Losing a field when attached to email!

If I open my report [HorseInfoOwner] in preview all fields show correctly , but when it is SendObject I am not showing one fileld qHorseNameSourceAddModifyAll.HorseNamed . The query"[qHorseNameSourceAddModifyAll] is showing the horses
names correctly. Also tbName [qHorseNameSourceAddModifyAll.HorseNamed ] is showing correctly in the Body of the email

I am really unclear about an attempt to send out an Access report in acFormatTXT
Not sure that is a viable concept but must admit to be being not real certain on this specific approach.
I would recommend that if one is sending text format (is that what it is? ...) then skip the report object entirely and work purely with a query.
For the report object I find in the real world that one must export it to PDF format in order to retain the report object layout.

Is there a way to make Adobe X use a person's default mail client instead of only Outlook? Our organization uses primarily Thunderbird. When viewing a PDF and choosing File > Attach to Email (or clicking the envelope toolbar button), Abobe X attempts to use Outlook, which is either not available on our clients' PCs, or not configured for email at all.

This possible has to do with a wrong MAPS setting in your OS.
You have to configure which app uses the mailTo protocol per default.

Random contacts show up under the To field when composing new email?

Acrobat 7.0 - internal error when attaching to email

I have Acrobat 7.0 on a Windows Server 2003 machine with Outlook 2003 and everytime I click the attach to email button I get an "An Internal Error has Occured". I want to be able to email the pdf directly from Adobe rather than save the file and attach it to an email.

The MAPI trail was the right one. Sever 2003 doesn't recommend the use of Outlook on Server 2003. There are some work arounds but they are too sophisticated for me. Thanks for your response.

When I send an email and CC myself on the email and then view the email in my inbox, it does not show me who I had in the ''To'' field.2

The icon in the upper right of the screen (assuming you are using the Mail app) that looks like a square with a pen is the new message button. Tap that to create a new mail message.

Photos are distorted when attached to emails

Sometimes, not always, when I attach photos (from my iPhoto library) to an email (dot mac account) I'm sending, the photos appear distorted. Pixelated.
When I use the photo browser to include the photos, or when I create my email from iPhoto (by sharing), the problem doesn't occur..... but then the recipients can only see them as embedded photos which does not work for their purpose. But when I include them as attachments so that the recipients can select and save them, I get the distortion problem. I have no idea how to fix it. Any suggestions? Thanks....

Thanks, but... when I select the photos in iPhoto, when I 'start' the email in iPhoto, the pics look perfect (but are embedded in the email rather than being attached).
If I include them as attachments to an email that I've already started, that's when I get the distortion. I did try making them plain text, but it doesn't seem to make any difference....
And it just seems to be on some photos, not every time, which is the strange thing..

Splitting the "To" field when crawling an email and then using the "To" field as a refiner with single email addresses

I am using SP2013 SP1 with the September 2014 CU.
When I crawl an email I use the "To" field subsequently as a refiner.
Unfortunately, if the email has many email addresses in the "To" field, they all appear in the refiner which is not much help if you only want to refine by a single email address.
IS there a way of splitting the list of email addresses in the "To" field into separate email addresses so that the field can be used as a refiner, with each refiner entry having a single email address ?
I have seen articles for SP2010 FAST search, but not for SP2013 Search or do I need to get involved in Content Enrichment / Content Extraction for there appears to be little documentation available on these.
I would have thought this would have been a fairly popular feature.

According to your description, my understanding is that the "to"search refiner has many email address when searching the "To" managed property in SharePoint 2013. but you only want to refine by a single email address.
Whether you create custom "To" managed property, and then you can search email address with the "To" managed property.
The refiner value is correspond to the crawel property(column value), when you search different email adress, you would get different refiner values.
If the issue exists, Please offer a screenshot about your issue and tell "To" managed property is mapping to which crawl property.

Pdf coming up blank when attached to email

I've opened an online doc in PDF, filled it out, then attached it to an email. It's coming out blank. What should I do?

Could you please let me know what Acrobat version are you using?
There might be some corrupt PDF files or you might need to repair Acrobat from the Help menu.
Have you installed the latest Acrobat updates? What email system are you using for sending emails?

Can't view all pics at sametime when attaching to email

Whenever I browse my finder to upload a pic it's a nightmare because I have to sit there clicking on each one to see what it is. Can I not see all pics at once like thumbnails on a PC or just like you can if you open iphoto?
If I set my view to thumbnails i just get the generic jpeg file thumbnail for each pic.

Hey I just noticed you have a 250 GB hard drive. Mine is only 80GB and it's full. Is it possible to just go down to your local Mac shop and buy more GB? Is it expensive? or should I just buy an external hard drive?

I also set up my apple ID with a new email account and also I signed up for iCloud but used the same apple I'd email and password but it gave me a I cloud email! I did activate the favorites in my email . Noticed the from field has my fathers name and contact and it is a notification about me using my apple ID to sign in to FaceTime! Something is messed up, not sure how or why???

i didn't read a lot of your 2nd paragraph, but it seems like the password is the issue, right?
do a true clean install
reboot your machine and hold down command+option+r, you should see a spinning globe - if you don't see the globe or anything that reads internet recovery, shut down and try again
at menu, chose disk utility and once there, find your HD on the left side, select the physical name and erase it as mac journaled
exit disk utlity
at menu, choose install OSX
this time, when it asks for a password just hit continue, it will let you complete without a password
you should be able to get into your laptop, now figure out what password you'll be able to use with your kb issue

Is it safe/secure to enter one's Apple id and password (e.g., email, icloud, Facetime, iTunes, etc.) when attached to a public wifi?
I would imagine this applies to any iOS mobile device. I need to set up a video conference at a local library meeting room. I was going to use my MacBook Pro and Facetime. When I open Facetime on my MBP, it prompts me for my Apple id and password. If I were to enter it when connected to a pulic wifi, is the transmission of my account info visible?
What about when connecting to something like an Optimum Online hotspot where I need a username and password to access the wifi? Is that any more secure?
