basically:
    The conditions of a billing document are read from top to bottom. As soon as an active tax (inactive = ' ') is read, the system transfers the tax code of this tax into the non-tax conditions as follows:
        1. The reference steps (From-step, To-step) are read (the reference steps are defined in the pricing procedure).
        2. The tax code is transferred into all conditions, for which
        the step number of the condition lies in the pricing procedure between "From-step" and "To-step",
        the condition is not inactive (exactly: the inactive flag is not equal to A (Condition exclusion), M (Inactive due to manual entry), or X (Incorrect)),
        the condition is not statistical (if it is no invoice list condition),
        the condition is no tax condition.
    After the transfer of the tax code the system searches for the next active tax. If further taxes are found, their tax code is again transferred according to the above procedure. If the reference steps of different taxes overlap, tax codes that have already been transferred are overwritten. To all non-tax conditions which in the pricing procedure stand after the last tax condition the tax code of the last active tax condition is transferred if they are not statistical.
    Special features:
        1. If the "From-step" of a tax condition refers to a subtotal of the pricing procedure, the tax code of the tax is not only transferred into the conditions with step number between From-step and To-step but into all non-tax conditions for which
        the step number of the condition in the pricing procedure is lower than the "To-step" of the tax condition.
        the condition is not statistical (if it is no invoice list condition).
        the condition is not a tax condition.
        2. If the "To-step" of the tax condition is smaller than the "From-step", then the system sets "To-step = From-step".
    Notes:
        1. As of Release 4.0 the tax code is no longer transferred in pricing but only when the billing document is released to accounting.
        2. If you use several taxes and tax codes and Customizing is incorrect for the release of billing documents to accounting, among others the system may display error message FF747.
        3. If there are several taxes in the pricing procedure refer to Notes 72173 and 82091 for Releases 3.0D - 3.1G. For Release 3.1H, only note 82091 is relevant.
        4. For conditions which are transferred into accounting (thus not statistical, not inactive conditions) and do not contain a tax code, the system searches for a default tax code which in Accounting Customizing can be set depending on the company code (tax code for non-taxable transactions). This applies to releases up to and including Release 4.5B. For Release 4.6, refer to Note 385127."

    Iam facing a proble while releasing the billing document to accounting. Following error is coming up
    'Tax code ZT does not appear in any G/L account item'.
    FTXP setting for the tax code appears find as it is tagged to the correct GL account, but somehow the posting is not happeing.
    Can you please help me out with this as Iam stuck and the testing has stopped.

    please check the note 400766:
    a) Consistency checks                                                 
    In FI, the system checks whether there is a revenue line for each  tax line. In the reverse case, for each revenue line containing a certain tax indicator there must be a tax line with this indicator.                           
    If the first requirement is not met, the system issues error FF753. In many cases, you can solve the problem with Note 112609 
    by adjusting the level number in the pricing procedure in such a way that the system copies the tax indicators correctly into the 
    revenue lines.                                                   
    If the two tax conditions refer to one revenue condition, the requirement cannot be met if the taxes have different tax indicators. In this case, you must use the tax trigger condition in accordance with note 26646.

    while creating po for excise material and I clicked on  tax code tab in item level in invoice then tax code is not in list but it maintain in ftxp and all conditions with gross price becomes greyout so that i can not enter gross price.
    I check with j1id, it maintain correctly.taxcode also assign to country level.
    Can anybody give me the solution,
    1)why tax code is not appearing in tax tab in PO.and
    2)why gross price condition is in display mode.

    If You have done all the Settings Properly then it will Show in Tax codes List. Please go to Tax code Field and Press F4 and in Next Window Click on display all Values icon and try

    Go to Gross Price Condition type in M/06 and Check Whether the Manual entries is Set to D Cannot Process Manually.
    also Check whether Function Authorization is Assigned to User so that Prices Cannot be Manually Entered.
