LOV Extension Issue

Question

Hello All,
I have modified the LOV VO as follows
SELECT
pj.job_id,
pj.name job,
pj.business_group_id,
pj.date_from,
pj.date_to,
hlc.meaning flsa_status,
pj.attribute3 xxatc_job_dff
FROM
per_jobs_v pj,
hr_leg_lookups hlc
WHERE hlc.lookup_code(+)= pj.job_information3
and hlc.lookup_type(+)='US_EXEMPT_NON_EXEMPT'
In the extended CO, i am setting the where clause as follows

But when i query, the VO is getting as follows and it is not retrieving as expect. Please let me know how do i overcome the issue.
