"Lost" ICMP6 neighbor solicitation using global link or ULA, not with local link

Sorry for my bad english.
I have a strange issue with IPV6 and Airport.
No issue with Ethenet link (native ethernet link with MacBook Pro 2007 under 10.8.3, USB ethernet link with MacBook Air 2011 under 10.8.3).
No issue with Windows 8 via Boot Camp on Mac Book Pro 2007.
Facts :
ICMP6 Router sollication gets ICMP6 Router Advertissment.
MacBook Pro and MacBook Air under 10.8.3 gets ipv6 config.
Example for my MacBook Air :

My MacBook Air gets 2 Global Link and 2 ULA from ICMP Router Advertissment from my router (DLink DIR-655 B1).
Local Link, Global Link and first ULA adress are acquired via EUI-64.
Others adress are random temporary address.
Connections (tcp6, udp6, icmp6) are ok from Local Link.
Examples :
Ping from MacBook Air Mac Mac OS X 10.8.3 to MacBook Pro Windows 8 via Bootcamp :

This fact is true (Local Link Ok) for all combinaison (Mac OS X 10.8.3 to Mac OS X 10.8.3, Mac OS X 10.8.3 to WIndows 8, Windows 8 to Mac OS X 10.8.3).
Issue :
Connections (tcp6, udp6, icmp6) are note possible if "destination" is under my lived running Mac OS X 10.8.3.
The destination element is essential.
I can ping from Mac OS X 10.8.3 to Windows 8.
It's why my neighbor is coherent (global, ULA, local are resolved).

I can't ping from Mac OS X 10.8.3 to Mac OS X 10.8.3 if I use Global Link adress or ULA adress.
I can't ping from Windows 8 to Mac OS X 10.8.3 if I use Global Link adress or ULA adress.

Using WireShark, I noticed :
- Destination under my 2 Lived Mac OS X 10.8.3 doesn't received ICMP6 neighbor solicitation if adress are Global Link or ULA.
But ICMP6 neighbor sollicitation are emitted.
No issue with Local Link address.
Using WireShark's monitor mode, I noticed :
- 802.11 frame are received on multicast group associated with asked IP neighbor solicitation for any kind of address.
It seems that ICMP6 neighbor solicitation are lost between 802.11 frames and IPV6 / ICMP6 stack.
IPV6 firewall is not configured to drop packets.

VMWARE Fusion is installed on my Lived MacBook Air 10.8.3 and MacBook Pro 10.8.3.
But tests are made with associated modules not loaded :

Like I said in post beginngin, issue doesn't occurs with ethernet link, only Airport link.

Thank you for your reply. It would make sense for me if R2 would not receive any packet, but it receives a request and then does not send any reply to NS sent from R1 as I showed in the example. Path to R2 which is a gateway is seen as directly connected on R1:

Can login to OS 10.4.9 server using 10.4 client, but not with 10.3.9 client
When I try to login to OS 10.4.9 server using 10.4 client, all is fine, but not with 10.3.9 client -- what's up?
It seems that when I set the group preferences (what kind of dock the users in our elementary school see, etc.), it doesn't affect 10.4 clients, but when trying to log onto the server using a 10.3.9 client, it just runs and runs, never logging on. Have to eventually restart the client computer. If I take a user out of a group with preferences set, it's fine. So, help! Most of my computers in my lab are 10.3.9. All are bound.

It is strongly recommended to use OS 9.1 or higher. However, you do not have to buy it, just download and apply the free updates here: Mac OS 9: Available Updates.
Also make sure your firmware is up-to-date: Firmware Upgrades.
In MacOS X remember: Repair permissions before and after an update!

Using ui5 to send an email with a link in the body of the email
From my ui5 I hit a button and can successfully open outlook and send an email using the code below.

If the body of the email is plain text all is well. My problem is that I want to include a link in the body of the email. I have tried using
<a href = "http:mystuff here" >Click here to open the form</a> in the body but it comes literally with the <a href... in the body.
Is it possible to place a link into the body of the email and if so how?

Using iWeb ftp trouble but not with Fetch
I have a site I created with iWeb and I cannot get it to publish to the ftp server (3essentials). I currently publish the site to a local folder, then upload the site folder using fetch. I would like to do it all through iWeb. But I keep getting an error? Any ideas on why it work for fetch and not iWeb?

How can I provide a link to individual topics with TOC open that will open directly in browser?
When we use a current link which includes the anchor # and paste it into a browser it doesn't load the page when you hit Enter, only when you hit Enter and then Refresh. This hinders usability so I wanted to inquire if anyone has any other ideas about how we can get our users right into the help page they are seeking. We are currently using RoboHelp 9 but are planning an upgrade to 10 soon.

Link panel is not working in CS4
The link panel does not show any links. I have tried various workspaces and panel options, rebooting, cursing. Nothing works. No links show. But the links do work. they are not borken. It is just the panel that is broken. Does anyone have any ideas how to get it to work. It did work at one time.
Perhaps your images are not linked, as they should be, but copied and pasted into the document.
Check by correctly 'placing' an image into your InDesign, rather than copy/paste or drag/drop -- does it appear in the Links panel? -

In Thunderbird, you need to re-register http and https to make them open with Firefox (or open well with firefox in this case).
How to to this?
Well... open the about:config in thunderbird. You can achieve this by clicking configuration-editor in the advanced tab.
search for the strings: network.protocol-handler.warn-external.https and network.protocol-handler.warn-external.http. Set both to "true".
The next time you click on a link from within Thunderbird, it will ask you to set wich program you'd like to open it with.
Be Aware now!!! Firefox may already be listed in there, but don't pick that one. instead... choose to browse for the app and point to the binairy/exe of firefox.
(for example: /usr/bin/firefox or c:/program files/mozilla/firefox.)
You will notice that firefox now does open up with the page you just clicked on.
If it doesn't right away... just restart thunderbird and check again.
Please respond if this works for you too on all platforms. It's more interesting to know it does than if it's not.

I have lost track of the number of websites which do not work properly on my iPad. They include retail sites, billing sites and most important of all job application sites. They all seem to require Adobe Flash Player which cannot be downloaded onto an iPad. Skyfire does not solve the problem. They all load without vital parts of the site such as tabs, links and correct formatting. Any suggestions?
Most such brower/service combinations have a difficult time working with Flash-based apps and often fail completely. Flash videos are usually the most successful content these browers can handle. You can try the others apps - Puffin, iSwifter, etc - but you may find that none of them work, in which case you will not be able to use your iPad with these sites other than by using one of the various remote control solutions to take over a computer running the full Flash Player.
IMHO, any developer that built a Flash application for a billing or job application site was an idiot, but I know that's out of the control of anyone but the relevant company.

I recently updated my IOS using the beta found on an iTunes account link... Ever since then I've been unable to log into my iMessages and FaceTime account through my iTunes. The only explanation it gives me is that my connection was lost.... What to do?
It was downloaded through my iTunes account... So im sure it wasn't pirated. It's nothing more than a beta test to work out the bugs. But do u have any suggestions as to how i can about redownloading the same iOS but now the 'bugs' should be all worked out....
